This semi-detached house has an unparalleled sunny location overlooking Hundfjället & Tandådalen. That together with its own outdoor spa and well selected material choices make the house quite unique. 5 bedrooms and kitchen in an open plan with the living room. Outside the house, the cross-country ski and scooter tracks pass by in the winter, and about 200 meters away, the ski and swimming bus stop. During the winter season, the house is only rented weekly with Saturday as a changeover day. During the winter season (full week) cleaning is included on departure in the price.

In the beautiful village of Fjällbäcken in Lindvallen is our apartment. In the area there is a pool and paddle tennis court (the pool's opening hours are June-August). Fjällbäcken is a newly built area in 2024 and our apartment is located about 250 meters from the new lift Söderåsen Express (with heated seats, etc.). From here you can reach all the slopes in Lindvallen. Most things you will find in walking distance such as Experium with water park, spa, bowling, restaurants and shops. Also proximity to cross-country trails, hiking trails, climbing park and bike paths/trail.

Are you looking for a cozy cabin that has everything you need? Then you found the right place! The cottage is located a 15-minute walk from Sälfjällstorget's slopes and restaurants only 50 meters from the ski bus that takes you to and home from the slopes. Close to the cottage, there are cross-country trails and sledding hill. The cottage has 6 comfortable beds spread over three bedrooms. The apartment is 54 sqm and has a balcony with beautiful views of the square and the ski slopes. Free parking space is included in the accommodation. The apartment consists of a master bedroom, two smaller bedrooms, bathroom, sauna, a combined kitchen/living room and balcony. Bring your own towels and linens. Cleaning is not included. Nice cross-country trails at Gubbmyren, within walking distance. To Lindvallens ski slopes and shops, it is 3 km, there is a large Ica store, shops and restaurants. We rent only to well-behaved people. You must be over 25 years old, animal- and smoke-free. No partying. Here, the whole family can fit and can enjoy and socialize.
