Small cozy cottage 60 m2, about 200 m from the beach in the lovely Faldsled area, short distance to Svanninge Bakker and Faaborg city. There is a lovely view from the living room and terrace over the meadow and a glimpse of the water. The house is bright and nice, contains kitchen, living room, small toilet with shower, 1 small bedroom with double box mattress (160x200), narrow staircase up to loft with double mattress and small room with 2 beds (80x190) for children. Fireplace wood stove. Nice terrace, there is a grill, sun loungers and garden furniture.

The home is on South Funen, and can be used year-round From May-September, you can book 6 people. From October-April, the house is intended for 4 people as the 2 beds are in the unheated annex. Genuine holiday fun. 200 meters to child-friendly beach. The water is perfect for fishing, including trout and mackerel. the price is excl. linen, cloths, dish towels, towels. This can be purchased for an extra 75, - (10€) extra / person. Please let us know when booking if the linen package is desired. (Annex with two beds is for summer use only)

There is direct access to the forest, where you can enjoy Svendborgsund in a 5-minute walk and a 15-minute walk to the swimming area by the strait. The house is a 10-minute bike ride from Svendborg city center. The house is a detached house, next to the main house, where the hosts live. The house has two bedrooms, a large bathroom and living room with a smaller, but fully functional kitchen. TV with Apple TV. 5 min. walk to shopping, where you can charge your electric car.

Bindingsværkshus i lille Lejbølle by. Kom tilbage i tiden med masser af patina, gamle møbler, lavt til loftet. 3 brændeovne for hyggens skyld det er ikke varmekilder. Bag haven er lukket,grill, bålplads og gammelt smedie jerns komfur til pynt. Der er spil og musik anlæg (AUX stik Iphone er der). Huset har 55” fladskærm og wi-fi alle senge er Hæstens senge, minimum Superior. Jeg har flere huse på Langeland men det her er ubetinget det hyggeligste med en fornemmelse af “gamle dage”.

Welcome to our newly constructed house by the sea – literally, just a few steps away from the clear waters of Svendborg Sound. This idyllic and spacious property (94 sq. meters on two floors) has unobstructed views of the south Funen archipelago – in fact, nature is your only and closest neighbor. Treat yourself to a few days away from it all! All beds will be made for your arrival. We supply crisp white linen and fresh towels (beach towels too) for all our guests.

Cozy, bright and classic cottage with sea views. There is a nice covered terrace with morning sun overlooking the beach and swimming pier. The garden is nicely enclosed and with a cozy, secluded sun terrace on the west side of the house. From the living room, there is a panoramic view of the water. Two regular bedrooms and the charming bathroom are with shower and underfloor heating. Only 100 meters to the beach and right next to hiking and biking trails.

Supermarket within walking distance.

We offer a homey environment for your vacation! Old renovated house with plenty of atmosphere, in idyllic surroundings, and with cycling distance to the beach, forest and Svendborg. The house is located in the middle of Skårup, with walking distance to the local grocery store, and with plenty of opportunity for walks around the nearby nature.

Beautifully restored 3-wing half-timbered property, located in the countryside in scenic surroundings, with a small forest and river running through the garden. - Egeskov Castle, as well as Svendborg, are 10-15 km from here. Private kitchen in cozy living room with access to terrace. Pets are welcome.
