Blue Bay “the Hill“ Appartement

Volledig gerenoveerd en zeer compleet ingericht appartement van 91m2 gelegen op de 3e verdieping van de” Poolbuilding” in het exclusieve 24/7 secured en gated Blue Bay Golf & Beach resort. Op loopafstand van het tropische strand, 18 holes golfbaan, 3 restaurants en beachbar, tennisbaan, duikschool en fitnessruimte. Vanaf het ruime terras een spectaculair uitzicht over de golfbaan naar de zee en het flamingomeer. Aan het zwembad dat pal voor het gebouw ligt staan zitjes en comfortabele ligbedden. Zowel met de trap als met de lift bereikbaar. Parkeren doet u gratis voor de centrale ingang, zowel voor als naast het gebouw. Het appartement ligt op de derde verdieping en heeft één zeer ruime slaapkamer met aangrenzend een ruime badkamer met dubbele wastafel,toilet, en ruime inloopdouche. Er is warm en koud water. Voorzien van bad- en handdoeken en een föhn . Aansluitend aan de slaapkamer is een walk-in closet met daarin een kluisje. Vanuit de slaapkamer een deur met toegang tot terras en ook hier een schitterend uitzicht over het eiland en de zee. In de woonkamer staat een zeer comfortabele slaapbank.( 1.60 x 2.00 ) Bed en slaapbank zijn voorzien van bedlinnen. Indien gewenst kan er voor een peuterbedje worden gezorgd. Tevens is er ook een ruim gastentoilet met wastafel aanwezig. De open U - keuken is ruim en volledig ingericht met elektrische kookplaat, oven/magnetron, koel-vrieskast, koffiezetapparaat/Nespresso, waterkoker en serviesgoed - bestek , kookgerei/pannen voor 4 personen. Zowel de woonkamer als de slaapkamer zijn voorzien van airconditioning en TV flatscreens, 50 kanalen. Er is een was-machine en droger aanwezig. Vanuit de woonkamer , met zit- en eetgedeelte, komt u via een glazen schuifpui op het overdekte terras. Voorzien van ligbed en 2 stoelen met lage tafel. Aan het plafond een verkoelende ventilator. Het grote zwembad ligt op 40 meter loopafstand. Blue Bay resort is een bewaakt en gated Golf&Beach resort met 24 uur bewaking. Het is zeer veilig en zeker ook kindvriendelijk. Onze gasten hebben volledige toegang tot alle Blue Bay faciliteiten , waaronder het tropische strand met ligbedden, beachbar,palapa’s, beach-dive store, douche en kleedruimte en massage faciliteit. In het Azurro restaurant kunt u uitgebreid ontbijten , lunchen en dineren. s’Avonds dineren en tegelijkertijd genieten van de ondergaande zon bij de Sunset Grillbar. Kortom: tropisch strand, zwembaden, drie verschillende restaurants, bars,duikcentrum, 18-holes golfbaan, tennisbaan en fitnessruimte . Blue Bay Golf Course is een schitterende 18 holes par 72 golfbaan en biedt een prachtig uitzicht op de Caribische Zee en over de tropische vegetatie langs de fairways. De beroemde 5e hole vereist dat u een flink stuk over de oceaan moet slaan... De PGA pro Roland Jan Derksen geeft golfles zowel in het Engels, Duits, Frans en Nederlands. Hij organiseert regelmatig Clinics en Blue Bay Friends toernooi. Het gezellige clubhuis wordt wel eens hole 19 genoemd. Gasten ontvangen 30% korting op Geenfee. Blue Bay Dive op het strand biedt de perfecte toegang tot één van de beste duiklocaties van Curacao-The Wall- met 2 koraalriffen. Blue Bay Dive biedt alle PADI cursussen, van beginner tot professional duiken. Desgewenst kunt u daar duikuitrusting huren. Maar natuurlijk is ook snorkelen geweldig in Blue Bay. Zeer eenvoudig het water in lopen en direct wordt je omringd door tal van tropische vissen, schildpadden en ook regelmatig een zeepaardje. Een goed uitgeruste boot is aanwezig voor duik-en snorkel trips en ook voor fishing. Gasten krijgen korting. Blue Bay Fit in de Gym bij het landhuis is er voor de yoga en fitness liefhebbers . Groepslessen van bootcamp, bodyfit en yoga. Lesrooster online te vinden. Tevens zijn er 2 tennisbanen en joggingpaden binnen het resort. Onze gasten hebben volledige toegang tot alle Blue Bay faciliteiten. Wasserij, supermarkt, apotheek, ATM, Shopping Mall : Bij boekingen vanaf een week kan er gebruik worden gemaakt van een was/droog machine in ons appartement. Een grote supermarkt ‘Centrum’ , wasserij, apotheek, medische kliniek, schoonheidssalon ,ATM, en de shopping mall Sambil zijn op 5 minuten rijden bereikbaar. Het huren van een auto is gebruikelijk voor vakantiegangers op Curacao. Met een auto kun je het hele eiland ontdekken met de vele activiteiten ! Het beste is een auto te huren met een luchthaven pick-up/levering. Dit is mogelijk te boeken bij verschillende autoverhuurbedrijven op het eiland (online) en op het vliegveld Hato. Het resort ligt op slechts 10 minuten rijden vanaf Hato AirPort en 12 minuten rijden naar Willemstad . Binnen 5 tot 25 minuten rijden zijn prachtige andere duiklocaties richting Westpunt of Oostpunt. Waar nog even op te letten: Minimum verblijf is 5 nachten Aankomsttijden : 15.00 uur Vertrektijd: 12.00 uur, als er geen nieuwe gasten arriveren op de dag van vertrek, is het mogelijk wat langer te blijven in overleg met de beheerder. Extra schoonmaak is mogelijk voor een vergoeding van € 50, dit is verplicht indien u langer dan een week blijft. Een eindschoonmaak is verplicht, € 60. Het is mogelijk om tijdens uw verblijf tegen kostprijs extra linnenpakket en-of schoonmaak te regelen. Als gevolg van slechte ervaringen, helaas, met gasten die de airco aanlaten met geopende ramen en deuren tijdens hun verblijf, zijn we genoodzaakt overmatig gebruik van elektriciteit en water te verrekenen. Roken is niet toegestaan. Water en elektra zijn erg kostbaar op het eiland ! Het gebruik van 2 m3 water per dag en 30 kWh per dag ( normaal gebruik per 4 pers.) is inclusief. Wanneer er meer wordt gebruikt brengen we dat in rekening. De lokale prijs van het water E 6,00 per m3 en elektriciteit E 0.40 per kWh.
