Parking is available in the yard and possibility to charge your electric car. Walking distance to Sörmlandsleden, Åby Golfklubb (1 km) and Skavsta Airport (4 km). 5 km to Nyköpings Centrum. At bv there is a complete kitchen with dining area for 4 people, hot plate, fridge/freezer, microwave with grill, 3 seat sofa with TV, double bed, shower. On practice double bed. Non smoking.

Huset är en 50-talsvilla på 83 kvm + 7 kvm glasveranda och gäststuga på 8,5 kvm. Huvudbyggnaden har ett stort kök med matplats, 2 sovrum, vardagsrum, veranda med utsikt mot Bråviken samt bastu och tvättmaskin. Wifi är i huvudbyggnaden. Gäster ansvarar för städning innan utcheckning.
