Beachfront unique house with nice outdoor environment

In this national romantic house from 1905 you can enjoy in front of the fireplace, barbecue and have a drink on the large patio or take a short walk down to Falsterbo's stunning sandy beach. 5-6 people live comfortably in this charming and gently renovated house with carpentry fun and high coziness. It is close to a grocery store, golf courses and the idyllic center of Falsterbo. On the large forest area, there is also a brand new guest house that can be rented. Parking is available, as well as bicycles for borrowing.

When you stay here you will have the house for yourselves. A few rooms are private though. It IS included: Floor 2: Bedroom & bathroom, travel bed available. Floor 1: Large living room with fireplace, dining table & TV, kitchen & bathroom. Basement: 150 cm wide sofa bed & extra bed. Washing Machine, Clothes dryer, iron, toilet, shower. Hot tub & sauna costs 50 SEK per occasion. Patio (approx. 7x3.5m) with tables, chairs, umbrella & grill. 600m to Oxie station, 2 stops to Triangeln. 200m to city bus stop 1.

New renovated house outside Vellinge. Very good strategic location. Close to Malmö/Hyllie (8 km) Ljunghusen/Skanör\Falsterbos white wonderful beaches (15 mins). Öresundsbron/Malmö (10min) and Copenhagen (30min), Österlen (about 45min). Perfect for excursions in the area or work trip. Modern, homey, cozy place with all the comforts! A harmonious house to be taken care of! All new August 2022! Lovely large wooden deck with pergola, outdoor furniture, barbecue, etc. Secluded and cozy garden facing south.

Forget all the everyday worries in this spacious and peaceful accommodation. On Kungsljuset in Beddingestrand you live comfortably near the sea. The house is spacious with all amenities to make sure you have a pleasant stay. In total there are 4 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, glassed porch and large deck facing south. On hot days, take a bathrobe and slippers to walk about 100 meters for a refreshing swim. From the balcony you can see the sea between the treetops. Welcome to Kungsljuset!

Perfekt boende för er som semestrande barnfamilj, såväl som för dig och ditt kompisgäng. Kör rakt in på tomten och parkera bilar (och släp). 3 minuter från strand och bad, en stor insynsskyddad trädgård och en villa som alla får gott om plats i utan att behöva trängas. Bilderna är inte helt uppdaterade efter en modernisering i de båda vardagsrummen. Huset är till skillnad från många andra ett rent turistboende vilket ger en hel del enkelhet och flexibilitet till skillnad från folks uthyrda hem.

We can host up to 8 people were you have two separated bedrooms with king size beds, a bunk bed and a bed sofa in the TV-room. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher and oven. Bathroom with washer/dryer. You will have your own garden with BBQ and seating area and your own parking lot. It’s a 10 minute walk to the beautiful Beaches of Falsterbo/Skanör.
