Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Sinnai

What a gorgeous place to stay! We chose the location because it looked peaceful, away from the busy city, and near to the water. It was exactly what we wanted - waking up to the sound of the sea, and stunning sunsets on the balcony. It felt very private with lots of places to sit depending on your mood - sun loungers, shaded balconies, outdoor table, or a comfy sofa inside. Everything you need is just a short drive away, and we parked in the large train station car park when we visited Cagliari - 15 Euros all day, pay at the machine. There are loads of lovely sandy beaches heading East along the coast, from 10 to 40 mins away, with free parking. The house was spacious, spotlessly clean and smelled wonderful! The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were dark with the shutters closed. The hot tub was really nice, comfy, everything worked, and we loved watching the sunset from there. Taty & Luca were outstanding hosts, thank you so much for everything!

Elena is fantastic, her house is a gem in a great location for visiting the city on foot. The house is equipped with everything you could possibly need. Elena's directions to restaurants and beaches were precise and all of them were very high quality locations. Highly recommended! And if I go back to Cagliari, I'll go back to the splendid Azuni Suite!

Myself and my partner were very pleased with our stay! Vanda and Ksenia were great with communication from start to finish. The place was exactly what we needed and matched the description/photos exactly. It was in a great location close enough walk to the town for food and drinks etc, but quiet enough in the evenings to wind down. Loved it and would highly recommend! Thanks

We felt right at home staying at Marta’s place in Cagliari. The location was perfect, less than 5 minutes to the main strip and square with so many bars and restaurants to choose from. The terrace is the highlight. Nowhere else will you get a city, sea, harbour, Mountain View. Great to eat dinner in the outside dining area with the sun setting over the mountain too. Marta has lots of books and trinkets around the apartment from her time in Japan, there’s a certain charm to it that just makes you feel at home. Whilst it’s an old building, it didn’t bother us at all. We worked remotely for 2 weeks from Marta’s place and wish we had longer! All the cleaning products are there, extra towels, lots of kitchenware to make dinner etc. The bed was comfy, the office was perfect and the location was so convenient. We hope to visit again one day!

We had a great time at Silvia's place. The apartment is very well located, parking nearby is free, the beach is within walking distance, very close to the city center. Silvia is an extremely pleasant host, and very responsive. She is also very flexible when it comes to arrival and departure. I highly recommend Silvia's apartment for your stay in Cagliari!

Best Airbnb & host we’ve ever had. 10000/10. He let us store our luggage’s early before check in, and later after check out. He gave us extra towels for the beach, and was very responsive and kind.

Such a great stay at Katia’s. It was perfect for our stay in Cagliari, with Poetto beach just nearby. Katia was very responsive and helped us out when we had a mishap one of the days (at the fault of our own). She’s was extremely responsive and such a great host. Will certainly come back for another stay.

Little did I know this was the perfect location - a ~6 minute walk from the center of town and ~8 minutes from the bus to the beach (not to mention all the great restaurants in between!). Paola was an excellent and responsive host, and incredibly helpful when I was struggling to get a taxi at 4:30am for my flight. I would love to go back, and would highly recommend staying here if you’re going to Cagliari.

Amazing villa, in a lovely part of Sardinia.

Franca is a really endearing and very attentive person. The apartment and the superb balcony overlooking the sea allow you to watch spectacular sunrises. The bougainvillea in bloom, the lemon trees overflowing with ripe fruit (from May), the song of countless varieties of birds, the turquoise sea, the fine sandy beach, the huge rocky massif in the background make this apartment a little gem. Although located in an extremely quiet location, at the end of a small road, the Zinnibiri Mannu site is close to excellent restaurants. The pace of life of the people of this region and their kindness is perhaps what is most remarkable and pleasant. It is not surprising that the village of Tertenia has so many centenarians: the Sardinians know how to appreciate life and take the time to live it. Long live Franca, Adriana, and Ariana. We loved Kate's secret garden so much! So close to the beach, shops, and Cagliari. Very peacefull atmosphere, and a holiday feeling. We could feel the love and care that is put in the Airbnb. It was perfect for our stay with 2 teenagers. And the weather and seawater was still nice in oktober. Thank you so much!

My wife, 2 adult children, and I had a great 3-night stay. We loved the architectural design details, spacious accommodations, modern amenities (washer/dryer!), and quiet location in the historic Quartiere Castello. We didn’t cook in the apartment, but we enjoyed a daily ritual of morning cappuccinos and pastries at the cafe in the charming piazza across the street. Climbing all the stairs from the lower town in the afternoon heat was definitely a workout, so the air conditioning was much appreciated. Laura and Mattia are excellent hosts. They provided clear instructions and were very responsive to requests and questions.

Clean and spacious studio in a great location just 10 minutes from everything you’d want to see. Has a modern feel in a fascinating old area. Luigi was a great host and I had no issues checking in or during my stay. Would recommend

Super comfortable apartment. Wonderful shower. It has all the necessary items. We were greeted with great affection by Maurizio's parents. Location is excellent for going to Poetto Beach. There are plenty of parking spaces in front of the building. Simply perfect!

Valentina’s appartment was a standout for our time in Cagliari. Beautiful appartment in the centre of the old square. She anticipated every need of the guests including things we didn’t know we needed! Extremely friendly with fast response to communication. A beautiful appartment in a great location - would highly reccomend. Also great value for what we received.

Had a great stay in this apartment, which is located in one of the nicest parts of Cagliari! The flat was spotlessly clean, and has everything you could possibly need. Juan was an excellent host, and gave us lots of useful recommendations. Will definitely be back in the future!

Very comfortable beds, clean, beautiful views of the ocean from the terrace. Tiziana was very helpful and responsive. Very walkable to several restaurants and the grocery. Would definitely stay here again.

The accommodation was exactly as shown in the pictures - clean, stylish and equipped with everything you need. The area is quiet but still easily accessible, with shops and public transport nearby. Stefano, the host, was extremely kind and helpful, quickly answering all our questions and making sure we had a good time. I can only recommend it to everyone, we felt in love with Cagliari, and we will definitely come back!🥰
