Beautiful apartment - only 3 km to Lake Constance

The vacation rental is located in the basement of our residential building and has a separate entrance. It consists of a living/sleeping room, kitchen and bathroom. The living/sleeping room is bright and friendly, equipped with a double bed with a lying surface of 1.60 x 2.00 m. Extra bed 0.80 x 1.90 m or children's travel bed for 3rd person if necessary. Both not possible at the same time. Bathroom with shower and toilet. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen. Highchair will be provided if needed.

Genieße einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt mit Blick auf den Bodensee in Sipplingen. Zu Fuß ist man innerhalb von 5 Minuten am Wasser und am ersten Restaurant. Sipplingen hat eine wunderschöne Strandbar und mehrere Restaurants. Am Wasser gibt es einen SUP Verleih und ein Beachvolleyballfeld. Handtücher, Fön, Bettwäsche, Heißluftfrittöse, Kaffeevollautomat, Kühl-Gefrierschrank sind in der Unterkunft vorhanden. Garten ist komplett eingezäunt. Wichtig: absolute Nichtraucher- Wohnung!

100m to the lake: Dreamlike penthouse

This spacious apartment is only a few walking minutes from the beach and lake. The grand view from the apartment over the lake is breathtaking, especially during sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. A quick dip? No problem! With beautiful hiking/biking trails nearby, the flat is also a great starting point for the next adventure. On the balcony, you can barbecue in the evening and relax while watching the sunset.

Renovated - Beautiful fisherman's cottage with lake access

This is our third time staying at the Fisherman's Cottage and have already booked our next stay! The cottage is ideal for a couple to enjoy a peaceful, lakeside stay. There is a public beach about 5 minutes walk with a little cafe for food and drinks. Town is about a 15 minute walk with many restaurants and cafes. The cottage comes equipped with outdoor furniture to relax in, a stand-up paddle board and a sauna. Pet friendly too!

We felt very comfortable. Communication with the hosts was flawless and they responded quickly to all questions. The apartment is a dream and the location is great, inmax. 5 minutes on foot to the lake and the center. Only the sliding door in the bathroom could be a bit annoying if you only come together as friends 😉 But that's just a small thing. We can only recommend the apartment and the hosts.

Great place, very clean and located in a beautiful place. Everything as described in the listing and shown on the pictures. Only a few minutes walk to the lake, the train station and to beautiful hiking trails to explore the Lake Constance region. I felt very comfortable and would love to come back.

We had a wonderful time on the island of Reichenau. Thanks to the extremely friendly and warm communication with the hostess Kerstin, we felt right at home from the beginning. The apartment is very classy, modern and cozy and is very well equipped. We especially liked the location and the beautifully landscaped garden overlooking the lake - there were various seating areas, one of which was right on the terrace of the apartment. The tranquility, the beautiful shore paths overlooking the lake and the vegetation made the stay on Reichenau a very special holiday experience. Recommended is the nearby restaurant Strandbad with evening sundowner. The cafe at the museum and the seafood restaurant on Seestraße are also a must for staying on the island. We took bike rides on and in the immediate vicinity of the island - Radolfzell, Konstanz and other small lakes were easily accessible. All in all, we fully recommend everything.

Max and Ksenia gave us a great stay. The building in which the apartment is located was so clean and tidy that it was almost unnoticeable. Everything was impeccably maintained and furnished. You have not seen any dust, dirt or remnants of previous tenants, really great. There were numerous recommendations for companies, etc. and the two always had an open ear for concerns. Also otherwise the location was fantastic, 50 steps from the promenade. We can highly recommend it. Thank you! 🤩

Beautiful apartment, super equipped with lots of attention to detail. Everything super clean and well thought through. Sufficient dishes available, many extras included (garbage bags, coffee filters, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs), numerous towels. In addition to a table tennis table and a foosball table, there is also a pool table and a small ball pit. You have a beautiful view of the lake. The only criticism (and this is whining at a very high level) is the balcony, which you share with the neighboring apartment (it is only separated by a privacy screen), so that you can hear every word the neighbors say when you sit on the balcony. Otherwise, everything was perfect! Sipplingen has a very nice beach promenade.
