Holiday rentals with a balcony in Sils im Engadin/Segl

Having booked at a time of year May when it is very quiet in Sils Maria we enjoyed the peace and quiet and took some wonderful hikes during the week. The apartment was a perfect venue for all that's available in Sils Maria.

Great stay! Will come again!

Great location to explore the surrounding mountains. Perfect flat for a couple, equipped with all necessary amenities.

This apartment is part of a complex comprising 7 buildings, and 710-1 is on the 5th floor of 'Haus 7'. It has a great view of Lake Silvaplana and the mountains from the corner balcony, where you can sit outside if the weather is warm. There's a nice spacious living area and two decent-sized bedrooms with lots of cupboards and storage space for coats, boots, etc. If your vehicle is less than 1.98m high then you will be able to use an underground parking space that is very convenient for the lift, which will take you directly up to the apartment level. If your vehicle is too high, the reception will direct you to free public parking 5 mins walk away. But you can still drive up to the reception for unloading and loading. The building is well equipped with a laundry room and cleaning room. There's a lockable bike room by reception with plenty of space. And although we stayed in summer, there's also lots of ski/boot storage in the complex. Do explore all the walking and biking options! And lots of free/cheap buses to get around. Wonderful area and we really enjoyed our 11 nights in the apartment.

Great place! Warm, cozy, the view is amazing and you get sun in the morning. The bath was great! 10 minutes walk to the ski lift and you can ski down + 5 mins (downhill) walk to get back. Big Coop in 10 minutes, where you can buy stuff to cook for dinner. Radiators were very convenient to dry ski clothes after a day in slopes. Also adjustable in case you want to lower or raise the temperature. Big living room, but sound insulation isn't great between bedrooms. However if you go to bed/wake up around the same time, this is perfectly fine. Hosts were always helpful, friendly and quick to response when we had questions. The only downside is we didn't get the ski room key (apparently because the owner took it by accident). But it's only one flight of stairs to flat so wasn't that huge of a deal. If you really care about the ski room, make sure to double check before you check in

Beautiful apartment, very well maintained, pristine clean with really everything you need in kitchen and everywhere else, perfect location next to everything but at the same time very quiet and with great views . Very responsive host, friendly and with good instructions and flexible to the needs we had, e.g apartment key right at the building. We stayed for four weeks and certainly like to come back!

Wonderful apartment in Silvaplana-Surlej in close proximity to countless outdoor activities. The very well-equipped kitchen and the large, sunny balcony invite you to linger, especially after a sauna. Very fast communication with Speciale Home - they helped wherever they could. We will be back - thanks a lot :)

Unique location and beautiful refurbished cottage. Was really an amazing stay for us and kids alike. Great kitchen. Close to train station and in short distance by train to Klosters or Davos.

Very nicely located accommodation at the back in Silbertal, plenty of space (but we were also 'only' 16 people, very friendly hosts, large kitchen and beautiful living area, supermarket in the village, Kristbergbahn almost at your doorstep, reliable bus traffic - our group enjoyed it very much!

A really lovely week in lovely Schönblick. Hans Peter and Bianca are the perfect hosts! Everything was clean and tidy - just like the photos. We were 9 people and had nice space. Nice kitchen with dining area and cozy living room next door. Kappl dorf is a cozy little town with nice shopping opportunities. The ski bus goes right outside the door. The only downside, though, is that it doesn't go directly to Ischgl-you have to change along the way. We ended up taking the car - easy and cheap to park in Ischgl.

A breathtaking view of a corner of paradise: for those looking for a quiet retreat away from the most touristy areas and also a pinch of adventure in close contact with nature. I take the view in the heart of the Nibbio ❤️

Super stay. Fabulous house which easily accommodates 7 people or more. We had a great stay and can highly recommend. Kids loved the swimming pool and playground, and the area, as well as the hosts were fantastic. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay in Verceia and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The house is beautifully refurbished with a modern yet cozy feel, and it was spotlessly clean and very well equipped with everything we needed—from a fully stocked kitchen to comfortable beds and a lovely outdoor space. The views from the house are truly stunning—waking up to the mountains and lake each morning was unforgettable. It’s the perfect spot for relaxing, hiking, or exploring the surrounding area. We felt completely at home and appreciated all the thoughtful touches throughout the house. This was one of the most peaceful and scenic places we’ve stayed, and we’re already looking forward to coming back!

Lovely lakeside views, calm and peaceful; these are hard to beat. We were treated to chilled prosecco and enough coffee pods to get us through a couple days! Our host provided perfect video instruction to get in so we had the flexibility to arrive when we wanted. The space was bright in the common areas and muted in the bedroom area for sleeping. Plus two bathrooms with new showers, very well apportioned. (Remember to bring soap or body wash as it was not supplied) Drive to Bellagio less than 15 minutes—the roads in the area are windy and a bit narrow but we got used to it. We ate out but the kitchen was well set up with utensils.

Enrica (AKA Kikka) is a delightful woman who cares about her guests and does everything to make them feel at home. She responded very quickly to any of our questions and needs. She had great suggestions for restaurants, activities and site seeing outings, all listed in an informative book on the kitchen table. The view from the room is magical, almost beyond description, as you look out on to Lake Como both day and especially night! Andrea’s home was a perfect quiet location for visiting beautiful Bellagio and Varenna … we stayed for 6 amazing days. Lots of day trips and even the train to Switzerland for a day. The apartment is just a walk to the ferry and then so nice to come home to Griante after spending the day with crowds. The view from the balcony is spectacular … we saw the most amazing storm with thunder and lightning. The mini mart, bars and restaurants are all within walking distance. The accommodation was beautiful and very clean. The communication went smoothly and they responded quickly. It was easy to find a they had a parking spot on the property for us.
