While you won't have network, satellite or cable tv, with wi-fi you'll be able to stay connected, stream movies or music using your own personal on-line accounts. This vacation home rental served as the original heritage ranch headquarters for what once was the home place of a 100,000 acre working cattle ranch. This 2 bedroom guest house has been carefully, lovingly refurbished, upgraded and (just slightly) remodeled, while continuing to reflect the charm and character of early ranch living in southwest New Mexico. Including the 16'x24' screened Veranda porch, you'll have nearly 1400 square feet of comfortable living space to call 'home'. New Mexico Cabin Rentals chose the historic heritage Double E Ranch headquarters as a representation of an authentic Territorial Style New Mexico ranch home first built in the mid 1800's. Its high ceilings in the living room/dining/bedroom enhance your sense of natural light filled spaces, with turn a "turn of the century" atmosphere. It is the perfect location to experience vintage ranch life as it might have been 100+ years ago, in southwest New Mexico. An intimate living room area includes a flat screened HD TV, dvd player and library, as well as Wi-Fi internet allowing you to stream movies or music and access the internet. VOIP telephone service provides for long distance calls within the Continental U.S. at no charge to you. Your may receive cell service if your cell phone is Wi-Fi compatible. You may need to go to change your phone 'settings', turn on 'wi-fi' and log into our network. Please, remember you are visiting a very rural area where all the sights, sounds and smells of ranching, farming and a slower paced life are blissfully still found. The large master bedroom has a gas fireplace, queen sized bed crowned with a magnificently hand crafted headboard, a 1930's double door oak armoire imported from England, vintage, hand painted porcelain table lamps. The original well used wood floors will take you back to a gentler time. Two vintage antique oak sewing machines with delicate wood carved trim serve as your night tables. Off the living room through double glass French doors curtained for privacy you will find bedroom number two. A bit smaller but with queen bed, rustic headboard, antique dresser and private toilet with shower. In your master bath, you will enjoy plenty of hot water to soak in the luxury of a deep cast iron, claw foot bath tub. A 1940's hoosier cabinet with etched glass doors provide plenty of space for your personal toiletries. The full bath has a pedestal sink and an over sized stall shower with a "rain water" shower head. Lots of natural light reflecting through a stained glass window off the Italian stone flooring fills the room with soothing shades of beige and cream. The kitchen offers custom cabinetry and shelving, extra large refrigerator/freezer, gas range, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, a coffee maker, gourmet spices, sugar, flour, condiments, foil and charcoal bbq grill making it easy for you to feel right at home. You only need to bring your personal toiletries, preferred food and beverages (ground coffee?)! We also provide a bbq grill, charcoal, lighter fluid for up to one weeks stay. For your convenience, the pantry is supplied with a small supply of complimentary items such as sugar, coffee creamer, tea, cooking oil and spray, pasta, rice, microwave popcorn, canned meat chunks, foil. A few miles from your cabin you'll find our local convenience store/gas station. They are stocked with fresh dairy products, eggs, ice cream, bread, canned fruits and vegetables, frozen meat, lunch meat, soda, snacks - open 7 days a week. The extra large Veranda porch offers the perfect way to begin (or end!) your day.

Our Acequia Cabin is one of 2 cabin/apartments in an authentic ranch bunkhouse, but now it's all about being outside on the cedar deck, relaxing to the music of the acequia's rushing water. Enjoy solitude or follow ranch roads to the tree-lined river, canyons, cliffs and hilltops. Return to shady historic lawns, a refreshing pool. "Inn at the LC Ranch" Stay at the HISTORIC ADOBE Lyons & Campbell Ranch Headquarters, in the rustic, spacious, partially renovated, 1892 adobe, two bedroom, two bathroom "Main Bunkhouse", in secluded Gila, NM. Sleeps up to 7! The Main Bunkhouse is a much larger and more rustic accommodation than the fully renovated Gatehouse (click on our profile to see that listing). Privacy is somewhat limited as access to the King Bedroom and small bathroom are through the Queen bedroom. It's a Bunkhouse!

Welcome to our spacious, homey southwestern log cabin style, pet friendly, apartment. It features a large kitchen with eating space, a large living room with log beam ceiling and pine paneling, a fireplace and hand-made rustic log furnishings, and includes 2 queen size log beds. We're located in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown & WNMU. It offers a private entrance and off-street parking with a fenced, landscaped backyard with private patio area for guests and shared pet use.

Heart & Wings Retreat: Hummingbird (1stFlr)

Two friendly dogs will welcome you to this serene and comfortable retreat center. This is one of three fully self-contained rental units under the same roof. Ideal as a base to explore the town or the Gila wilderness. Rooms are colorfully decorated and wildlife is abundant. Hike from the house or relax on the front porch. We welcome guests age 13 and above.

Pinos Altos Cottage on Cont Divide

On Continental Divide at 7K ft. in small mountain community of Pinos Altos ( 7 miles to Silver City), the newly constructed, fully furnished cottage offers elegant passive-solar (warm in winter, cool in summer) getaway on edge of Gila Forest. Well behaved, well groomed dogs are welcome with $20 per night pet fee ($100 weekly) payable during stay.

This house is beautifully situated just north of Gila NM close to Gila Wilderness attractions. It's setting is quiet and serene and just a few steps from the largest of our ponds here at Bearpaw Ranch. Great for bird watching and close to extraordinary hiking.
