We love the accommodation! Studio exactly as in the pictures, new, extremely clean! Alessandro gave all the information about the stay and check in the previous week, facilitating our arrival. Great location, close to the center and the beach.

We had a long stay working remotely, the house is beautiful and quiet. Ideal for families or couples. You can walk to the beach. We had two markets and a gym nearby. It is also minutes away from Praia do Rosa and Garopaba. We used Uber as we went without a car. The house is great for a good vacation, more beautiful in person.

The stay was super pleasant, the atmosphere cozy, the cottage was impeccable! Just a recommendation to use the jacuzzi on cold days is to turn it on a little before, as it takes a while to warm up. The view is amazing, a great place to relax.

The Kinza space is wonderful! The house is amazing, it's even bigger than it looks in the photos. The space is wonderful, super clean, everything super organized and comfortable! The edge of the lagoon is everything! The dogs are also beautiful! Everything is beautiful, we will definitely come back.

Our stay was very good. The house has a wonderful view to sunrise and sunset, which already makes the day! The balcony, in itself, is already a piece apart. In addition to the already described view, it has barbecue and an inviting wooden sofa. The space is very well distributed, ideal for two people. The house is very well located, being able to do almost everything on foot. We will vote!

Max was a very helpful and responsive host - he helped us with some timing challenges that we had around check in and check out, and he communicated proactively about things happening in Rosa. Super helpful host!

We love the house, all in very good taste and quality. Full kitchen. Beautiful garden and tasty balcony to spend time. Access to the lagoon and dunes on foot with a quiet walk. It was the right place to spend our feriadão.

We spent incredible days in Garopaba and the house was undoubtedly one of the great highlights of the trip! We went with family, with our dogs, and everything went super well. The house is wonderful – spacious, comfortable and very well looked after. You can see that everything was thought through with affection. The location is excellent: close to the center of Garopaba (great to do that in the late afternoon) and super accessible for those who enjoy the beach and surf. In a few minutes we had our foot in the sand. Levar the dogs was also super quiet, the space is great for them to feel at ease. We already miss it and we will definitely want to go back. We highly recommend it!

We stayed at this residence and the experience was simply perfect! The host is a wonderful woman, super calm and helpful, always available to help us. All perfect! I felt comfortable. Large, airy and illuminated house. All well organized. Excellent location, despite being far from downtown, by car goes to all beaches very quickly.

The place is very quiet, ideal for resting and detaching from the madness of the big city. It has a wonderful swimming pool and plenty of nature. The bottom lagoon is also sensational!

Amazing space, in tune with nature, very well located, with a fantastic view of the Ibiraquera lagoon. Lore and Bunny are fantastic people, super hospitable and helpful. They did a wonderful job of classical architecture in the houses and interior design, apart from the landscaping and gardens that are jaw-dropping. We enjoyed an excellent holiday in this heavenly place.

The house we stayed in was very good, small but very cozy. Good location, as it is technically in the middle of the two beaches (Guarda do Embau and Pinheira). The only thing we missed in the house was a microwave. The host Bruna was attentive, especially with the flexible check-in and checkout! I recommend it!

One of the most incredible places to stay in Praia do Rosa, I recommend it with my eyes closed... an environment with the best energy, I felt truly at home. Everything smells good, clean, not to mention the space around it with this incredible vibe, a familiar and perfect environment!

Great stay! We were 6 and it fit our group perfectly. We loved the backyard, outdoor kitchen, and being steps from the beach.

We spent incredible days in the hut! From the beginning, we were looking for a quiet place where we could take our little sausage dogs — and we found exactly what we wanted. Paulo received us with great sympathy and was super attentive, giving us valuable tips from the region. The hut is super cozy and well-equipped, perfect for relaxing. We took the opportunity to barbecue on the balcony and even lit the fire at night — it was special! Another highlight was Luck, the house dog, who received us with great affection and made everything even more welcoming. We love every moment and will definitely be back!

Our experience in the residence was unforgettable. In addition to the property being large, with everything for a fruitful stay, you have a view of the landscape that is worth the stay by itself. The house is complete, well cared for and equipped. It met beyond our needs. Mariela , the owner, from the first contact until the end of the stay, always very cordial and attentive, helped a lot with tips from the area, in addition to an excellent preparation of the house for our arrival. Blessed still for a week of lots of sun and heat, it was a trip without defects.
