Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Silvi Marina

The pictures don’t serve this apartment justice - the space is AMAZING. Fantastic location, and all the amenities you could need. The flat has a huge terrace/balcony which opens up completely, but also can be enclosed (and is air conditioned/heated!). The kitchen is located here, and I loved my open-air cooking experience. There is also a separate balcony off the bedroom. Location is great - 10 minute walk from the train station and less than 5 from the beach, and surrounded by shops, restaurants, and cafe’s. It was the ideal spot for bringing our one year old - a high chair and cot were provided, as well as sheets and a baby blanket. Alessandro was so kind, accommodating, and helpful. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

The accommodation is newly renovated and very tastefully and thoughtfully furnished. It was very hot during our visit in June. In the apartment, it was still pleasant because of the thick walls, but there is also air conditioning and a ceiling fan in the bedroom. Shannon gave us valuable tips for the area and we enjoyed the time in Abruzzo and Atri. The beautiful beach in Pineto is 15 minutes away, the old town of Atri is beautiful, the mountain regions are magnificent.

The house is very nice, the rooms are spacious, the equipment of the house goes beyond what is necessary even from a technological point of view. Being an attic, the house is initially very hot but with the air conditioning and the fan that Anna immediately let us have at our request, we were able to fix the temperature.

Serafina is kind enough to have hosted us in her home, clean and very well stocked with anything. Great location for the event we had to attend. We'll definitely be back next year

We found this property by chance and were already impressed by the photos for the beauty of the rooms but in reality they were even more welcoming and comfortable. Andrea was a really fantastic Host, when we arrived he gave us all the relevant information including various useful tips on local places. The property was really comfortable and even more beautiful than the photos, all completely renovated and having the plus of having breakfast and beach facility included definitely makes the stay even more enjoyable. In addition to these great strengths is the centrality of the apartment really convenient for everything, the supermarket is 2 minutes away, free parking at most 5 minutes, in 10 minutes you are on the beach and in 5 in the town center. A really fantastic solution. Highly recommended

Accommodation on three floors in a very quiet area, Luigi and Antonia were very kind and helpful. We went for a three-day bachelor party and didn't regret it. Recommended!

Laura and Francesco and their parents are really friendly people and always ready to help. They respond really quick. The house and the swimming pool are just amazing, it feels like you are in an oasis. All facilities were their and the outside kitchen is amazing. We really recommend this place and would love to come back.

I loved Lorenzo’s place it was perfect for my short stay in Chieti and central to everything I needed. Lorenzo met me in town and walked me to the accomodation which helped me feel welcomed and settled. The place itself was amazing, historical and cozy, with all the necessary amenities. My partner and I stayed for a week, the house is in a quiet and peaceful area, it is completely independent and all fenced, great for us who travel with our inseparable Rottweiler who really appreciated (us too!)the large garden. Inside the spaces are right, there were two of us but there would have been 3 other people, we didn't miss anything. Good location to visit Abruzzo both to the sea and to the more inland areas. We had a great time and among the things we most appreciated the tranquility, the silence, the right privacy, the nature that surrounds the house with a beautiful view, the spectacular sunsets, the fireflies in the evening in the garden. Obviously, a special thank you to Francesco, he was a helpful and caring host, always in communication with us and gave us countless tips on places and restaurants, it was like being at a friend's house. Highly recommended experience!

A vacation with a view of beauty. A perfect home for large groups thanks to large spaces, with attention to the smallest details. Light enters from dawn to dusk through the large windows and the eat-in kitchen is the beating heart of the house. The panoramic view really leaves you breathless. The rooms upstairs are really cozy, the only flaw is the little light in those downstairs. Each room has its own bathroom, a very important plus for multiple families or groups of friends. Barbecue, swimming pool, pool tables and ping pong table are the icing on the cake, which made this house absolutely unforgettable. Obviously super recommended.

We stayed at Silvia and Alessio's house for a week, we had a great time, the house is equipped with everything you need for a great stay, it is in a quiet and discreet area a few minutes by car from all amenities, Silvia and Alessio are very kind and thoughtful, highly recommended if we have a chance we will definitely come back!

We rented this location having family within the town. It was a beautiful accommodation as we expected. If you like quiet and peaceful this is the place as Corfinio is a small town up top the mountains with no much to do. La Toya was responsive, helpful and very accommodating and flexible. I appreciated this very much as it made our experience very easy going. Thank you La Toya for accommodating us!

The apartment is very nice, very clean and comfortable, and can be reached very easily from the two train stations of the city, even on foot if you want (but there are several bus lines nearby). Numerous activities nearby, cultural (Museo delle Genti d'Abruzzo, birthplace of Gabriele D'Annunzio...) or leisure (restaurants, shops, beach...). The host, Francesco, is very helpful, and very kind!

The location is good you can go by car or on foot , (15 to 20 min) both to the beach and supermarket, restaurants and more, but keep in mind that at night you can hear the sound of the highway even if you have everything closed, the area is safe and quiet, the apartment is as the photos, it is spacious and inside everything is comfortable, you can cook without problem, also works the washing machine and washing dishes, the bathroom it has full shower but there is no bidet, the bed is not very hard but it makes a lot of noise when you move especially if you are heavy, there is no air conditioning and in hot weather it is definitely necessary especially in the terrace area, you can not use much that area because it does not have a mosquito and with the rain there are quite a few mosquitoes , there is a little humidity inside the house being ground floor, a little of ants in the kitchen, however we had a good time and Giuseppe was very friendly always responded quickly and I try to fix everything shortly.

We stayed in Eleonora's apartment for one night. The penthouse is very comfortable and various services can be managed comfortably from the tablet. During the stay we were able to enjoy the sauna, the relaxation area with the salt wall and a wide choice of teas and herbal teas available. The kitchen was fully equipped and functional. Thoughtfully styled, we really appreciated the Japanese-style living room. Perfect for a relaxing weekend.

A modern and very clean apartment with all the conveniences, quiet neighbourhood, great views from the terrace, easy parking, very helpful attendant and located about 10 min drive from a nice beach, restaurants and shops. Highly recommended for those looking for an active holiday combined with some work.

My family and I stayed for the World Skate Games. The venue was right across the street. For having someone with limited mobility his place was easily accessible and had all the amenities we needed for a pleasant stay. On top of that brother was very helpful welcoming us in.

Filipo was fantastic from start to finish. He met us at our gate, showed us around, made recommendations and provided a generally enjoyable experience. We stayed at Filippo's apartment for 3 weeks and he checked on us regularly. The apartment is in a fantastic location in Pescara City Center. The beach is close. The shops are close. The food is close. Bars. Nightlight. Everything is only a few minutes walk. Trains are maybe 7 min. It was perfect. Would stay again next trip to Pescara.
