Μείναμε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι με τη διαμονή μας στο κατάλυμα της Καλλιόπης. Όλα ήταν όπως αναμενόταν και η επικοινωνία πολύ εύκολη και βοηθητική.

It was a real experience to stay at Nikos' house, it is very traditional. Mind your head though if you are over 1.80 tall. Nikos is a real super host and I loved every single minute of my two week stay here, but if you're looking for luxury don't book it. If you would like to experience a traditional house on Skyros, you must book it. Everything is on walking distance, if you walk well. Thank you Nikos for your hospitality!

η διαμονη μας στο σπιτι του αυγερινου ηταν εξαιρετικη. το σπιτακι ειναι παραδοσιακα διακοσμημενο, καθαρο πολυ ομορφο και πληρως εξοπλισμενο. ολες οι οικειακες συσκευες λειτουργουν, η παραλια ειναι στα 6 λεπτα με τα ποδια και το σουπερμαρκετ στα 2 λεπτα. ο Αυγερινος πολυ ευγενικος και καλοσυνατος. δεν εχω να πω κατι αρνητικο. μοναχα οτι για να πας στη χωρα θελει αμαξι, αλλα αυτο το ξεραμε. αν ξαναπαμε στη Σκυρο σιγουρα θα μεινουμε παλι εκει. πραγματικα αξιζε τα λεφτα του. το συνηστω ανεπιφυλακτα

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Wohnung sehr genossen und haben den Standort im Bereich vina sehr lieben gelernt. Es ist so friedlich. Der Strand vina beach ist durch die Gartentüre über die duene erreichbar und wenn man morgens früh und abends kommt, ist man so gut wie alleine. Frau Vera war jederzeit für uns ansprechbar und wir haben die Unterhaltungen mit ihr sehr genossen. Fuer uns war natürlich sehr angenehm, uns mit Ihr auf Deutsch zu unterhalten! die Wohnung ist Blitz sauber und verfügt über alles, was man für einen schönen Aufenthalt benötigt. Parkplatz ist direkt vor der Türe möglich ! Wir würden gerne wieder kommen und freuen uns schon, Frau Vera wieder zu treffen. wir wünschen Ihnen ein gutes Restjahr und hoffen, wir treffen uns nächstes Jahr wieder auf unserer geliebten Insel skyros. We where kindly welcomed at Magasia bus stop by Maria and Nikos who where disponible for us during our stay. Cleaning of the rooms every three days was a big + ! Thank you !

Εξαιρετική η Ολγα! Ενδιαφέρθηκε αν έχουμε φτάσει στο σπίτι καλά, ήταν εκεί όταν την χρειαστήκαμε, απαντούσε άμεσα και γενικά ήταν σαν να ήταν η ίδια εκεί. Το σπίτι πεντακάθαρο σε καταπληκτική τοποθεσία. Λίγο μας δυσκόλεψε το μπάνιο αλλά όλα τα υπόλοιπα σε αποζημιώνουν! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για όλα!

Το σπίτι της Έλενας είναι ακόμα καλύτερο από τις φωτογραφίες. Φοβερή αισθητικη με πολλά παραδοσιακά στοιχεία, πεντακάθαρο , άνετο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο.Η αυλη εξαιρετικη!!!η Έλενα και η οικογένειά της πάντα πρόθυμοι να μας εξυπηρετήσουν!!!ευχαριστούμε πολύ για την φιλοξενια!

Ιδανική τοποθεσία για ησυχία και ξεκούραση. Σε πολύ μικρή απόσταση με τα πόδια βρίσκεται η παραλία. Οι οικοδεσπότες είναι πολύ ευγενικοί και εξυπηρετικοί.

We had a wonderful week at Villa Vera. It’s every bit as wonderful as it looks in the photos. Inside: The house is beautifully appointed with just the right mix of character and practical modernity. Vera has thought of everything, more plates and glasses than you could ever possibly need, multiple ice cube trays in both freezers (there is a fridge- freezer behind the bar at the pool as well as in the kitchen), hair dryers, irons, blue tooth speaker for poolside music. I could go on. Outside: Our favourite part. The pool is large and the water warm (I don’t know if it’s a salt water pool but it was very clean and had no chemical smell at all). I definitely recommend using the inflatable chair (supplied of course) for the ultimate in lazy relaxation. An unexpected bonus was watching the local swallows enjoy the pool. They swoop down and just skim the surface of the water before looping around for another run. The first time we saw it we thought it was a freak occurrence but it happens several times a day, every day. The grounds are lovely and extensive, they are also very well kept; automatic sprinklers come on in the evening to make sure they retain the lush greenery of the many plants. One evening, we hosted a small gathering with some friends from Kymi. Drinks and olives by the pool followed by dinner on the (huge) veranda, followed by more drinks watching the moonlight over the sea. Unforgettable. The view is really beautiful. Location: The house is located off the road from Kalimerani to Kymi. Both are probably 30 mins walking distance but we always took the short and easy drive. They’re both well worth visiting with plenty of great places to eat and drink. Despite being the main road between the villages, traffic is negligible, I’d guess a single car every 5 minutes on a busy day, so it’s very quiet. The nearest property is roughly 200 metres away so you’re nice and secluded without feeling like you’re in the middle of nowhere. Hosts and communication: Despite arriving very late due to flight complications we were met by Argiris and his fiancée who showed us around. They were very helpful and always available on WhatsApp/text when we needed any tips on the local area. We didn’t contact them re. any issues with the house as there weren’t any, but I’m sure they would have been similarly responsive if we’d needed them. All in all, this is a fantastic property and we will certainly return.

Ce fut un magnifique séjour. LA maison est très propre et les équipements sont top ! Les confitures laissées par notre hôte sont un délice ! Et ne parlons pas du potager en libre accès offrant tout ce dont on peut rêver ! Il a fait jusqu'à 46° mais franchement nous ne l'avons pas senti, les chambres et le salon sont climatisées et la piscine est très bien située et rafraichissante. C'est une des meilleure location que j'ai eu jusqu'à présent et cela fait 20 ans que je viens en Grèce tous les été. Le panorama est époustouflant et on peut très facilement rayonner sur toute l'ile. Attention seulement à ne pas louer de voiture trop basse. Merci infiniment pour ce magnifique séjour !

Όλα ήταν άψογα! Το σπίτι και η πισίνα ήταν πολύ καθαρά! Ήσυχο και όμορφο περιβάλλον και η θέα από το μπαλκόνι του σπιτιού ιδανική για βραδιές χαλάρωσης! Εξοπλισμένο με όλα τα απαραίτητα και επιπλέον! Σίγουρα θα επιστρέψουμε! Κ.Γιώργο, σας ευχαριστούμε για όλα, χαρήκαμε που σας γνωρίσαμε!

A ház fantasztikus kilátással rendelkezik a hegyre és a tengerre, a beltér mediterrán stílusban ízlésesen van berendezve, több családnak is kényelmes elosztással. Azt hittük, a klíma hiánya kellemetlen lesz ha hőség van, de a hálószobákban lévő mennyezeti ventillátorok elegendőek voltak éjszaka. Autóval könnyen megközelíthető közeli strand, bevásárlási lehetőség, nagyobb település elérhető. Hosszabb ott tartózkodásra is alkalmas lehet, mert teljesen felszerelt konyha, fürdőszoba áll rendelkezésre. A tulajdonos mindig gyorsan és kedvesen válaszolt a felmerülő kérdésekre vagy problémákra, könnyen ment a kommunikáció.

Πολύ όμορφο στουντιο/δωμάτιο με απόλυτη ιδιωτικότητα και καταπληκτική θέα. Οι οικοδεσπότες ευγενέστατοι και εξυπηρετικότατοι. Ελεύθερη πρόσβαση στη πισίνα που διαθέτει το σπίτι. Μέρες απολαυστικές σε έναν πολύ φροντισμένο χώρο και η περιπχή διαθέτει άπειρες επιλογές για εξερεύνηση, μπάνιο, φαγητό (προτίμηση μας το Απέριττο στις όμορφες Πετριές). Στο επανιδειν Ιασωνα και φίλοι.

This large, beautiful property was the perfect place to host our family of five and our larger family reunion gathering of Greek and American relatives! We enjoyed the many amenities and the expansive views of the peaceful Greek countryside. There are many small villages to explore and nearby coastal restaurants and beaches. Our host was extremely helpful and accommodating and made our visit exceptional. She provided us with food from her garden and thoughtful keepsakes to take home. We will always remember this family reunion trip and this wonderful property and host that helped make it so special!

We had a wonderful stay at Marilou's apartment. It was comfortable, incredibly clean and had everything we needed for our 3 nights away. The view is absolutely fantastic and the balcony was a lovely place to relax. The pool was great and we explored three of the beautiful beaches around the island that Marilou suggested.

Η κατοικία βρίσκεται σε εναν εγκαταλελειμμένο οικισμό στην ενδοχώρα, ευκολα προσβασιμο, όμως. Απευθύνεται σε ανθρώπους που αγαπούν τη φύση και την απολαμβανουν . Δεν εχει παροχές όπως ηλεκτρικό και νερό αλλά ειναι ομορφο να βλέπεις τα αστερια τη νύχτα και να φωτίζεις το χωρο με κεριά. Η τουαλέττα και η δυνατότητα για μπανιο είναι ενα θέμα για το οποίο ελπίζω η οικοδεσποινα να μεριμνήσει. Ο εσωτερικός χώρος ειναι φτιαγμένοος με μεράκι , αξιοποιώντας αντικείμενα του παρελθόντος...τα βιβλία του Καζαντζακη, οι βαλίτσες, οι λάμπες λαδιού εφεραν στη μνημη παιδικά βιώματα...θα το χαρούν όσοι θελουν ηρεμία και εχουν εμπειρία σε διαβίωση στη φύση. Η Σταματία είναι πολύ φιλική οικοδέσποινα.

Le logement de Soula et Eirini est l'un des plus beaux airbnb que j'ai pu expérimenter ! Il se situe dans un écrin de verdure, plein de fleurs colorées, d'arbres fruitiers, d'oiseaux multicolores. La vue, sur la mer et une église en hauteur, est magnifique. En deux minutes on est au très charmant port de Linaria. L'appartement est niquel, refait à neuf et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. On s'y sentait vraiment bien. Soula et Eirini sont des personnes très chaleureuses et gentilles, et Soula nous a donné plein de bons conseils pour profiter de l'île ! Nous espérons revenir un jour !

Περάσαμε υπέροχα! Το σπίτι ήταν πολύ όμορφο, ησυχο, και το μπαλκόνι είχε μαγική θέα! Η θάλασσα 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια, πεντακάθαρη με άμμο. Δίπλα εστιατόρια, σούπερ μάρκετ και η Σκύρος 5 λεπτά με το αμάξι. Η Δήμητρα πολύ γλυκιά κ φιλόξενη! Θα ξαναπάμε σίγουρα!

Our stay at Maki's house was exceptional.He was an extremely accommodating host, meeting us at both check in and departure as well as being available for any questions during our stay. The house is a gem very well decorated, with plenty of space and a great garden, with amazing trees. It was particularly nice to have two bedrooms , very well equipped kitchen you can cook anything.The location is fantastic walking distance from the amazing beach of Kalamitsa and very close to the beautiful port of Skyros.Thanks a lot Makis we΄ll definitely come back.

Το δωμάτιο ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες, καθαρό, τακτοποιημένο. Δεν μας έλειψε τίποτα. Μέσα στη χώρα. Η Φένια πολύ καλή οικοδέσποινα, χαμογελαστή, εξυπηρετική. Μας έδωσε συμβουλές που ακολουθήσαμε. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ!!!!

George and Georgia are wonderful hosts. Their Euphoria House was exactly as described, very neat and clean, very well appointed, very conveniently located. This was a wonderful stay in a quiet part of Skyros.

La maison de Emmy est très agréable avec une belle terrasse et un grand jardin, et surtout à deux pas de la plage ! Tout est prévu dans la cuisine pour préparer nos repas et l’accueil était formidable! Idéal pour visiter Skyros en famille , en restant proche du village Xora ! Merci beaucoup Emmy !
