Holiday rentals with a patio in Skyros

Μείναμε δυο οικογένειες και είμασταν πολύ άνετα! Πολύ προσεγμένα όλα! Αξιοσημείωτο η ησυχία και η θεα! Είναι 5 λεπτα με το αυτοκίνητο από τους Αγίους Αππστολους όμως αξίζει γιατί είσαι σε λόφο μέσα στη φύση! Πολύ ωραίο καλοσωρισμα από την κα Ευμορφια η οποία ήταν πολύ φιλόξενη και πολύ εξυπηρετική! Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα και ελπίζω να το ξανά επισκεφτούμε σύντομα το κατάλυμα!

αψοχή οικοδεσπότης η Αναστασία! πολύ φιλική ,πολύ ευχάριστος άνθρωπος, και το σπίτι της εξαιρετικά τέλειο!! μία από τις καλύτερες εμπειρίες μου περάσαμε τέλεια !!με μεγάλη μου χαρά θα τα ξαναπούμε την επόμενη φορά που θα έρθουμε αμαρυνδος Αναστασιά... το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!!!!!

Für 10 Tage in der Nachsaisonzeit haben wir diese Unterkunft auf Alonissos gebucht. Schon der Empfang war sehr herzlich. Stavros, der Sohn des Besitzers hat uns alles gezeigt und uns schon bei der Ankunft ein paar Tipps gegeben und uns wissen lassen, dass bei Fragen oder Problemen wir ihn jederzeit kontaktieren können. Wir haben auch über Handy die Kommunikation aufgenommen. Mit unserem Auto kamen wir auf die Insel und uns ist unterwegs die Batterie kaputtgegangen. Das haben wir ihm auch erzählt. Er war sehr hilfsbereit und ging mit uns gleich am nächsten Tag in ein Geschäft. Dort haben wir eine neue Batterie bekommen und die alte wurde ausgetauscht. Das fanden wir wunderbar und somit konnten wir Stavros' Empfehlungen für schöne Strände und Gegenden richtig genießen. Wir bedanken uns für diese schöne Zeit auf Alonissos bei dem Gastgeber und empfehlen auf jeden Fall diese Unterkunft weiter.

Le chauffage marche bien, le lit est confortable, tout fonctionne bien. Marché à Konistres le dimanche, une bonne épicerie avec des produits bio juste en bas de la Coline de kaddi.

Μείναμε οικογενειακως με 2 παιδια στο evas home. Οι εντυπωσεις μας ήταν πολύ καλές καθώς ήταν καθαρό,υπήρχαν κεράσματα για μας και για τα παιδια κατά την προσέλευση. Επίσης ήταν πολύ κοντά σε μαγαζιά όπως σούπερ μάρκετ και ταβέρνες,όπου μπορείς να πας και με τα πόδια

Ο χώρος ήταν καθαρός, άνετος, όμορφος και ήσυχο περιβάλλον.

excellent place well suited for even three couples, for a family of three (like in our case) was very comfortable all together. excellent quality of construction with a very good layou. pool could be bigger but sufficient size... garden and tarace and parking area amazing. one point (friendly recommendation) to address is the privacy between the outdoor spaces of the villas...this could be better so to contain noice and for guests to feel more secluded this could be done with some extra fencing etc BUT not a big issue altogether. we did not get to know in person Nicolas (the owner/host), but he provided all the necessary information on time for our trip through messages. The caretakers of the property (4villas) Nikos and Eva such amazing people...!!! Very professional, polite, attentive and willing to assist us with everything, shared insights from the Skyros island were to visit, eat etc. Thank you Nikos and Eva hope to see you again. Overall recommend for accomodation.

Très belle maison au design sobre, élégant et fonctionnel. La maison fait partie d’un groupe de trois habitations identiques mais la proximité n’est pas problématique nous n’avons pas entendu ni vu les occupants des autres maison. La situation est idéale, proche de la Chorale de Skyros. Le mobilier est élégant et choisi avec soin. La maison est bien équipée. Hôtes très disponibles et de bon conseil.

Everything was perfect. The place and the swimming pool were clean. The kitchen well organized and fully equipped. As we are family of five persons (two adults and 3 teens), we had enough space for everyone. Eva & Nikos were very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay there. Highly recommended!!
