This home is well suited for those who are on the road or who like sea and nature. In order to enter the apartment you have to pass our garden. We have two Chihuahua's so it is good if you are not afraid of dogs as these are sometimes out in the garden. The apartment consists in a small kitchen with two hot plates, a small Micro. Refrigerator is but no freezer. Private toilet with washing machine. No balcony or patio is available. 1 bed 140cm and a sofa for 2 are available. Please bring your own linens and towels.

The farm includes a vineyard. Distance to Gärsnäs 3 km, with ICA shop pastry shop, ATM, train station and bus stop. Train every hour to Simrishamn and Ystad. 10 km to Gyllebosjön with nice swimming and hiking area. 20 km to Borrbystrand by the sea with fantastic sandy beach. Dogs are welcome but cost 50 SEK/day

Morning sun and grazing horses as accessories for morning coffee. 1.5 km to the train station with connection to Helsingborg and Malmö. Spacious parking included. The apartment is located on top of the stable so noises can occur during the night. There are animals on the farm so it is not recommended if you have a severe fur allergy. The 60 m² apartment at a height of 6 meters is perfect for relaxing as a couple. When the weather permits, we sit together in the evening by the large campfire. Our property has 20 hectares of fenced pasture and forests and invites you to take extensive walks.
