The apartment is spacious, well-lit and set in a lively, beautiful yet quiet neighbourhood in Sliema, just a 5 minute walk from the main promenade. The apartment is serviced by a lift which reaches all levels, and is equipped with all the amenities needed for your stay. The apartment is located on the 5th floor hence it has bounds of natural light. The condominium was finished in 2011 and the common area is very well-maintained. The apartment itself comprises of the following: Large Kitchen/Living Area Main Bedroom including Ensuite Spare Bedroom Main Bathroom Small Balcony. It includes everything you need for a pleasant stay. Here's a list of things we provide to our guests: High Speed WiFi connection Clean sheets/blankets/pillows (replaced on a weekly basis for bookings over 7 days) Blackout Blinds Fresh towels (2 Large Towels and 2 Hand Towels per guest) Toilet paper & soap Kitchen with all modern appliances including an espresso machine, toaster, electric kettle, oven & dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and freezer unit. A 5-minute walk will also lead to the Balluta Bay promenade in the heart of Sliema where one can find eclectic shops, all-round cuisine restaurants, coffee shops and pubs. A bus stop 'Antik' is also nearby, just a 2 minute walk round the corner.

Bright and Airy cosy 50 square meter Apartment set in one of if not the best location in Bugibba. Property consists of a combined kitchen, living and dining area, bedroom, nicely set up shower room, front balcony offering wonderful sea views all year round and a back balcony with a laundry area. Property is located roughly thirty seconds from the sea side, 30 seconds! :) :) Bugibba square is only five minutes walk and popular Cafe Del Mar is roughly fifteen minutes walk away.
