Beautiful shepherd’s hut

The shepherds hut is in the heart of Newmarket stud lands, just minutes away from the town centre and the famous Newmarket racecourse, yet set in its own private garden. 15 minutes from Cambridge, with Ely and Bury St Edmunds only a short drive away. This is a great spot to explore the local area, visit the famous Tattersalls horse sales, enjoy a day/evening at the races or just totally chill out and relax. There are some amazing places to eat and drink locally with lots of choice for everyone.

Private room , self contained.

My place is close to Newmarket races , town centre , horse racing gallops , Cambridge . My place is good for solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). This is a great Private room with wet room , twin beds and a camp bed for a third guest . plus kitchen area with the essentials kettle , toaster , microwave , fridge , it also has a single electric hob . It is a quiet location and separate from the main house , there is a back gate entrance ,use car park in scaltback drive.

The Cabin

Our cabin is a very cosy place to stay with en-suite facilities, double bed, satelite TV, microwave and tea and coffee. Situated in the grounds of Manor Cottage, which is one of the few original remaining buildings of the Manor built in the late 16th century. There is a downhill gravel driveway and onsite parking, Center of Mildenhall town, surrounded by bars, restaurants and nature walks. Some breakfast items included. This cabin is idealy suited for one person, but also equiped for two.

One bedroom cottage in a Newmarket racing yard

A beautiful modern, recently renovated one bedroom cottage with a separate sitting room/kitchen. The cottage is situated in a historic racehorse training yard within walking distance of the middle of Newmarket. Newmarket is the centre of horse racing and this property is perfectly situated for visitors who want to go racing, to Tattersalls or just visit the town. The cottage has it's own separate entrance and is equipped with a kettle, oven, coffee machine, wifi and a large smart TV.

Walk to the races from smart, sunny garden annex.

Welcome to our newly redecorated, warm, sunny and spacious garden annex. Off street parking and a short walk home from a day at the races - Rowley Mile Course. (The July course is a longer walk), or a 3 minute taxi ride from the High Street restaurants and Newmarket train station. When travelling we always appreciate a comfortable bed, fresh linen, a decent hot shower, large fluffy towels and being able to make a tea / coffee when we arrive. A newly renovated Studio Flat 5 miles from Newmarket, 20 miles to Cambridge. It has a fully equipped kitchen, (it does not have a hob, it does have a conventional oven / microwave) , a Washing machine, Shower room, and Double Bed. It has its own access with Car parking on private drive. The Studio has high speed internet and TV with various sports channels. Tea Coffee and Milk offered as standard We are happy to accept pets, for a small fee.
