It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

It spreads on two floors with open space kitchen, dining and living room, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. In the garden there is a chlorine free, private swimming pool-heated from April to end of October. The house is situated in the very centre of the small village of Pinezići, 700 meters from the beach.

The apartment was above my expectations. Clean, extremely well equipped, I can still smell the ripe figs on the terrace. The beach is about 15 minutes on foot (a characteristic of Pinezici), but it is even more wonderful.

Meine Familie und ich haben uns in der Ferienwohnung von Jasna sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war da, was wir brauchten und natürlich der wunderschöne Blick aufs Meer von dem großen, schattigen Balkon! Wirklich toll! Die ganze Gegend dort ist so wunderschön! Es gibt viel zu entdecken. Eine klare Empfehlung dort Urlaub zu machen! Vielen dank liebe Jasna,es war sooooo schön!!!! :)

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dem wunderschönen Studio geliebt! Es sah genauso aus wie auf den Bilder und hatte alles was man benötigt. Ein wunderschöner großer Garten und ein Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Die Gegend ist perfekt für Tagesausflüge.

Die Unterkunft ist fein und gemütlich – äußerst sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Kleine Küchennische mit allen Essentials. Besonders hervorzuheben sind der wunderschöne Garten und der herrliche Pool, die zum Entspannen einladen. Die Lage ist wunderbar ruhig, ideal zum Abschalten. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich, haben uns unsere Privatsphäre gelassen, sind aber jederzeit hilfsbereit zur Verfügung. Klare Empfehlung – wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt!

I often visit Pinezici, so I booked this studio appartment for short stay. its easy acces to beach (10 min walk) and has parking space. Place was very clean and I loved the terrace in front, where I could chill in the evening and watch stars. Dolores and her housband were great hosts, very welcoming and friendly.

One word is enough: WOW! An amazing view, the perfect size of the apartment and really the best communication with Tamara (answered in less then one minute, sent a pdf with tips in advance and made it possible to check in earlier). Nothing more to add - only: THANK YOU & SEE YOU AGAIN :)
