Kitchenette (not stove) with sink, microwave, fridge, toaster, egg boiler, etc. The house is wintery and has both AC and heating. South facing and patio on the front, with barbecue, in the morning and evening sun. 1500m to one of Sweden's best beaches and about 1400m to the center. About 30 minutes drive from Malmö and 2 minute walk from the bus stop with frequent departures.
