Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Silver Lake

Really glad we found this house for our stay! The house is spacious, clean, and comfortable. The fenced-in backyard was so nice to have for our dogs and they loved having a place to run around. The beds were really comfortable and everything was super clean! We loved the location - quiet street but still a quick drive to anything we needed. Bonus points for being SO close to the arboretum. We’d love to stay here again next time we’re in town.

Heather's place worked perfectly for our girls weekend. It has everything you need. Heather was responsive and was as flexible with the check-in as was practical. Her house is comfortable, as were the beds. The bedrooms are upstairs and surprisingly stayed cooler than the main level. The decor is cheery and the orchids she is growing in her kitchen are impressive. She has a nice backyard as well. The location was convenient for going to a show at the Wilson Center, which was the reason for our trip. Do yourself a favor and while you're there and if you have a car (which I recommend having), go to Tandoori Bites for their lunch special and Jackson's Big Oak Barbecue for some local flavor. We also thought the Stanley Rehder Carnivorous Plant Garden was pretty cool, in a low-key kind of way. Carolina Beach is about 30 minutes away and worth checking out. Say hi to the nice folks at Carolina Surf Brand. We had a perfect stay. We couldn't be happier and highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in downtown Wilmington. It’s just a short walk to the Riverwalk and waterfront boardwalk, yet tucked far enough away to feel private and peaceful. The area is great for walking, and there were plenty of spots nearby to take our dog. The home was spotless and exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and perfect for our needs. Aaron was a great host with clear communication, and the check-in instructions were straightforward and easy to follow. Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay close to the action in Wilmington while still enjoying some quiet and pet-friendly space!

Monica’s place was beautifully decorated with a fun music theme, spotless, and fully stocked with all the essentials which made our stay incredibly comfortable. She was friendly, responsive, and made everything easy from start to finish. The location was perfect at just a 5-minute drive to downtown Wilmington and close to Wrightsville Beach. Highly recommend staying here!

We loved our 3 night stay at this beautiful home in downtown Wilmington! The space was just as described: clean, spacious, comfortable, and peaceful. We had all the amenities we needed, and we walked into downtown and back easily. The neighborhood is full of historic homes and, although located close to the highway, very quiet in general. It was real warm and muggy during our stay so we did not get to take advantage of the side patio, but we were cool and comfy inside. We would recommend this home to friends and stay here again, for sure!

It was a great place to stay for our beach visit. Lauren was a responsive host . Pet friendly was very helpful and the kids enjoyed the games and little play house. I would recommend to anyone. Close to the beach.

Cathleen’s home was perfect for our family of 4 with small children. High ceilings created an open atmosphere that made the space feel larger than it is. Location is only about 10-15 minutes to the beach areas. Only small complaint would be that maybe the shower curtains could’ve been replaced since they had stains on the bottom. Otherwise the furniture, bed, and floors were clean.

The Seahorse Castle was perfect for 2! Clean, plenty of dishes and kitchen must haves, a soakable sized tub, decorated with beachy vibes, and just as described. If you have 4x4 I recommend Fort Fisher to drive out and set up on the beach. We had an amazing time, ate good food, heard live music, went to CB market around the lake Saturday morning, and can’t wait to return! Jeanette’s place will always be special to us, we got engaged! 💕 Kelly & Pauly

My husband and I enjoyed spending the weekend here for a wedding! The apartment is beautifully situated over the water with an amazing view. Right near the apartment is a local place to get drinks. The apartment is walking distance to everything, but also far enough where we didn’t hear a lot of noise. Aubrey was very responsive and gave explicit directions. It was helpful to have the parking garage which wasn’t far away at all! We also appreciated the “manual” with recommendations for local favorites including shopping and restaurants! The apartment was nicely decorated and clean. We would definitely stay there again! Thank you!

We absolutely enjoyed every minute of our long weekend stay - the location was perfect, with restaurants, shopping and beach access within steps. Very convenient and felt safe to walk around with our son, both morning and at night. The dedicated parking spots, along with generous beach day and in-unit amenities were very much appreciated. The morning and evening views from the balcony were peaceful - by far one of our favorite long weekend memories as a family. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for the perfect beach trip location with responsive, welcoming hosts. We will be booking again!

Very nice place to stay. Clean and had everything needed to cook if you chose to. Enjoyed sitting on the balconies in the morning and evening. Appreciate that it was a pet free space. Just be prepared to conquer the steps multiple times a day.

Perfect location! Just a few steps to the beach on a coded private walkway. Within easy walkable distance to the boardwalk for us & our small dog. Britts donuts has always been one of my favorite places! Condo was very clean. The king bed was really comfy. Amanda messaged after we checked in to make sure everything was going good & that we didn't have any issues with anything. I would highly recommend this condo.

This was mine and my daughter's second time to stay. We absolutely loved it , she makes you feel at home. Great communication. Definitely would love to stay again next time we are in the area.

As soon as you walk in the door you see the amazing view of the ocean through the wall of glass doors onto the deck. The decor was very “beachy” and absolutely beautiful! Bathroom was clean and functional. Bedroom was spacious and very comfortable. We had everything we needed. Just like home. Close access to the beach which we used 6 of the 7 days we were there. And right next to the pool! Extremely easy to find and to easy to access! Close to many restaurants! Book of instructions, favorite restaurants and things to do. Also a guest book that many who stayed there left great suggestions for food and fun. Our son and daughter in law stayed here in 2022 and recommended #501. The condo was conveniently located at the termination of the river walk directly across from the USS North Carolina Battleship. And, although our destination on Tuesday evening was the Live Oak Pavillion, it was still a convenient, scenic walk up the river. Overall, this place is a great value for a couple, or small family, and it is within walking distance of everything. We also liked the 6th floor views and sunset! Check out The Basics restaurant for brunch/lunch when you visit!

It was our 40th anniversary and we decided that we wanted to go to our favorite beach in North Carolina. We could see the ocean from this apartment and a very short walk to the beach. Enjoyed sleeping on the beds and having 2 bathrooms were fantastic. AC was great and water pressure in shower, was too. They had everything you needed and didnt lack on the supplies. It was a memorable vacation that we will never forget. Thanks Curtis
