This cosy rustic loft style cabin is ideal for couples, singles or nature lovers situated in Maple Syrup county, one hour SW of Ottawa in the heart of Lanark Highlands. This 3-season getaway is surrounded and nestled into perfect woodlands. Lakes, beaches, golf courses, hiking trails, restaurants and local gift shops all within minutes to half an hour away. The cabin was shot in a dystopian feature film Corporate Prey, nominated for Best Picture and Cinematographer Awards. Come relax and enjoy.

Clarendon Station

Have you ever wanted to sleep in a train station? This is a boarding call for all train and railway history enthusiasts. Clarendon Station is one of the last remaining stations (besides the one located in downtown Kingston) on the former Kingston & Pembroke Railway. The station has been lovingly restored to reflect the architecture of its day but with all the modern amenities one might desire. The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique building.

The Shire

This warm and cozy two-bedroom getaway isn't quite like anything else. A rustic wood cabin with a fairytale flair guarantees fun and relaxation on your next vacation. Located in North Frontenac there is an abundance of lakes, forest, and trails to explore before coming home to a mug of hot chocolate in front of the fire. Guests are invited to use the beach, dock, canoes, and kayaks at the North Frontenac Lodge (about a 15 minute drive away) to enjoy the water.

Spend the afternoon on your private waterfront dock, reading a book or kayak up river and float back down. In the evening, roast marshmallows on the campfire or take a relaxing soak in the hot tub. Your cottage country escape awaits you!

This cabin can sleep up to five people (twin, double, and loft has a queen) Includes small kitchen unit with mini-fridge, sink (no running water but jug of water provided) and double burner stove. The kitchen accessories seen in the photos are what is provided. We ask that you not bring your own dish soap, to protect our ecosystem we will provide it. BEDDING IS NOT PROVIDED PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN PILLOWS AND BLANKETS.
