The villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden and you will have at your disposal a large pool for exclusive use. You can use the barbecue located under the patio and reach the beaches of the coast. Foce beach is a two-minute drive from the house as well as the pedestrian Via Verde beach, Cavalluccio beach about 5 minutes away, the other coastal locations a short distance away.

We are located in Rapino, a small town in the province of Chieti, in Abruzzo, located on the slopes of the north-eastern side of the Majella, in the National Park. Thanks to its strategic location, Rapino has the possibility to reach various nature trails, making the town a strategic point for hiking, mountain biking, motocross and horseback riding enthusiasts. It is also just 20 km from the Passo Lanciano ski resort.

Only SMALL dogs are allowed. The villa is inhabited by the homeowners on the upper floor but they will be present mainly only for check-in and garden maintenance, while guests will have full privacy and autonomy of the ground floor.

The tent we rent is new and very spacious. The pole in the center allows you to stand in some places. It has a capacity of 4 single mattresses or two queen-size mattresses (up to 140cm each). Inside it is empty, so guests must bring everything they need to sleep (mattress, sleeping bag, pillow...) or they can rent them here in the facility. use of the kitchen is subject to a daily fee.
