In the beautiful village of Fjällbäcken in Lindvallen is our apartment. In the area there is a pool and paddle tennis court (the pool's opening hours are June-August). Fjällbäcken is a newly built area in 2024 and our apartment is located about 250 meters from the new lift Söderåsen Express (with heated seats, etc.). From here you can reach all the slopes in Lindvallen. Most things you will find in walking distance such as Experium with water park, spa, bowling, restaurants and shops. Also proximity to cross-country trails, hiking trails, climbing park and bike paths/trail.

Are you looking for a cozy cabin that has everything you need? Then you found the right place! The cottage is located a 15-minute walk from Sälfjällstorget's slopes and restaurants only 50 meters from the ski bus that takes you to and home from the slopes. Close to the cottage, there are cross-country trails and sledding hill. The cottage has 6 comfortable beds spread over three bedrooms. Welcome to our built mountain apartment on the ground floor, 3 rooms (4+2 beds) in the newly built Fjällbäcken Lindvallen, pool & paddle tennis. The area is about 200 meters from the newly built Söderåsen Express lifts and a pleasant walking distance to Experium with its facilities such as spa and adventure bath. Our home is equipped with a double bed of 160 cm, bunk bed (120/80 cm) and a sofa bed (153 cm), bathroom with washing machine and sauna, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher & microwave. Drying cabinet & washing machine is available.

Small cozy cottage in Hemfjällstangen cottage area with proximity to cross-country skiing tracks, snowmobile and hiking trails. To Lindvallen and Klippen ski resorts, it is about 15 minutes drive. The cottage is 38 m2 on a shared plot with another cottage that is also rented. The cottage can accommodate: One bedroom with two single beds. A living room with kitchen, dining area, fireplace and TV corner (sofa bed that becomes 140 cm wide). The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. Bathroom with toilet and shower.

Large and sunny terrace that goes around the house, with striking views and 10-15 meters from the hill 35 (Hasse) and the bike trail. Ski storage and 2 parking spaces.

The cottage with nice mountain architecture is perfect for those of you looking for a comfortable accommodation with room for the larger company.

Området ligger på fridfullt läge med ski in-ski out möjlighet till liften Söderåsen Express med uppvärmda säten och vindskydd. Lägenheten ligger på behagligt promenadavstånd till Experium med dess faciliteter såsom äventyrsbad, bowling och restauranger. Fjället ligger runt hörnet så njut av såväl alpin- som längdskidåkning på vintern som cykling, fjällvandring, pool och padelbana finns att nyttja på området!

Welcome to our house in Södra Fjällvyn, a scenic area near Sälen-Lindvallen's ski resort. The cabin has 3 floors and is equipped with all conceivable comforts, such as a stove, outdoor hot tub and sauna. The area is peaceful with cross-country ski trails nearby. From the cottage you have a wonderful view of the Sälen valley and ski slopes. A 5 min drive or 25 min walk takes you to Lindvallen with Sälen's largest ski area, grocery stores, restaurants, aqualand. There's 600 meters to the ski bus.

Welcome to our charming cabin with a cozy sauna and grill room in the backyard. The cabin is divided into two separate parts rented out separately. There's a free ski bus nearby and access to beautiful cross-country and snow scooter tracks just by the house. The slopes, supermarkets etc. are just a 5-minute drive. Local restaurants within a 15-minute walk. Please note that cleaning is only included during Christmas, New Year, W6,W7,W8, W9. Cleaning and bed linnen can be requested anytime.

In the public parking lot outside the apartments, there are 20 charging stations (MER) for electric cars.
