We enjoyed our stay, we felt at home. The home was clean, had everything we needed and our dog loved it. It didn’t have a pet smell despite them allowing pets which we appreciated. The surroundings were quiet and peaceful and very close to Cummins falls and a short drive to cookeville.

This was the perfect cottage to stay at for our overnight kayak trip to Burgess Falls. It was a short 25 minute drive and also 10 minutes to Cookeville and access to whatever we needed. Really was the perfect location for us. The cottage itself is on a farm, easy to find and was the cutest with so many sheep/donkey details! Right next to it were sheep and donkey which we gladly fed some apple and carrot snacks that were in the fridge. They were all so friendly and after a long drive, this was a fun activity to do before we settled in. It was calming to see the animals out the windows from the kitchen as they roamed around. The cottage is very nicely decorated, updated, clean, spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We slept well in the comfy bed before our long day of kayaking the next day! Alice was very nice and responds quickly! Wish we stayed longer!

We used Karen's house for some family that came in for a wedding at Macedonia Meadows. The space was beautiful and probably the best equiped Airbnb that I have ever been to. We couldn't have asked for anything better!

We chose this home to be close to a wedding reception and it turned out to be a perfect little getaway spot. The surroundings are picturesque and a long paved drive takes you to a welcoming home that features a carport to keep the car cool or perfect for unloading in the rain. The inside was very spacious with two private bedrooms with very comfortable beds and bedding . We were delighted that the kitchen was moderately stocked with spices, condiments, coffee, and snacks. There were waters, eggs, and a frozen pizza in the frig, along with easy breakfast options. We enjoyed the games available to play and we also grilled one evening and sat on the porch watching the sunset. There was a small Piggly Wiggly just down the road and we were able to find necessities as well as some local items at a good price. The hosts were excellent in communicating and we enjoyed reading the content of the manual they prepared. The hosts went above and beyond to make you feel at home.

Enjoyed our stay in this lovely, spacious home as it met our needs perfectly. Neighborhood is quiet and close to everything you need and want to see. Host was quick to respond and super helpful!

This is quite literally the best AirBnb I've ever had the pleasure of staying at in the US, and I have been everywhere haha. It is perfect for a large group of people and is even more wonderful if you adore the natural world and healing work! The amenities, the host's, the natural beauty!? My group and I could not get enough!!! As far as the house goes, the AC was cool, the kitchen fully stocked, and the beds were super comfy; we had everything we could have needed and more. We all had an amazing time grilling, riding bikes, swimming in the pool and lake, going fishing, using the cold plunge and sauna, and relaxing in the hot tub. We even had a bonfire one night while fireflies surrounded us. We had an absolute blast bonding here on our annual Tennessee trip! I am sure we will be back for years to come (: Thank you to the amazing hosts who were so accommodating and responsive; we so appreciate all of your help and kindness and wish you all the absolute best (: See y'all next time!

We decided to treat my son to a graduation trip and had an awesome time this week at this beautiful lake house! We wanted to stay on Center Hill Lake because my son and his friends love to kayak, fish and enjoy the boats at the marina. They were able to do all three. The pool table, ping-pong table and hot tub were a big plus. The basement/game room area was perfect for a group of kids because the door to the main floor separates them from the rest of the house so they can have fun and not worry about being too loud. The garage doors were so fun and allowed for fresh air each day while they played pool. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable which is a big plus for me. The views are amazing and the community is peaceful and quiet. The pool was perfect and the grill was just what we needed for burgers and steaks. Aaron was a great host! Super helpful and quick to respond. Book a trip soon! You will love it!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful farmhouse! The surrounding land was absolutely stunning—peaceful, spacious, and perfect for exploring or just relaxing. There was more than enough room for our group of 4 adults and 4 kids. The house was incredibly comfortable, with cozy furniture and a welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The kids especially loved the swimming, and the adults appreciated all the thoughtful amenities provided. Everything we needed was there, and then some! It was the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern convenience. Highly recommend for families or groups looking for a relaxing, scenic getaway!

We were in town for a soccer tournament and this accommodation was absolutely perfect. All the information provided on the listing shows how committed Tina is to making sure her guests have the best experience possible. The pool was immaculate, one of the cleanest I’ve ever seen at a private home. We felt comfortable and welcome for the entirety of our stay. If we are back in the area for another soccer tournament, we will first look to see if this place is available. 100% highly recommended.

This house has been very nicely updated and decorated. The beds were comfortable and the family room was a great place to hang out and relax. The storage was fantastic, so much room for all of our items. The house is surrounded by trees, which is a nice view in and of itself, but they are so thick that they unfortunately block what would be a gorgeous view of the lake. That is the only downside to this lovely home. One of my favorite things was how safe I felt in this beautiful area. We loved the pool and went there regularly. The other homeowners were all friendly as we met them at the pool. We also took advantage of the playground and basketball court. There are trails to walk on, but we even enjoyed just walking around the neighborhood as well. The hosts were very kind and wonderful to communicate with. They were always willing to be helpful. We would happily come back to this house if we could! Highly recommend!

I didn't want to leave! I was so at peace there! Esther and Tammy were so amazing and the dogs and cats were so friendly too. Esther went above and beyond with her homemade Italian food. I'm a very picky eater but I ate Everthing she made, and wanted more! my favorite part (besides the amazing food) was the private salt water hot tub while looking at the stars and listening to the crickets. We can't wait to go back soon!

Visited for a anniversary weekend. Accommodations as they were described. Very private and comfortable location. Took advantage of the meals. Very ample servings for two people if not more and the food was always fresh. We also took advantage of the massage and facial services, which were really well done and professional executed. This trip gave us a chance to get away from the usual noise and relax and enjoy each other‘s company. We took some time for hiking trails in the area around Cordell Hull. Highly recommend and we will be back.

What a wonderful place to spend time with family! The kitchen and dining room and especially the porch made for wonderful gathering places. Bill was responsive when I had any questions. The housekeeper and her husband were very welcoming and kind! The yard is beautiful. We enjoyed walking the property and playing bocce ball. We selected this property because it was near River Pointe Ranch where my daughter was getting married. It was the perfect place for the whole family to stay.

We absolutely love this home. It is quiet, beautiful, and so peaceful! We loved our morning coffee on the deck watching the deer and listening to the birds. We caught a glimpse of a fox, several deer, lightning bugs, and even horses. Shelley and Sean are just wonderful and helpful. We went through a stressful few days while we were here and they were so sweet and caring and offered so much to help us through. The house and grounds are amazing. We can’t wait to come back.

We had such a wonderful stay! The home was beautiful, peaceful, and spotless—everything was just as pictured. We absolutely loved watching the cows roam around—it added such a charming and relaxing touch to the whole experience. The house was also well-equipped and super comfortable, and having a pool was a huge bonus, especially with the heat—it was perfect for cooling off after a day in the sun. Grace was incredibly nice and very responsive to any questions we had, which made everything smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay there again.

We absolutely love this home and hope to come back to stay again soon. Did not even realize we were going to have a lake view. Rented this place in a hurry and mostly because it had a hot tub and was very reasonably priced. We were pleasantly surprised in the morning when we stepped out on the patio to see the surrounding greenery and lake view. Don’t forget the bald eagle, my husband said. Breathtaking.
