Woolworths, pool/gyms all within 150m. 30 min drive to Perisher & Thredbo, it’s a great base to enjoy the wonders of the Koziosko, Perisher and Thredbo during summer or winter. You’ll love my place for the kitchen, the location, and in winter - drying room, the penetrating warmth due to the double glazing and underfloor heating combo. Great for families, couples and solo adventurers. NO ANIMALS PERMITTED

The property comprises of 4 self contained units on the ground floor and the lodge on the second story.
