This is a brand new house. This house is small, but very cozy, and has all amenities you need to enjoy your holiday. This house is located on the shore side of the lake, where you can enjoy the lake view from inside of the house and on open deck at the back of the house. On the deck you may enjoy romantic dinner or drink the morning coffee and watch swans and ducks swimming in the lake. There is a tennis court available nearby for people who like to stay active during their days off.

The entire unit consists of a room and a bathroom with an entrance from the front yard. It is very comfortable for a single, a couple, or a small family. You are in a private space but without kitchen and dining area, like in a hotel or a mini-apartment. A homemade breakfast is provided for an additional charge. Use of Kitchen and Jacuzzi is for a small charge too. Use of a pool in the backyard of the house is free.
