Holiday rentals with a patio in Six Mile Lake

This was my wife and I’s second time visiting Midland to attend the annual butter tart festival. Our previous rental unit last year was great as were the furnishing so the bar was high for this year’s Airbnb rental. In fact, the “Home in Midland” rental unit and the hosts exceeded our expectations. The rental unit's location was only minutes from the festival and most amenities such restaurants, waterfront and stores. We never moved the car during our stay since everything was within a short walk. About the hosts welcoming attitude and hospitality: Upon arrival, we requested an early entry which was granted without hesitation. We were also fortunate enough to meet one of the hosts (Shelby) she was extremely pleasant and assisted us in making sure we were in the right parking spot, which was well indicated. We walked up 2 flights of stairs to get to our unit and were pleasantly surprised at the space of the rental . The pictures online were absolutely on point and matched expectations.

My stay at Carley’s place was amazing ! Her place is stunning , incredible attention to detail , comfortable and peaceful. Great location , short walk into the downtown offerings. Jessica’s place was incredibly spacious and featured a beautiful balcony overlooking the lake. The beds were very comfortable, and the home was well-equipped with everything we needed—including a patio barbecue. We stayed during a heat wave, and the air conditioning kept the space perfectly cool. The hosts were attentive and responsive throughout our stay. Overall, excellent value for the money—I would highly recommend this place and look forward to coming back!

We absolutely loved our stay at Chantal and Sylvain’s place! From the moment we walked in, we were very impressed by this clean, cozy, and beautifully-furnished home-away-from-home. Our hosts thought of everything, and were friendly, responsive and helpful. Their place is complete with everything you could need for a comfortable stay, in addition to some additional thoughtful, special touches. We had fun playing some of the many available board games, and found it so peaceful to sit in their quiet backyard, surrounded by trees. We LOVED lounging in the beautiful hot tub. Next time we’re in Coldwater, we would definitely stay at Chantal and Sylvain’s place again! Highly recommend!

We had a great stay! The place was spotless, the check-in process was super easy, and the location was perfect—just a short walk to the harbour. The host was very responsive and made sure everything went smoothly. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic weekend staying at Gerard’s place! It was just as described from the pics and Gerard provided very clear instructions which made checking in seamless. The place was very clean, spacious, and right on the water! There was also a ton of things to do including kayaking, stand up paddle boarding, board games, a gym with weights as well as a fully stocked kitchen. We had a great time and would definitely come back again in the future!

Natalie’s place is excellent! The studio was super clean and very nice. We felt right at home!! It had everything we needed and was close to all the local attractions. Natalie provided a guide ahead of our trip with information about the AirBnb, as well as local recommendations for food and things to do. She was extremely kind and responsive. I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful BnB, and I must say, it was the perfect retreat! Located in a stunning private complex surrounded by nature, this BnB offered the ultimate peaceful escape. The surroundings were serene, and the walking distance to the Village of Blue Mountain was a bonus. The hosts were incredibly polite and nice, making us feel right at home. The amenities were top-notch, with a coffee machine available for us to enjoy at our leisure. The comfortable bed was the perfect place to rest after a day of exploring. But what truly made this stay special was the beautiful little patio, where we could sit and soak in the natural beauty surrounding us. It was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. I would highly recommend this BnB to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway amidst nature. The hosts, amenities, and surroundings all came together to create a truly unforgettable experience. Can't wait to come back!

Lisa was such an amazing host. At first, she helped us change the date of the booking very easily. After check-in, she stopped by to make sure we have everything we need. She brought a mosquito spray for my mom. The location is absolutely beautiful. Totally recommend staying at her place.

Had a great beach weekend at Nicole's place. Place was as described, and very clean. If you're looking for a place that's literally around the corner to the beach, I would definitely recommend this!

We had a lovely stay. The place was even nicer than we expected. This is the best air bnb we’ve ever had. It was really private and really clean, which was exactly what we were looking for. They provided so many little things which just added to the overall experience. Its the small things that go a long way. The place was really open concept and just really well furnished. The place was very clean and exactly what the pictures and description showed. Tina was very friendly and every instruction and expectation for check-in and check-out were very clear. A perfect place to stay for a concert at the KEE.

We went to this cottage for a beautiful romantic weekend getaway and we were happy we got that. The owner of the cottage Necker was very kind and helpful, absolutely loved the place and there was plenty of water activities to do. It was easy to check in, communicate and plenty of peaceful vibes. Recommended 100%, please go visit this cottage it is very well worth it. P.S: we loved the character of the cottage with little artpieces and wall art from all over the globe 🌎.

Our stay at Keegan’s place was great. The cottage is beautiful and exactly as advertised. It had everything we needed and so much more - including board games etc. Keegan was also very responsive. Highly recommend to anyone for a peaceful weekend getaway!

Our one night stay at Sabine’s was tremendous. The home is well appointed with plenty of space and easy walking distance to the village. Located in a second floor end unit, it’s a place you immediately feel comfortable in. There is a view of the slopes from the main room picture windows and a small deck area with muskoka chairs. There’s a sizeable fridge to store your beverages to drink while soaking up the views. There are two bedrooms on the main floor, and good sized master in the loft with king bed and en suite. Sabine was very communicative and left detailed instructions. Remote check in was a breeze. There is parking available. I would definitely recommend, and would definitely come back.

Such an amazing place! So tastefully decorated and super close to the blue mountain village. Well stocked kitchen, the place was spotless and the host was very kind and friendly. We had a wonderful family weekend there and we are already excited to come back! Thanks so much again.

Loved our stay here!! Can't say enough positive things about our vacation here. Kitchen was fully stocked, clean bathroom and rooms, easy check in and check out and excellent cooling system as it was a hot few days. Amenities were great and welcoming for families, environment was peaceful and we also loved how the balcony backed onto trees and nature. Would 100% stay here again in the future. Thank you!

A wonderful spot with every convenient considered! The espresso machine might have been the highlight of my trip. The beach is very nice and close. The king bed is a very firm spring mattress, so something to consider if that is important to you.

Lovely modern place in a beautiful setting. Communication was great and the condo was very clean with everything you’d need. We wished we had more time to stay and explore.

Sheila is very responsive and helpful. The bed is large with good quality mattress, 2 TVs in different rooms, kitchen is very fully equipped, balcony has great lake view and in a position with privacy. This home is the best in our experience.
