Enjoyed the stay. The neighborhood is quiet with great walking areas throughout. The house has all the amenities you would need along with beautiful views of the city and mountains. Terry is very responsive with any questions or concerns you may have. I would stay there again.

We had an amazing vacation. It was the perfect place for our family of 8 to spend the evenings together after a day of playing in the snow. The view of the trees covered in snow was stunning. I highly recommend!

Sherrie’s place was perfect to host a chill bachelorette party! With 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths there was plenty of space for everyone. The house was well stocked with kitchen items, extra towels, blankets, and pillows. Relaxing in the hot tub was the perfect way to end our weekend!

Host was very responsive. The garbage disposal stopped working and someone came over right away to fix it. The place was very big and comfortable. Very close to skiing at park city and the Olympic village. It was a little too far for us to walk to the bus stop for the free shuttle, so we got reservations to park at the ski resort. It was close to shopping and we enjoyed being able to cook using the very large kitchen and outdoor grill. It was well stocked for a large group with plenty of dishes and silverware.

We were coming to Lehi for a wedding. Family from WA and OH. After long travel days, this place was cozy and in a beautiful neighborhood! We had plenty of space. The pool was in walking distance. Pickleball courts and playgrounds were also in walking distance! We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay in Midway. It is a beautiful location and right next to the crater. They have cute little restaurants in town and the Pizza Yard was amazing! The home was great and clean. We stay at air bnbs often and these were the most comfortable beds we have had. There were so many windows and the natural lighting with the beautiful views made the trip peaceful. The crater was with in walking distance and was such a cool experience. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others.

This is a very nice property. Parking is limited but it can’t be helped. We had an issue with the blinds and they called a technician who came out the next day. We enjoyed our stay. The beds are comfortable and the open floor plan allowed us to enjoy our larger group.

This was an ideal family Memorial weekend get-a-way. The pool far exceeded expectations and was the top amenity we enjoyed. We held a family pickle ball tournament. We enjoyed all the bird sightings/activity staying so close to Deer Creek Reservoir. We cooked, grilled, and celebrated 2 birthdays. There is so much to do at the house that you don’t really need to go anywhere else. We did go off site to fish the lake and the river. We also visited Cascade Springs and attended church. It was convenient to run to the store when needed. We used the pool house and the 2 air mattresses to sleep our party of 16. The beautiful location and many amenities at the house made this one of our favorite vacation rentals!

This home is AMAZING!! We loved everything about it! We will rent here again for sure! Friendly help and beautiful area as well! The downstairs gets chilly, so bring some extra blankets to snuggle in; other than that, you’ll be perfectly set!

Highly recommend staying at Sofia’s place! Our group of 10 had plenty of space and truly enjoyed our stay! The house was absolutely beautiful and matched the pictures exactly. Sofia was super helpful and willing to let us check-in early when asked! She also had plenty of extra things for our stay that was appreciated (garbage bags, k cups, paper towels, the list goes on and on). I would definitely come back to Park City again and stay at Sofia’s listing!! Thank you Sofia!

Caden's place was beautiful. The home was a perfect place to have our whole family together over Memorial Weekend. We loved that it had a big steam shower and the host made sure that the hot tub was working. It was the perfect place to unwind at the end of the day. There were enough rooms, beds, and bathrooms for all of our family to use and the living area and kitchen were big with plenty of sitting for all of us to play games and eat together. We loved the hot water dispenser in the butler pantry for our morning drinks and the aroma smells throughout the home were wonderful. We loved how close it was to everything and that you could walk in the neighborhood and feel safe. Plenty of parking for all 5 of our families cars. Thanks for the wonderful memories.

I highly recommend this house. It looks exactly like the pictures and was spotless upon arrival. The location is fantastic—close to supermarkets, restaurants, and various winter activities. Jennifer was also wonderful, always responding promptly to any questions I had. I had a great stay and would definitely rent this house again!

We loved our stay at Cayden’s condo! It was a perfect base camp for skiing and we were never more than 10 minutes from anything.

This was our fifth trip to this spot, and it was as awesome as the first. The house is beautiful and has everything you need. The location is amazing, and the view of the mountains and Deer Valley in the distance cannot be beat! Minutes to Park City, Canyons, and the town and stores/restaurants. Kara, the host, is very helpful and responsive. We will definitely stay here again.

The location was amazing. I felt nestled amongst the trees and nature. The house had everything we needed. It had a very homey and welcoming feeling. I would definitely come back. Richard was very professional, kind and always answered emails promptly. I highly recommend this place.

5 stars! Clean, cute, functional. Great location. Plenty of rooms to sleep in and lounge in. Some beds were soft, some were more firm, so there are options for every kind of sleeper. Plenty of blankets and pillows and even lots of fans for hot sleepers! Loved that the lights and appliances were labeled. The hosts were quick to respond to messages, and it was a well stocked kitchen. A great spot!

Can’t say enough about this house!!!! Extremely clean, brand new appliances, towels and sheets. Kitchen is fully stocked with a spice cabinet, all cooking equipments, everything labeled. We have stayed at a lot of airbnbs but this house tops every house we have stayed at in terms of cleanliness, comfort, new and clean kitchen appliances, new ams clean couch and rugs. Very very satisfied and would definitely stay here again! The drive to deer valley is about 18-20 mins with no traffic and a little longer with traffic but well worth it! Thank you for hosting us!

We had an amazing stay at Kara's place! The description on the listing was exactly what it was like when we arrived. Everything was very clean, the furniture was great, the kitchen was pristine, and the linens were nice and new. Kara is an amazing host as well! She promptly responded to all of my messages and the check in/check out process was easy. One thing that we weren't expecting was a double basketball hoop arcade in the basement level. My kids loved it and even my wife and I got in on the action! The location is great as well, as you will be 15 minutes to Main Street or PC Mountain resort. Do not hesitate to book this stay. Kara is an incredible host and what you see is what you get. You will not be disappointed!

This is a perfect place to stay with a group. Well stocked, in great condition and Matthew was easy to communicate with. Highly recommend if you are looking for a place near Kimball Junction//Park City .

The home is beautiful and so is the view. We appreciated the large deck and comfy seating throughout. The kitchen is good sized and well stocked. The location is perfect - a quick 10 minute drive to PC and easy access to other attractions in the area. We will return!
