At 450 sq. feet, Faffy’s Place is a large private single guest house on a quiet Los Feliz/Silverlake hillside. Faffy’s Place is completely private with its own entrance, garden and patio. It has been newly remodeled with a full feature kitchen and bathroom.

The $400 cleaning fee includes a weekly cleaning, fresh linens and clean towel service.

This sleek and serene one bedroom studio is close to dining, shops, and entertainment in the heart of the Silver Lake hills. It is private, light, bright, and airy with a comfy bed and beautiful kitchen and bath. My place is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and furry friends (pets). Due to the fact that my house is on a hillside, this space isn’t safe or available for children under age 12.
