The host was very friendly and responsive. The home felt nice and cozy and we like how they had a lot of books and games for kids. We recommend staying here at Leanne’s place :) also the jacuzzi was amazing.

Stood here while I competed in a Spartan event. Super cozy and clean. Host was responsive and friendly. Perfect getaway spot. Will definitely stay here again.

Our stay in Big Bear at Jon's cottage was nothing short of perfect for a work/play trip. The house is super comfortable and highly functional. We deeply appreciated all the amenities such as the bikes, ping pong, hot tub, snacks, coffee, full spice rack, ice in the freezer, great Wifi, and central heating. The location is great being close to the ski areas and the three grocery stores in town. Our dog loved spending time on the deck looking for squirrels and chipmunks. We look forward to returning for another family trip someday.

The host goes out of her way to accommodate anything you could possibly need or even desire! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that no detail was overlooked in making this a comfortable and accessible home. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this ADA-compliant house. The house is thoughtfully designed with a lower-level bedroom with a lift, an accessible bathroom, and ramps at the front door making it easy for everyone to enjoy their time here. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could ever need, and the open living area has plenty of seating for our entire group. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the bedding was top of the line. The outdoor space was equally inviting, with a large patio, koi pond, large jacuzzi, gas fire pit, and bikes available to ride.

Our family had a great time at this place. It really felt like home, rooms were sized pretty well and the kids rooms had toys which our toddlers loved. We just wished the clothes dryer was working. Besides that it’s in a great location and great for the price. Thanks!

We had a lovely stay! The location was really nice and close to everything. The best part was the hot tub after a cold day tubbing with the kids.. Great price, great location, had a great a time.

The house is in a very private and quite neighborhood with just woods out back. The large, tinted windows give the feeling of being outdoors and make the place feel larger. The furniture was all matching and much nicer then the Target/IKEA-chic sets that are in some other AirBnBs I've stayed in. Also the appliances and fixtures are nice and well maintained. Vanessa had multiple timed messages with instructions and directions sent right before we needed them and answered questions completely and very fast. In general it was great place for a quite couple days enjoying some solitude and nature.

Staying at the Cozy Cottage was an amazing experience! I booked the cabin for a weekend trip as a Valentine’s Day present, and our stay there was perfect. Mary Ann & Chuck were both very helpful, they guided us to an alternate route to the cabin to avoid an icy/snowy hill, and made sure we got there okay. As far as the cabin itself goes, there’s really nothing bad to say. The heaters upstairs and downstairs work great, and they work fast. You don’t need to go above 68° to really feel warm. The water pressure & heat in the shower is great, the bathroom’s immaculately clean, and very well-themed! The master bedroom is also very well put together. Everything is labeled, but non-obstructively; you only see them when you need them! We made sure to follow the guide & instructions in welcome packet & introductory e-mail, and we had no questions. Check-out was very flexible, and the amenities are amazing. Make sure to sign the guest book if you visit :) 10/10!!

This is such a beautiful cottage! I needed space to get away for a little bit and this place was a dream. The surroundings were beautiful and the cottage had everything we needed in case we just wanted to relax in the cabin. We got to explore the area a bit and hike some. Very much recommend! Would love to come back again.

Kelly’s house is beautiful my family and I loved it very peaceful. The view is amazing. House is exactly like the pictures kitchen/bathroom was fully stocked. I would definitely book again.

Super cute stay for my family and I! It was only about 5 minutes from stores which I liked because there was always something we needed. We also received plenty of good recommendations from our host which we did try some! I absolutely loved all of the breakfast spots nearby! Our host was very responsive! I messaged them about a water/shower issue and they had a maintenance worker at our door within about 15-20min, on a Saturday! The kids fully enjoyed the play room. We would come home from our snow play shower, and lounge and play pool the rest of the night. Definitely enjoyed our stay!

The cabin was clean and as described/pictures. It was a great location close to the lake and good sledding spots. The rooms are spacious, the water was hot and the wifi was strong. Would recommend staying here for sure! I give my highest ratings but think it's worth noting for future guests that (as pictured) there is only a table for 4 people. There are extra chairs but a coffee table or something other than the high bar would be nice with a group of 6+. The kitchen is stocked but missing some essentials (like salt and pepper). Also, when we arrived the heat was off and it was 42* in the cabin which took nearly 24 hours to get to a comfortable temperature and upstairs never really got very warm. There were enough blankets to keep us warm at night though. Also, we ended up with an extra $25 charge for "wasted power usage" which I'm not sure what that's about. Overall we had a lovely time and would like to return!

Considering my wife has mobility issues due to a stoke last year, the particular cabin assigned to us was perfect for gaining access to the cabin through the backdoor kitchen area, made it much easier for her and just the over all set up on the cabin was great. Great home and host! We felt right at home. Lauren was very friendly and responsive host. The cottage was cozy and location was great. Just 15 minutes from the lake!

Perfect place to stay. The village was a 3 minute drive, easily walkable. The village has great food options and shops. Everything is so close from Albine snow play, coaster, zoo, parks, and lake.

This is great place great location not far from the big bear village. We will definitely be booking again for our next trip up there.

Beautiful cottage and great location! You can see the lake from the backyard and from the deck upstairs! Karen has been great responding to our text in a very timely manner. 15 min walk to the village and 5 min walk to the lake. Love. Love. Love this cabin. Close to the lake and town. Updated kitchen, clean and super cute place. You can’t find a better deal and place in Green Valley Lake. Highly recommend this cabin. He has two other studios on the property too so this location is great for family vacations. Love it. Thank you Pete!

Great place to stay. Only 5 minutes away from lake arrowhead village. Last minute reservation but they were able to offer an early check in and also a late check out. Great communication answered any questions I had. I Would definitely stay here again!!

Great place. Larger than expected. There is a mini fridge with a freezer. It was great for the price. The tub was very nice. Lots of hot water. Would recommend!

This house was the perfect size for my family and I and we truly had the best stay! the owners were super helpful and were quick to reply with any questions we had, we will definitely be back for future visits!
