Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Silvi Marina

We had absolutely an incredible experience at this place. The family of Alessio including Mary, Ivana, Gino and Forchetta was full of hospitality. Their house is on a hill looking over scenic landscape. Our space included every amenity and provided a peaceful experience for the time we spent here. We also had the opportunity to sit down with family and enjoy the home cooked meal by Ivana and wine by Gino. Mary was very knowledgeable and along with Alessio kept us entertained. We were lucky to have Alessio play his instrument for us over dinner which surprisingly he picked up only a short time ago. We had a rental car so made it very convenient to check out nearby places. We visited Ortona which was about 30 mins drive and rented bicycles to ride the infamous Costa deli Trabocchi and went for a swim in the mare. Overall our experience was beyond amazing and we would definitely recommend Alessio and his place.

Very nice property located in a quiet, spacious area that can accommodate a large group of friends or family. Very clean and close to all amenities. A car is necessary to be able to move around. We really enjoyed our stay at Raffaella's.

The accommodation was perfect, great location, close to walks, activities, historic sites and shops. There is a lakeside bar a short walk away. Views from the house looking out to Lake Scanno and the mountains are spectacular! Great hosts, very responsive. Vincenzo and Tracey were incredible hosts for us adults and our toddlers. Their hospitality, top notch! The home and views will truly leave you breathless. If you like the countryside, this is the place to be. Beautiful Pineto beach is just 30 mins away. Lovely wineries within 30 - 45 mins. If you appreciate nature and beautiful mountain drives + going to the beach, you’ve found it. 💕🙏

We had a fantastic time,the cottage was beautiful,clean and had a great view. The cottage is beautifully restired, converted and tastefully decorated. Loredana was helpful, friendly and communicative. We didn't want to leave.

We are still in awe! The place! The atmosphere there! The hosts! We would like to especially thank Gino & Teresa for being sooo welcoming and helpful and helping us have the real authentic Abruzzo experience! They gave us everything we needed for the baby. The place was totally private and only for us, could enjoy being by the pool and enjoy the view to the max. The house is also absolutely beautiful! So simplistic yet well equipped and spotlessly clean! Only felt that a console table of some sort was a bit missing from the entry (to put our keys and small bags and stuff), and also a small table by the pool would have been really handy 😄 Otherwise, really, everything was spot on perfect! It’s like a dream being there! And the outside kitchen area with real stone sink and barbecue area… fantastic! And ohh the donkeys! Our baby loved watching them ☺️ Definitely recommend the place & the hosts! Loved it!

Ewa is a great host! She showed us around and helped us with everything right away! It was a lot of fun in Pineto. The bikes were very helpful (we had a rental car later) because Pineto is the nearest shopping. Thank you!

Beautiful retreat near Ortona. Big accessible yard with pool in beautiful at the end of a short private road. Andrea was very friendly from our arrival to our departure, he upgraded us to a bigger accommodation since we were the only guests. Our children play the yard using the soccer balls and nets made available. Easy drive to Ortona and near beaches. I would recommend this quiet little paradise to anyone visiting Ortona.

Gianluca’s place was perfect for our stay we had everything we needed. We especially loved the very spacious terrace, the pool was amazing and the grounds and the surrounding area was fantastic! Parking was easy, and local shops, bars and restos easy as well. The space is ground floor super easy with a baby! Desi who is manager for check in was absolutely amazing and very helpful. Would recommend this place 10/10! Thanks for the stay would love to come back!

Beautifully restored old farmhouse with excellent amenities. Great swimming pool set in attractively-lit landscaped garden. Ombretta responded very quickly to all messages and was very friendly, as was Luciano (the caretaker). The mountains provided both a beautiful setting and some great hiking trails a short distance from the house.

We had a great time, Rossella and Stefano are helpful, very kind and very nice hosts. It was like being at home. Absolutely recommended!!!

This is our third stay here at this beautiful Villa and each time it gets harder to leave! Lots of fabulous days and evenings spent with Andrea and Enzo over some delicious food and wine together with their family and friends who have become our family and friends too! Andrea is fluent in English and Italian and there are other different dialects and languages to enjoy listening to in one of the most beautiful parts of the world. Ripattoni may be small but it is huge jn personality where the villagers welcome you with open arms. Beautiful Villa with stunning scenery and so peaceful too but with restaurants and bars a short distance away you can have the best of both worlds. Can’t wait to come back. If you are looking for a quiet and isolated place in the Abbruzzese countryside, this is the ideal place. A few minutes from the sea, and a few minutes from the mountains! Also ideal for reaching historical and religious places in the area! The apartment consists of a very large bedroom, carved out of the ancient walls of the original house, where the arched ceiling takes you back in time. The kitchen is small and limited, but sufficient to prepare a simple meal! Dante and Annalisa are very friendly, attentive to our needs, always available and have also offered access to their countryside and allowed us to pick fruit directly from their trees!

The apartment is as described, with a modern bathroom and everything you need, even in the kitchen (breakfast for a couple of days was guaranteed) It is on the second floor and the stairs are slightly steep with narrow landings but for us it was not a problem (a little movement is good) We used the terrace in the evening to dine, even if you have to go up another flight of stairs to bring up what you need, but after the excellent fish-based lunches on the waterfront, the dinners were light. You don't get to enjoy the view, but you do get a fresh and pleasant breeze, at least during our stay Dino was full of advice, always diligent, and lent us his bicycles, which were very useful for getting around the long cycle paths in the area. We have reached Grottammare Alta and Marano (Cupra Alta), which are really beautiful. In the evening, leaving the house, you could reach the main street in two minutes, which was lively and had many bars We liked San Benedetto (even the oldest part), we hope to return

Great location in a beautiful resort area. Very nice, clean, comfortable apartment for a couple. We really liked that pets are allowed. There is a terrace with a view of the sea, which is always nice for spending evenings and watching the sun set. It is valuable that the apartment has air conditioning. The beach is within walking distance, and there are at least 3 shopping centers just a few minutes away from the apartment. If you want a clean, cozy apartment with comfortable beds, I highly recommend it. I would gladly visit again myself.

We loved the convenient location of this traditional townhouse. It was well equipped with plenty of towels and bedding, kitchen supplies, and everything needed for a comfortable stay. Wifi worked great, It isn't air-conditioned, but we found the fans adequate for cooling in June. A lovely place to stay.

We had a very good time, convenient location, Lorenzo and Adriana are wonderful people. The house is clean and well-stocked with the possibility of barbecue. We'll be back!

A really special experience in a quiet but well-located place. In a moment by car you can reach the sea and the center of various towns. We also made friends with the dog and kitten.
