Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Smith County

This is a beautiful place. The place is actually nicer than the pictures. The beds where some of the most comfortable we have come across. They had everything we needed plus. Love the shower, extra big with great water pressure and water temperature. Furniture was very comfortable and nice. Overall a very nice stay, this place deserves the 5 stars they get.

Great location, very clean, and super responsive host. Comfortable and quiet, nice neighborhood for walks. We were in town for a soccer tournament and the place was close to the fields, restaurants, groceries, and everything.

This was the perfect place for a peaceful and quiet weekend getaway !

A wonderful space to stay and a amazing vibe. parking is a SMALL issue if multiple vehicles but easy solved with street parking. We recommend the condo

Very clean. Would have like to be able to have a place to sit outside. If there was one, maybe we missed it. Used the laundry room and that was helpful. It was a nice place to come to after a long day and relax.

We're in town for a soccer event so the location was perfect because it was close to the fields as well as in walking distance to downtown and the local university. Jonathan (host) was very responsive and helpful. We got to meet him and he even gave his personal cell number. Would definitely stay again!

My cousin, sister, sister's boyfriend and I had a great time on a family trip. Jeff's AirBNB was exactly as described and exactly what we needed for our trip! check in and check out was easy and straight forward, I appreciated that the door was a pin and not a key. All in all we had a great trip!

This place is beautiful! We were in the area for wedding and this was the perfect place to stay. It was clean and very comfortable, two of the most important things I look for. The house was just as described, if not even nicer! I would highly recommend this home if you are in the area. It is close enough to Nashville to make it convenient to drive in for the day. Also spent a day in Mt. Juliet, which is another nice place to visit.

We enjoyed our stay, we felt at home. The home was clean, had everything we needed and our dog loved it. It didn’t have a pet smell despite them allowing pets which we appreciated. The surroundings were quiet and peaceful and very close to Cummins falls and a short drive to cookeville.

Where to start with this rental!? As soon as we pulled up, we were in love with the property. It's so beautiful, near and far. The interior is so cozy and there were so many accommodating extras. It was a welcomed surprise. The animals were precious. We were fortunate to meet the owners as they were exiting the driveway, and we got to learn some fun facts about the animals :) I would live there if I could! It's so comfortable and inviting. Highly, highly recommend!

We chose this home to be close to a wedding reception and it turned out to be a perfect little getaway spot. The surroundings are picturesque and a long paved drive takes you to a welcoming home that features a carport to keep the car cool or perfect for unloading in the rain. The inside was very spacious with two private bedrooms with very comfortable beds and bedding . We were delighted that the kitchen was moderately stocked with spices, condiments, coffee, and snacks. There were waters, eggs, and a frozen pizza in the frig, along with easy breakfast options. We enjoyed the games available to play and we also grilled one evening and sat on the porch watching the sunset. There was a small Piggly Wiggly just down the road and we were able to find necessities as well as some local items at a good price. The hosts were excellent in communicating and we enjoyed reading the content of the manual they prepared. The hosts went above and beyond to make you feel at home.

OOOOO, AND AHHHH! Comfortable luxury inside and out! Thoughtfully designed, and beautifully decorated inside and out, Whitetail Ridge is a couple's paradise on a private hill. Hosts go the extra mile to ensure guests feel welcome and safe. Everything was as described and pictured, and more. Favorites? The spectacular bathroom. Made me feel like a princess! Both covered decks. It rained a lot during our stay, and we could still be outside by the fire table watching the hummingbirds go nuts. Sitting around the fireplace after relaxing in the hot tub. Location is great too. Close to town for groceries, and close to state parks for hiking to waterfalls, which is why I chose this area. Not just a place to stay, it was an experience. One that we will talk about for a long time. Thank you Eric & Saronda!!

Very nice house, recently remodeled and in a very good location. Host were very nice and responsive! Definitely recommend staying here!

We are repeat visitors, and we always enjoy our stay at this lovely lake home! We launch our boat at the nearby boat ramp and keep it tied to shore just a short walk from the house. The boat launch area has been much improved over the years we’ve been staying here. You won’t find a better home with access to the lake anywhere else on Center Hill Lake. Already looking forward to our next stay!

Great condo with everything you need! Incredibly clean and well appointed. For my family, the proximity to the lake was key in our selection... made it easy to spend every day on the water. Lara was very easy to work with and I would definitely return to this condo in the future!

We needed a place to stay last minute due to traveling for work. We decided to get an Airbnb and take a break from old hotels. We were able to book late at night before the cutoff. Everything is beautiful and very cozy. And lots of beds for the work crew to have one to themselves! Definitely will Be booking again if we are in the area. Oh and super affordable!

Katie's place was awesome! Definitely home away from home- close enough to Nashville but also so much local to us in Murfreesboro. I will absolutely stay here again when I'm back up that way. 10/10

A little expensive for what it is but it’s a good place to stay in a nice area.

This house was really well set up and equipped, easy to check in and access, had plenty of space inside, good parking, and very convenient to the Murfeesboro town square, along with other nice restaurants nearby. The place was very clean, and the host was extremely responsive. There are plenty of bathrooms, nice common spaces, and a decently equipped kitchen. Would definitely stay here again.

Valerie is a wonderful host! There arrany thoughtful details throughout her condo. She is also a great communicator. The location is very convenient to MTSU.

Place was great, the lake is very beautiful, lots of parking, and Mitchell was a fantastic host. Mitchell was very responsive and friendly.
