Cozy little cottage with open plan, mini kitchen, gas stove, microwave and refrigerator. Two bar stools with possibility to eat breakfast inside. A small sleeping alcove with double bed and separate sauna. There are two decks, the one in the west has dining table for 6 people with an incredible view of the open sea and the horizon. There's also an outdoor sink on the east side deck as well as a gas grill. A dry toilet directly outside the sauna as well as a separate newly built shower and laundry house as well as a freezer toilet a little bit away.

Bathroom with toilet and shower. Access to kayak, bikes, boule court as well as grass court for games and play. Hot tub recessed in the wooden deck just outside the cottage - available May-Sep. Wood stove at the house and one out. Wood is available. You come by car or bus from Stockholm (1.5h) or with one of the Waxholm boats. Sheets and towels are included.

Bathroom with separate toilet (no water toilet) shower cabin and washing machine. Natural plot, large lawn with trampoline. Wooden deck with seating and a nice sofa corner, charcoal grill available. About 7 minutes walk to a nice sea bay with cliffs, sandy beach, swimming jetty, raft with diving tower and small playground with slide for the little ones.

In the summer, barbecue & outdoor furniture is available on the secluded patio. Rowboat is available to borrow for a day on request. There is a 120 bed & a sofa bed drapery for the bedroom. No smoking ,no pets due to allergies. Sheets & towels not included but can be added for 150:-pp The house is close to the main house where we live permanently .

Welcome to a cozy and fresh cottage in Simpnäs! Here you are close to beautiful cliffs, café and restaurant in a genuine archipelago village. Until season -21 the cottage was of a simpler standard, now we offer a newly renovated cottage for 2 or 3 people (family bunk bed). Stove/oven, fridge and microwave. Hot water, separate and shower. The cottage has a large terrace and is secluded. Communication is good from, among other things. Sthlm by car, bus or boat. Bus 636 or Waxholmsbolaget's Sjöbris via Arholma.

Have a wonderful stay with family or friends in Roslagen's beautiful archipelago! 2 cozy cabins in a quiet area with large terrace facing south and proximity to nature and sea (less than 2 km to nice sandy beach). In addition to lovely grassy areas that invite you to play, there is also a large electrically heated hot tub (without bubbles) for 10-12 people and a sauna for about 8 people. Koppla av med hela familjen i detta fridfulla boende. Mitt i naturen med vackra vyer åt alla håll, njuter man av skärgården året om. Huset har ett väl utrustat kök, kamin att elda i, ett nybyggt gästhus samt en stor fin vedeldad bastu. Alla material är genomgående exklusiva och huset är byggt 2023 via husleverantören ”Sommarnöje”. Båda husen har en vacker altan runt om, vilket gör att man alltid kan njuta av solen på flera platser. En stig leder ner till en privat brygga och bjuder in till bad.
