We have designed and handcrafted much of our home ourselves from the furniture to the furnishings and with everything you need for the perfect relaxing beach getaway. Well equipped kitchen, dining area, lounge with sofas, separate bedroom with king sized bed, bathroom and air conditioning in both rooms. NUDE is a modern, minimalist villa designed for comfort. With space for 14 guests, it features three rooms: two independent suites for six guests each and a master bedroom. There are 3.5 bathrooms, a lounge with premium sound system, and a fully equipped kitchen. Outdoor spaces include a private pool, jacuzzi, firepit, and a rooftop with a bar, Argentinian BBQ, and ocean views. Daily cleaning is included. Just a few steps from the black Pacific sands, our breezy beach reprieve is an ideal setting for relaxation, surf, yoga or diving into a book. Open-air everything allows ocean breezes and the palm covered second story provides privacy while still having that open air feel.

Villas Tortuga Paredon (Ocean Front)

Villas Tortuga Paredon has two private 2000 square foot luxury villas. These ocean front villas are located in the beautiful beaches of Paredon, only a few steps away from the ocean, and only 2.5 hours south of Guatemala City. Each villa has 4 rooms, 4.5 bathrooms, with a total of 9 beds with a maximum capacity of 12 people. ($50 fee for each aditional guest above 8 guests per night per person).
