Friendly and communicative host. The place was gorgeous and we enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed a fabulous week at Villa Nella . Spacious, comfortable , well equipped kitchen and excellent pool area . We had lots of room as 6 adults . Great location , beach 4 mins , supermarket less than 10mins , town 25 mins - all walking , car not necessary but you have plenty of parking if needs be . An outstanding feature of the stay was the service and support from Utopia Villas , any query no matter how trivial was dealt with immediately - food shopping for arrival was organised as were transfers from Airport & to Barcelona at end of stay . 5 star service . All in all a 5 star holiday . Thoroughly recommended .

Fantastic establishment. Great accommodation. The house had everything we needed. Very clean. The pool was amazing!! We enjoyed the bikes which were provided. Local restaurants were top notch. Reasonably close to Barcelona. We had a car rental and were able to park easily inside the gates of the home. The home alarm system gave us extra security which made us feel extra comfortable. The air conditioning was not working during our stay but the weather was not super hot so we were ok with it.

The villa was better than we expected it to be from the pictures we reviewed before we travelled. The views from the balcony at night when the sun is setting was stunning. There was plenty of room to accommodate the 5 of us and there was room for more and we would all still have been comfortable. Great secluded pool and garden areas for the kids and ourselves to relax. Small touches like separate shower and pool towels provided by the host, filtered tap water and an electric kettle for us UK tea drinkers 😂😂. There was a warm welcome for all of us from the villa owner Catalina who was always available to assist if required. We would certainly consider staying in this villa again in the future. 🙂🙂.

The place was lovely, my partner and his friends stayed here for 4 nights and had no complaints. The location is perfect for a peacefull stay away from the city in Barcelona. The pool was 100% a highlight of the stay (you will have to request for pool lights to stay on past late) the host is more than accomodating. 100% recommend a car for this stay, as it’s easy to get in and out the city back to home especially late at night. Garage is provided with keys for safer parking. Tight space to fit the car in but possible. Linen is an additional cost, but needed. I’d suggest purchasing your own toiletrees at stores and bringing them with you to airbnb prior. The space was lovely. Underfloor cooling and slide open doors to breeze out the space. Beautiful. Safe. Host is responsive and proactive. Would 100% recommend and stay here again or rent another space with CatalunyaCasas. Thank you!

It is rare to find places that are much better than the photos, but this place really is! The front room is huge, the pool is bigger than expected. Bedrooms are great (every room with air conditioning). Pool table in basement - tho we didn’t use it as so much else to do. Supermarkets a very short drive, or can walk. Beach is lovely - and between busier beaches - that are also easily accessible. We walked to the beaches and some days decided to drive to the free car parks. Great restaurants in nearby Cambrils. Loads to do in the area. The house is fantastic and Dmit was a great host, being super communicative before, and towards the end. He could not have been more helpful. Everything you need here for a family holiday. Can sleep 8, and so much space of eating, chilling out, and lots of space for groceries. Would love to come back again. A rare find to get a holiday home that is better than the advertisement and cost.

We had such a wonderful stay here! The place is absolutely beautiful — even better than the pictures, which honestly don’t do it justice. It’s about 30 minutes from central Barcelona, and while we didn’t have a car, getting around with Uber was super easy. The house was spotless, really spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s in a peaceful, quiet area, which made it feel like a true getaway. Daniel, the host, was amazing — so kind, helpful, and always quick to respond to any questions. You can tell he really cares. We’d happily stay here again!

We had a very nice stay at this unique property. Enjoyed the place and everything was very comfortable. Wifi did not extend to upstairs which is the only thing which could be improved.

We absolutely love our stay in this spacious and charming house. Ideal for large groups just 20 minutes from the center of Barcelona. We recommend ! 🙂

We had the most wonderful time! The villa was absolutely stunning, so well-equipped with everything we needed, and in an amazing location close to the beach. A lovely area with beautiful scenery, but honestly we were happiest just lounging by the pool. The hosts really made our stay - they were extremely kind and responsive! We will most certainly be back.

Had a great time at the villa! Location is great. Having a car is recommended, as the house is up on a hill, where is quiet, breezy and the view is great. Using the outdoor shower is a must.

Our stay in the apartment was excellent and fully met our expectations. From the first moment, Miguel Ángel, the host, was extremely attentive, polite and always willing to help us with everything we needed, which made us feel very welcome. The apartment's facilities are wonderful: everything is taken care of in great detail, clean and well-equipped, allowing you to enjoy a comfortable and pleasant stay. The atmosphere in the place is calm and welcoming, ideal for disconnecting and relaxing. As an aspect to take into account, mention that part of the host's family resides in a nearby house, and that he himself lives on the ground floor of the house. It was not an inconvenience for us, but it is a detail that may be relevant for those seeking total privacy. In short, a very positive experience. We definitely recommend this accommodation and thank Miguel Ángel.

A great discovery. We spent Christmas with the family in an ideal setting, surrounded by vineyards and disconnecting. The facilities are a 10, from the house to the outside with a barbecue area. In addition, the owners are charming and their wine is delicious. We will definitely be back.

Amazing house! So much space for everyone, lovely well equipped kitchens and bathrooms. The pool and gardens are beautifully maintained. House has everything you need! we were staying a few days and the house is fantastic. The house is very comfortable, quiet, ideal to disconnect and enjoy nature. It has good services as a pool, both outside and inside, the outdoor pool with its bathroom and shower next door ideal so as not to have to go up to the house. The clean facilities and the beds are very comfortable, regarding Mari Cruz was very attentive. Friendly and with great interest in the uespedes, I hope to be able to repeat someday. If I come back for this sound would be the First place that cojeria, recommended to 100/100. great place the breathtaking views.

We have just returned from a fantastic week. The hosts are super helpful and friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The pool and outside space really is perfect for families our baby could lay under the trees in the shade and the children played in the pool for hours. Lovely restaurant El Vaixell literally 2 minutes away looking over the beach. Beach super close and quiet, handy supermarket 5 minutes away . I am confident we will return Thank you

It is a beautiful house with attention to detail, quality construction, careful decor, worked , according to the environment and in which you can see the enjoyment and affection that the owners put in their home. On the other hand, the environment is quiet, rural, delicious. You enjoy the countryside with current amenities. The owners are friendly, attentive, nearby . Miguel knows how to convey his passion for the house and value the objects , plants , trees...that constitute the property. Highly recommended. We want to come back

The location is very quiet and with a great view. The dogs reported in other reviews are only in the garden for a short time and do not disturb. All inquiries were always answered extremely quickly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
