In the sleeping loft there is a double bed, a single bed and a travel bed for children if desired. Here you are surrounded by fields and meadows as well as 950 meters to wide sandy beach. Walking distance to restaurant and tennis courts. Grocery store, more restaurants, paddle court and golf course you can reach in 15 minutes by bike. Need to know; the stair to the sleeping loft is very steep.

Here you have a lovely house with large light and with beautiful ocean views and gardens around. Sea fishing is likely to be incredibly good here on the south coast. Fresh interior design in marine tones. Kitchen, dining area and living room (with one single bedding chair) on the ground floor, as well as guest-wc. Upstairs there is a large bedroom as well as another bedroom with a sofa bed (2p)as well as a single bed, bathroom with shower. Fireplace for cozy evening in kitchen or you enjoy the summer evening out on the terrace with dining area and barbeque.

UNIQUE SUMMER HOUSE IN MAGICAL LOCATION

A little bit of paradise... It's how you feel when you step into this fantastic house that is tucked behind chalky white sand dunes on a large nature plot by the shore of the sea. The house, in well preserved original condition from 1961, has a modest elegance and at the same time is so ingenious in its simplicity. The architect behind the creation is Sten Samuelsson who designed it together with the owner, the well-known photographer Georg Oddner who had this as a summer house. Here he was able to pull away and enjoy the quiet.

Had a wonderful week in this authentic accommodation! It is an atmospheric place, clean and decorated with an eye for detail. For young children, there are lots of toys inside. A tip can also be realized in the garden, because there is more than enough space for a swing or trampoline. The area is quiet and spacious. With beautiful cities like Malmö, about an hour's drive. There is also a lot of nature in the area. For example, the sea is a few minutes away and you can make beautiful hikes in the forest where host Anna has good tips. If you want to enjoy the quiet Swedish country life, a stay here is therefore absolutely recommended!

This is perfect for those who appreciate a quiet location and an unspoiled view of the sea. The house is ideally suited for 4 people who are traveling together because they also want to enliven the house together. We really enjoyed having breakfast in the morning with a view of the sea, resting in the afternoon with a view of the sea and drinking a red wine in the evening with a view of the sea.

Staying at Karin's place was fantastic. The location in very beautiful and peaceful. The views from the cabin are gorgeous and the cabin has all the needs for a short stay. Karin is very friendly and was great to talk with her. Staying at Karin's place is very good in summer due to the summer deck but also can be very well enjoyed during the winter due to the amazing views. To repeat!

Great house, a bit bigger than we expected from pictures. Short walk to beautiful beach with a friendly ice cream kiosk/beach bar. Patrik was quick to response to messages and accommodating. We throughly enjoyed our stay.
