Beachfront holiday rentals in Silver Bay

We had a great stay at the Island Lake Getaway. Fishing was great right off the dock. We were able to use kayaks and pedal boats, and they also had lots of sand toys and games for the kids to play outside. There isn’t anything that could have made this a better stay than it was! We were so impressed with the property, and all the family who came to visit was also blown away by how beautiful it was. We usually book a hotel when we stay in Duluth, but this was so much better for our family of 4.

Had an absolutely incredible time at Lisa’s cabin. Perfect, and beautiful location. Great hosts. Will definitely be back!

This is a wonderful off grid get away. We did a winter trip and pulled sleds with skis. Brought in water, coffee, and food. Made fires in the stoves for heat, and had a couple great saunas with cold plunges in the lake. Everything required work which is what my group was looking for. Wood to split, fires to feed, and lanterns to see at night. Close enough to ski back to the car and head to Ely anytime we wanted. Would recommend for unplugging from the busy world. Still had cell service if needed, but we stayed on airplane mode for the most part.

We had a very fun time and Keith and Sara were helpful when we had any questions. The area is beautiful and canoeing on the lake is a must!

Kelly was a great host! Super responsive! The space was perfect! Everything was clean, comfortable beds, beautiful views! It was such a nice space for us to hang out with our kiddos after long days of hiking. We would definitely stay again!

We had a great, relaxing vacation. The owners live RIGHT next door, so if you are looking for a place with privacy, this place is not for you. David was around and helpful if needed but not overbearing. If you are looking for a place to relax on the Lake, this would be a good place. David has a dog named Mesa, and we enjoyed it when she visited us and wanted to play catch.

Comfortable & homey cabin with an amazing view. Peaceful & private. Furniture was comfortable & kitchen was well stocked. Bathroom was clean. Shower head was low, but there was great water pressure & plenty of hot water. Close to town if you want to venture out. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

exactly what we needed for a week along the north shore! my pup enjoyed his morning lake dips and watching the critters outside. super quiet and peaceful. so conveniently situation btw gooseberry falls and split rock. will def be back!

The place was lovely! You can see the lake out of the back door. Couldn’t be closer to the beach. The front bedroom was also lovely. Thanks for hosting us!

Jessica was very helpful with our group and the condo was beautiful. We were so impressed with all the details thought of and how well stocked it was. It was a wonderful and comfortable stay.

The home was a great getaway for our family as we were looking for a place to relax. With a great view of Lake Superior, the place did not disappoint. It was nestled in pine trees and an open high ceiling living area, comfy sofas and a log house theme. We enjoyed the kitchen, the deck and grill. Having a pickle ball court nearby and using the Superior Shore Lodge facilities for a small fee was nice. Steve, as our host, was quick to respond with our questions.

The place was perfect. It had everything we needed and then some. Also, it is incredibly close to one of the alpine ski lofts for Giants Ridge (literally right across the street). We will definitely stay again!

We stayed here with our four kiddos for a brief spring break getaway. While the snow wasn’t there this year we had plenty of spaces and places to spread out and explore. We would definitely consider coming back again!

This place was absolutely gorgeous! We were so happy with our stay & would love to stay again. The view alone was worth the price. We would happily just sit on the patio & listen to the Lake Superior waves. Everything was clean & organized. We had plenty of room for everyone.

Our stay at Jessica’s place was wonderful. Very clean, beautifully decorated and full of amenities that were perfect for our stay. Jessica was very responsive and proactive in addressing any questions we had. Walking distance to all the major sight seeing areas in canal park and a great selection of restaurants in the area!

Great find... we loved the home (comfortable, clean, spacious), we loved the outdoors (kayaking, bonfire, fishing), and we loved the family time it have us while celebrating my daughter's graduation from UW Superior. Proximity to Duluth was perfect!

Sunnyside cabin is a great spot to gather as a family. Plenty of space, well equipped, and close to the Hayward area. We’ve stayed twice for the Birkie and it’s been wonderful each time.

Staying at Jeff and Susan’s was as easy as it gets— smooth check-in, beautiful location with wildlife out the back door (deer routinely passing through the yard), timely responses to questions, and minimal checkout process. Plenty of spices and cookware to feel like a home away from home. Home was very clean and watching the sunset over the lake from the living room never got old. Will certainly be staying here again!

The cabin was exactly as advertised and Katie was a great host. Very responsive and friendly. The cabin had everything we needed to have a great time and we enjoyed the pontoon as well!

Staying at this cabin was made so so easy by David and his responsiveness!! It’s on a beautiful lake in such a beautiful spot in Wisconsin. Perfect for a peaceful weekend getaway, with more privacy than you would expect! The backyard was open and good for playing games in, and the sunset views by the lake were beautiful.

Spacious, comfortable for our group of 5 except for the too short twin beds. Kitchen area perfect.

I stayed here with my family for the Madeline Island Marathon and I was very comfortable. Great location and good spot to rest. Lovely views and good kitchen to do my own cooking.

What a neat little cabin! We enjoyed our brief visit to the area and would definitely love to come back and stay at Eve’s Place! Our cabin was so cute and cozy! The location was serene and scenic, right on the water. We enjoyed a nice camp fire in the evening too! Got a little spooked when a neighbor said he spotted a bear in the area, but it added some excitement to our evening lol!
