The location is special, with a beautiful view that made our stay even more relaxing. The host was kind enough to let us stay until 12 PM on our checkout day, which we really appreciated. Everything was perfect! The apartment is in a beautiful location right by the lake, so we spent wonderful evenings on the balcony enjoying the sunset. It's very spacious — even bigger than we expected — spotlessly clean, and furnished with love. We’ll definitely come back again!

We came for a family winter vacation. The host communication was outstanding. Ruth’s apartment was as spectacular as on the picture. Beautiful view, convenient location, very comfortable and clean apartment. Montreux it self was a little quieter than we hoped for a New Year celebration, but train station is within a few minutes walk and we took wonderful trips to Gstaad for skiing, Lausanne and Vevey. I have to also mentioned that Samantha was extremely helpful and responsive. We felt welcomed and supported in every way. We hope to comeback in the summer - Thank you !

As described, it was a location with a view of the lake and mountains.Thanks to the beautiful weather, we were able to enjoy a very beautiful view.It is also close to delicious gelato shops and bakeries.Access to Geneva and Lausanne is also good, and the location is great. Also, Mina's guidance was specific and her response was good, so I felt at ease.It was equipped with useful things to have during your stay, and I had a very comfortable time.It was very helpful as a traveler to be allowed to use the washing machine and dryer in the garage. It is a place where you will want to spend as many days as your budget allows.Thank you very much.

Parking lot was right next to the door. Here The apartment is on the second floor👍 and there’s a lift in the lobby♥️👍👍. I’ll be comig back next May !

Bérangère's place was superb! We were able to enjoy the outdoors thanks to a long sunny weekend. The view from the terrace is a big plus! If you want to enjoy a place to stay close to Annecy, this is the perfect place to stay.

We had a lovely stay at Serinas Chalet! A group of us went to Samoens for a ski trip and the walk to the ski lift through the forest was a great way to start the day and coming back to the chalet and putting the fire place on was the perfect ending!

We had a great stay, it was easy to get around by car to visit the city of Annecy, there was also free relay parking, it's ideal. It's great for walking or cycling. Lots of amenities around the house (grocery store, restaurants, bike rental). The house was as seen in the photos, everything was very clean and tidy. Also very nice welcome on arrival by the host!

We had a wonderful time with the family at this place. We were 4 adults and 4 children. Cleanliness was great. The very peaceful place. We were able to enjoy the terrace, the barbecue and the swing thanks to perfect weather. Our host was very welcoming and accommodating about the arrival time, which was changed due to traffic jams at the Swiss border. Very comfortable bedding, very well-equipped accommodation, we had a pleasant stay, thank you!

We were a group of 15 people who rented this new and very nice chalet for 2 nights. The communication with Donald and then also with Rudy (he makes the handover, etc.) was very good! The chalet is new and as shown in the pictures, the kitchen is very well equipped and the small lawn area can be used in summer. You have to provide a few extra documents (insurance, then security deposit), but this all went smoothly. Very nice chalet, we will be happy to come back!

What an unforgettable stay! The view of Lake Annecy with the mountains in the background is absolutely stunning. You can watch paragliders landing and boats gently cruising on the lake. The lake is just a 2-minute walk from the property, and the surroundings are peaceful and incredibly scenic. The house is spacious and thoughtfully laid out, offering both comfort and functionality. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the patio while soaking in the stunning views of Lake Annecy. The windows and doors are soundproof, so you can enjoy peaceful, undisturbed nights without any noise from passing vehicles. Ample parking is available, and the hosts were warm and welcoming. There was nothing to complain about, only wonderful things to say. Restaurants and supermarkets are close by. I stayed for 3 nights, but it felt too short. The place is so beautiful that even 10 days would not have been enough. Words can’t do justice to the view. I am in awe and will definitely be back.

We had a great stay at Élisabeth and Frédéric's: clean, convenient, very well-equipped rental. We were able to enjoy the spa facing the mountain. Everything was perfect, even the weather! Élisabeth and Frédéric were very good at giving advice and available. We'll be happy to go back.

Amazing view for this peaceful, clean and very well decorated accommodation, about 20 minutes walk from downtown (very pleasant walking tour). The Spa is a real plus, great services. Excellent stay, to be repeated:-))

The location was good, the surrounding environment was good, the accommodation was clean and great, and especially the terrace and scenery were so nice.

We had an amazing stay with beautiful views of lac leman. Nice area for hikes and day trips to other locations.

Had a lovely stay here and the place was excellent. Incredible views, lovely lake outside. Great facilities in the building like the swimming pool. Note for anyone who is wanting to workout, there are no free weights, just one multi station. Only very minorly negative thing was that if you're wanting to head into town a lot, as the place is a little outside, is that it's about a 30 minute walk or a roughly seven minute bus ride. With ski boots on this can be a bit of a pain! The bus seemed to be free although I am not sure it was meant to be. We never worked out why no one paid but the driver didn't seem to care. Otherwise you're looking at about a 20-30 euro uber/taxi depending on time of day. Overall, a great stay and the place is excellent.

We spent three night's at Metin's, the place is cosy and had everything we needed for a great stay. It is very close to the lake and makes a great base for exploring greater Annecy.

we spent a few very nice days in Stanka and William's place, a real favorite for this apartment made with great care and very nice meeting with them both, we appreciated their very kind attention, we highly recommend it, we hope to go back there wholeheartedly... carole
