Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Skopje

I had an incredible stay at this vintage apartment in Skopje! The location is unbeatable — just a 3-minute walk to the City Mall, which made shopping and dining super convenient. Parking right in front of the house was a huge bonus, especially in a busy area like this. The apartment itself was charming, beautifully decorated with a cozy retro vibe, and spotlessly clean. The attention to detail really made it feel like a home away from home. The best part of my experience was the host, Viktor. He was amazing — friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. His hospitality truly made my trip unforgettable. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Skopje and will definitely stay here again on my next visit! Five stars all the way!

We stayed for 5 nights and 6 days. She and her husband were very helpful to us with everything. Her husband gave us advice on everything we needed, especially both about the house and in the city, and she made sure that we could see different countries. The house was very warm. The rooms were very comfortable. The environment was very calm and we never interacted with people. It took 20 minutes by walking to the center and we never had to take the bus, we always walked for sightseeing.

We had a wonderful getaway - just us and nature. The place was peaceful and exactly what we needed to disconnect The outdoor space is even better than the pictures, and we spent most of our time enjoying it. I must mention that bathroom and kitchen are brand new and super clean! And Marija is a fantastic host—very welcoming and helpful. We’d definitely come back!

Everything went well, I recommend this place. Special thanks to the owner for the office chair and excellent internet, it was very comfortable for me to work 😅

We provided accommodation for 6 people as a family, a very spacious large house met our expectations, we were very comfortable, a house that can stay as a large group as a family. 10 minutes by car to the center. we experienced the restaurant next to the house and the flavors were very nice (restaurant) Thanks for everything

Where to begin… such an unique experience. The scenery is breathtaking. You’re staying on their land which makes it intimate. Such a relaxed energy; cats laying around, children playing in the garden, mountains in the background. They are very self-sufficient, growing their own veggies, fresh eggs from their own chicks, hazelnuttrees (try the homemade hazelnut pasta, amazing!). And they were great hosts, always making time for you and we got great tips & must sees. Great vibe overall. I would definitely recommend going, and do try one of Andrijana’s homemade traditional meals, they were so good. the best hot water I've had in my European vacation so far. short walk to the fun parts of town, enjoyable scenery, and Suzana is always there to help you with whatever you need to make your trip enjoyable. I just wish I could have stayed longer

You can reach the center in 10-12 minutes by car. Great home for crowded organizations with multiple bedrooms and terrace with bahcedw. The kitchen was so much better than the photos. A place to stay with pleasure. Thanks Filip

Viktor is an amazing host and he responded immediately to everything we have requested. The apartment is great with nice views over the city. It is perfect for families. Would definitely stay again when visiting Skopje.

Excellent Value for Money Apartment, Aerodrom is one of the best areas to make a stop in Skopje!

Very well presented AirBnb in Debar Maalo. It was centrally located in the suburb with lots of restaurants, bars &, cafanas. Everything was within walking distance of the AirBnB especially Centar. The beds were comfy & clean with a neat bathroom & double balcony’s on both sides of the apart offering views of the surrounding buildings. Would highly recommend this AirBnB for anyone that wants a true experience of Skopje for living & nightlife. Teodora & Ljubormir are both excellent hosts & are extremely responsive. Check in & check out were very easy & straightforward.

A completely perfect experience was offered. The host Antonijo was a wonderful person, friendly and completely helpful. Everything was available in the apartment. Even if you didn't have anything, everything was thought of and prepared for you. The house was spotless and tidy. I won't look for a place to stay when I come back.

We felt like we were at home. The location was very nice. Jovan was very interested in us in every aspect. We are grateful to Jovan for hosting us.

Marija is a very good host. She answered all our questions in a short time. The house was as described and pictured. It was very close to the train station and bus station, 5 min walk . It is 10 minutes by walking to the center. It is very easy to walk to all the must-see places. The house , beds, bathroom and toilet were very clean. In fact, the toilet was two of them. It's also great for large families. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay! The kitchen had everything we needed. The place was tastefully decorated and the closed in balcony was the perfect place to unwind after a long day! I liked that there was a washing machine and a large drying rack. We two small kids that’s always necessary! The views from the apartment are also fantastic!

I had such a pleasant month-long stay at this home~! Wonderfully located within few minutes walking distance to two malls, the center, restaurants, theatre; taxi was always available just in front of the location to take me further if I wished to not walk. Inside, tv has tons of programs, and high speed internet alllowed me to work from there and take video calls without issues. The main bathroom was updated with a spacious shower and very clean - something I always look for in a location. The guest bathroom was equally clean- took me a moment to figure out that the hot water switch was there and that I had accidentally turned off )). The hosts were super accomodating with towels and linens. I ever figured out the washer/drier combo usage. Kitchen is fully equipped with massive fridge for a large family next to a large dining room table that sits six comfortably. Very quiet place at night, and I enjoyed the spacious terrace many afternoons and late evenings. Recommend checking it out.
