Very nice apartment ideally located in a very quiet environment. Large and bright, we had a lovely stay there. In addition, the host was very responsive and accommodating.

This place is very bright, peaceful & beautiful, tucked away in a quiet one-way street close by to the Place Keym. Guillaume was very helpful & responsive, making sure that everything was going well. I would highly recommend this place!

My stay at Sylvie's apartment was exceptional. Moving to a new country is always difficult, and staying at Sylvie’s apartment made my transition so much easier. I instantly felt at home in her apartment. The apartment was spotless upon arrival, and I appreciated the attention to detail. The kitchen had everything I needed and even a selection of spices. The living room was warm and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Sylvie’s warm and genuine hospitality truly made my stay exceptional. She was incredibly helpful with recommendations for local restaurants and shops. She even shared invaluable insights about Belgian culture, and even recommended some hidden gems that I wouldn't have found otherwise. I think we have a new friend here. I strongly recommend Sylvie's apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and welcoming place to stay in Belgium.

Really beautiful and spacious apartment. Kitchen was very well equipped. The only minor issue was that we would have preferred the bed to be a bit higher off the ground, but it was still very comfy and always had a good nights sleep. It's very easy to get into the city centre, and we enjoyed the quiet neighbourhood.

I had a great time at Thomas’s place. It was beautifully decorated, had all the amenities listed and was just the perfect space for my needs. It was also in a great location, walking distance from Midi station and had a transport stop just steps away. Thomas was also very responsive and was flexible with my check-in needs. Would definitely recommend!

Super happy with the apartment! The space was perfect for 4 people and even though the weather wasn’t good enough to make use of the pool we really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is located in a nice neighborhood and the city center is easily accessible through public transport. It only takes a few minutes to reach the station and the quick walk takes you along a nice pond. Vincent was a great host and flexible regarding the check-in which was greatly appreciated as we had to arrive later than expected. We would definitely recommend this place for a nice weekend in the city!

Raphaël's place is absolutely phenomenal especially for the price. it responds quickly and with respect and clarity. a box with all the necessities is available at check-in, which is not negligible. What a pleasure to arrive in such a large, well-equipped, impeccable apartment, close to the city center while being quiet. Small touches that show that the owner is attentive to the well-being of their tenants and very clear information to arrive in the best conditions. Nothing is missing, everything is in perfect condition and the apartment is even bigger than what appears in the photo album. We had a wonderful week and will definitely stay there again. Very nice apartment! Very large with a pleasant exterior (it just needs to be refreshed a little). The apartment is close to a supermarket as well as tram 4. The Neighborhood is great Accommodating hotel, we were able to leave later than the scheduled time I would recommend it! 😊

A very beautiful, large and fully equipped one bedroom. Loved the peacefulness and modern touches.. Had everything we needed for a week's stay.. Nice garden with outside dining and seating all for the guests....There's a lovely forrest 5 min walk and shops are very near and walkable.. Caroline is a perfect host.. She respects you your privacy but is there to help with anything you need... Thank you Caroline,..

Very nice apartment, with large bay windows that let in a lot of light and offer a beautiful view of the gardens. The bed is very comfortable, as is the sofa, and the apartment is equipped with everything you need! In addition, it is located just in front of public transport (in town in less than 15 mins), but remains very quiet if you want to rest. Monica was very responsive, super nice and flexible. The arrival at the apartment was smooth and I had a great stay! I recommend it to everyone and would be happy to come back!

Very nice and well laid out studio, bright, nicely furnished, in a quiet neighborhood close to the Ixelles ponds for nice quiet walks, but also shops, various restaurants and entertainment on the side of the Flagey Square. You can easily walk to discover the small streets of Brussels; and catch a bus or tram to push the walks a little further. François is a friendly, welcoming and responsive host; the check-in and check-out time is flexible. I was delighted to stay with him.

We enjoyed a lot our stay at James'. Starting with the welcome: a young lady from the restaurant downstairs greeted us, helped us with carrying the suitcases upstairs and showed us around. Beautiful place, very well located, friendly communications. Highly recommended.

Really beautiful place! Tastefully decorated, very clean, functional with all comforts. The kitchen and bathrooms are more than equipped. Lots of small touches are present in all rooms to make us feel really at home. Communication with Sarah goes very well, she responds quickly to our messages and tries to satisfy us as best as possible. We recommend ++++ and we will come back.

NIce, spacious apartment with great lighting options and warm interior. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom (on the lower level of the apt) was spacious. Neighborhood is quiet while also having good access to trams, restaurants, and multiple supermarkets. Highly recommend!

Super nice accommodation! Very clean and tidy. Wonderful sauna. Good location. Flora was very helpful. A point of attention is the shower head that couldn't hang on anything. Furthermore, we enjoyed the apartment with our children.
