Welcome to our guesthouse at Namsenfjorden We are glad that people are enjoying their time on our farm. They give feedback that they are finding peace and that the place has a lot to offer. In the guesthouse it is nice to just be or you can walk in the forest, on the mountain, along the country road or explore the sea life (boat/canoe/kayak) and try your luck at fishing. The guesthouse is small and cosy. Suitable for those traveling alone, but also for family/group, see photo for sleeping places. The house is disposed of alone. Pets are allowed.

Stay in a cabin on stilts out on the mountain and feel the feeling of “hovering over the water”. Cook in the cabin's kitchen, or on the fireplace out on the terrace. Feel the warmth in the cabin, when you fire up the oven. The experience of simple life allows for reflection and tranquility, close to nature. On the terrace you can enjoy a coffee cup and a good book in a hanging net built into the terrace. Close your eyes while hovering in the hanging net and enjoy the view of the 5 km long Byavatnet and Trondheimsfjorden.

The Mirror Suite offers a stay close to nature and with an amazing view. Suite because it contains everything you need for a good stay, and more than that. The mirror suite has mirror function in two walls. You can look out but no one can see in. Not even the deer, birds, fox or moose wandering by. You live centrally, not far from shop and people, but still all to yourself. Lovely bathroom with shower and hot water. Private wood-fired sauna in a nearby house. The atmosphere can be nothing but good.

To keep things straight; -this is a simple rustic lazy camping cabin, for one night stands or five, trapped in between a hissing forest and a dead cold sandy bottom beach with an annoying cacophony of breaking waves, tickling flora and wild animal shrieks, -all fronting a horror show of badly colored sunsets... Actually this is all about atmosphere, slowing down and taking chances. And you might like it.

Here you will find a charming cottage in a quiet and natural environment. Sauna and barbecue area on the patio with majestic views. Ynka 50 meters down to the water. There is also a wide range of activities in the area. The cottage has lake views, fishing, forest, mountain hiking and swimming opportunities around the corner. The cottage is cozy decorated with all the amenities you might need. There is a fire pit that makes the cabin even more cozy if possible. Wifi is available.

Great log cabin with nice location in Grong ski center. Nice view, good lights/sun conditions. Ski in/out. Nice prepared ski slopes and marked hiking trails. Very nice year-round hiking areas in the immediate vicinity. Fishing opportunities in the salmon river and swimming facilities Tømmeråsfossen waterfall. Nice area for berry picking. 10 min to Grong center. 50 min to Namskogan family park.

Cozy guest apartment by river

Enjoy your time at our small farm in the countryside. Sitting in the gap to look at the river, or take a paddle with the canoe that we lend. Active wildlife with birds, moose, roe deer and beaver. In addition, we have chickens and dogs on the farm. Only 10 kilometers from the center of Namso, so even though it is a rural setting, it is a short distance to the city.

Architect-designed micro-house in Overhalla.

Here you can experience living in an architect-designed atrium house. The house was built in 2018 and has its own micro-house for rent. There is consistently a high standard of the micro-house, which is about 40 m2. Tiled bathroom, private kitchen and large outdoor area. There are two separate bedrooms, one combined with sofa/sofa bed.
