Good place to stay

Lim's place was wonderful! Definitely coming back. It's walkable to Legoland (which eases everything), only downside is the parking. It's a carrousel up! ai loved their pillows that I asked for the brand to purchase it myself!

Host very friendly and well communicated which allowed me to have early check in even i requested on last minute. Very appreciated on their hard work! Homestay is exactly same as photo and described. Room is clean with good smell during check in. Bedding is clean and the bed very comfortable. Bathroom is clean, well equipped with strong bidet and shower system. Overall very satisfied, will definitely book again on next visit! Keep it up!

Joans place is very well placed in middle of Johor and its convenient because its nearby Paradigm mall, Joan is also very responsive of all my questions and she is very fast in responding. Only thing is maybe a water filter would be nice

I had a pleasant stay at this Airbnb in Johor. The place was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was responsive and friendly throughout. The location was great — close to amenities like restaurants, shops, and with easy access to Legoland, JB Sentral, etc. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Johor and would love to stay here again in the future!

Appreciated Mandy’s responsiveness, before booking and during our stay too - with same day response and support. The place was generally clean with basic amenities provided and near the lift. We had a comfortable stay overall. It’s a good base - walkable to Midvalley Shopping Mall via the back (about 15min relaxed walk).

Easy and clear instructions from Catie. She even called me a day earlier to inform me that there’s a water disruption on the day of my check out. Appreciate the effort made. Was given a bigger apartment but 2 other rooms were locked as we are only a family of 4. Apartment was huge. Location is only a stone throw away from CIQ. Many food stalls nearby if you’re driving. The only downsides are noises from the vehicles downstairs as apartment was just right beside CIQ. Jacuzzi tub wasn’t clean as the jet blows out residues. Maybe due to previous home stayers using bath bombs. We ended up not utilising it. It was too warm to sit in the balcony as there are 4 aircon condensers. Checking in and out was hassle free. Catie was kind enough to keep us updated throughout. Will come back again next time. Thank you Catie!

My stay was fantastic from start to finish! The host was incredibly responsive — quick to reply, super helpful, and always available if I had any questions. It really made the whole experience feel smooth and welcoming. The place itself was so comfortable and thoughtfully set up. The bed was cozy, the space was beautifully furnished, and all the essentials were provided (and then some!). It felt like a perfect little retreat, with everything I needed to truly relax. I’d absolutely stay here again. Between the great communication and the cozy atmosphere, it was one of my best Airbnb experiences!

Clean place with nice views of the beach. Very convenient check in & out procees. host was very helpful to attend to our needs and went the extra mile to bring us the new hairdryer when we informed that it had issues. he also recommended us places to get fireworks and food when we asked.

Room was as shown, unique room meant for couples

Our second stay with Ben. His apartment provided everything we needed, washer/dryer, 2 toilets, many beds, each bed comes with hard pillow and soft pillow. Even had an enclosed balcony which gave us extra space, as well as a large TV to enjoy shows. The wifi was a bit spotty, but he told us way in advance so we were not surprised. Anyway it helped me limit my children’s screen time My go-to apartment every time we are at paradigm mall!

We had a great time! The kids loved the swimming pool and we felt very safe during our stay thanks to the friendly security guards always on premises. The shopping centre on the ground floor was an unexpected bonus! Easy access to all we needed. The place is not in the city centre but a very short commute by grab made it easy and enjoyable. Great view from the balcony. A nice place, we would go back if travelling there again. The host also provided everything we needed for our stay, overall I recommend. Please note that the beach nearby is not for swimming and not clean, please note that if you want to book and want to spend time on the beach.

Fabulous place that I willing to come back again.

The check-in process was easy and convenient, as were the convenience stores located close by. Only at night was there a small amount of traffic noise due to the proximity to the highway.

The place was so cosy, we wished we stayed longer! Everything was exactly like the pictures and kept really clean. The host is really responsive and clear with their instructions on how to check-in and check-out. The location is also really ideal. Highly recommend!

The check in instructions (step-by-step given) were clear and easy to understand, accommodation/utilities is as advertised, near to popular places such as AEON Mall which is huge with lots of stores. Aircon was cold, however fridge motor was slightly noisy during the night. Cleanliness 10/10. It was great that host provided bowls and cutleries, which was a good use for ordering food in. Calling Grab transport / food and Food Panda was also easy, just that need to collect from lobby / be at lobby. Overall, I would highly recommend this place for a short vacation as it is affordable and accurately described in the listing. Overall: 9/10

Checking in was a breeze thanks to the instructions given. The place is peaceful, clean and had everything I needed even a drinking water dispenser. Host was super responsive and friendly! The area doesn’t have much around but it’s definitely not far from CIQ. Will definitely book this place again!
