Wonderful visit! Very comfortable place to relax and unwind. Restaurant options are close (driving) with a couple within a walk (but along a road and not much of a sidewalk). We enjoyed the beautiful scenery, the layout or the home, and just simply everything about our trip. Fred’s assistant who met us at the home was a very lovely introduction to the Croatian scene. He was friendly, laid-back, and a great first encounter for our stay. Absolutely recommend.

Ein wirklich wunderschönes Anwesen, mit viel Liebe zum Detail, in einem herrlichen blühenden Garten, einem gepflegten Pool, einen Steinwurf von einem schönen einsamen Strand entfernt. Die verschiedenen Terrassen ließen keine Wünsche offen, der Außengrill ist fantastisch, die umgebende Natur (wir trafen Rehe, Schafe, eine Schildkröte und Wildschweine) ein Traum. Wir wachten vom Pirolgesang auf und wurden morgens von Schmetterlingen begrüßt. Wandern, Radeln, Schwimmen, Chillen... in die Stadt (und damit zum nächsten Supermarkt) sind es 30 Minuten. Danke, liebe Maja, für das nette Begrüßungsgeschenk - und dass du mir mein vergessenes e-Book hinterherschickst! Wir kommen bestimmt einmal wieder in dein Paradies.

Wir haben über Silvester mit unseren Freunden in der Villa Propuh Urlaub gemacht und es war einfach fantastisch! Die Villa entspricht genau den Bildern – wunderschön, sauber und mit einer unglaublichen Aussicht. Der Whirlpool und die Saune waren das absolute Highlight, perfekt, um nach einem langen Tag zu entspannen. Die Vermieterin ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend, man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Alles in allem ein perfekter Ort für einen unvergesslichen Urlaub. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Wir hatten in diesem wunderschönen, ruhig am Berg gelegenen Ferienhaus eine tolle Zeit mit einer siebenköpfigen Gruppe. Der Pool war erfrischend, der Whirlpool kuschelig warm. Unsere Hosts waren bei Fragen und Problemen immer für uns erreichbar. Für unseren letzten Abend haben sie uns ein leckeres Fischrestaurant im nahe gelegenen Klenovica empfohlen. Abends war es häufig sehr windig, es gab im Haus und im unteren Bereich aber genug überdachte Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Im Umland befinden sich zahlreiche Strände, hübsche Örtchen und auch ein Besuch im Nationalpark Plivicer Seen (2 Stunden Autofahrt) ist einen Tagesausflug wert. Wir verbrachten eine wunderschöne Urlaubswoche im Ferienhaus von Gracijano. Wer Ruhe und Natur sucht, wird hier fündig. On top gibt es noch superniedliche freundliche Tiere zum liebhaben. Nicht nur Kinder kommen hier auf ihre Kosten ;) Das Ferienhaus ist ein Traum, man fühlt sich direkt wohl, als auch der der liebevoll angelegte Garten inkl Aussicht in die Berge und Pool lädt zum Entspannen ein. Die Gastgeberfamilie ist super freundlich, hilfsbereit und verwöhnte uns mit heimischen Köstlichkeiten. Wir haben uns fest vorgenommen, wiederzukommen.

Wir waren hier zum ersten Mal und was soll ich sagen, es war einfach Traumhaft schön. Die Unterkunft ist super schön. Der Gastgeber ist mehr als freundlich. Er war jeden Tag da um den Pool zu reinigen. Er hatte immer ein offenes Ohr für Fragen. Wir haben uns rund um wohl gefühlt und werden definitiv wieder hier Urlaub machen. Vielen herzlichen Dank.

As a family of five, we spent 14 days in the beautiful Villa Sentona. The house is beautifully furnished, with great taste and many useful details. It is bigger than it looks in the photos. The beds were very comfortable and everything was exceptionally clean. The garden has grown in the meantime and offers not only privacy but also a relaxing ambience. The pool was amazing and was cleaned several times a week. Everything was perfect, we absolute reccomend Villa Sentona and Boris, he is a very nice host.

We had a lovely stay at Gianna’s place. The view is very nice and the surrounding is peaceful. The bed were comfortable. There is AC everywhere in the rooms. The house is functional. Maybe some pans in the kitchen in better shape would be nice. The outdoor is nice and the pool was very appreciated. We stayed during the beginning of June and temperature was nice on the terrace. Maybe more shadows on the terrace for warmer day would be a +. It’s really nice to have this outdoor kitchen. The outside furniture is confortable. (Some towels for the pool/ beach could be given) The location is nice. You can reach Krk island in 10 min. Lots of nice beaches and even dog friendly beaches within 10-15 minutes. Having a car is a must. In conclusion, we had a very nice stay, the outdoor with the view is great. The house is functional. Gianna is really nice and gave us some advices to visit and for restaurants. Thank you. We would definitely come back. :)

We had a wonderful time at Villa Botanica. The house and the surrounding garden is very beautiful. You can definitly see and feel the love Piero and his family have for this place. It is indeed a little paradise.

Wunderschönes Haus mit herrlichem Pool in sehr ruhiger Nachbarschaft! Das Haus ist relativ neu, schön möbliert und mit sehr gepflegtem Garten. Alles gut klimatisiert! Sehr bequeme Betten! Zum Strand sind es zu Fuß ca 15min auf einem geschotterten Weg (Fahrrad und Kinderwagen tauglich!) Kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft in unmittelbarer Nähe! Alles vorhanden was man für einen tollen Urlaub braucht!

Wir hatten mit unseren Kindern zwei wunderbare Wochen. Top Lage, alles ist zu Fuß zu erreichen (ja, man muss ein paar Treppen zum Strand hinabsteigen, aber dafür ist auch die Aussicht einfach grandios ;). Senj ist nicht überlaufen und das Wasser glasklar. Von der Terasse aus könnte man stundenlang aufs Meer schauen. Einfach schön!!

Great place, down to earth and original!

Our stay at the Queen Kvarna was very peaceful and relaxing. The house itself is a nice old stone building with a lot of character. Due to the thick walls the temperature inside was great. We also didn’t mind the rainy days as we just enjoyed the comfy terrace. Polanca was a good host, she gave us very useful information and great tips for the surroundings. The neighbourhood is quiet and residential and the neighbours were also very friendly and forthcoming. All in all we a had lovely time at Polanca‘s house and would definitely book again. Thank you for everything Polanca!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung und die Terrassen sind äußerst gepflegt und sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Die Lage ist zentral aber sehr ruhig und die Gastgeber sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wie empfehlen diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft mit großem Garten und nettem Ambiente in Jadranovo. Es gibt 2 Wege zum Strand in der Nähe Einen schnellen über stiegen (5 Minuten, Rückweg anstrengender) und einen durch ein kleines Wäldchen (10 Minuten). Sehr gut ausgestattet. z.B mehrere Garnituren Gläser, Grill mit vorgefertigtem Holz, gute und schöne Haushaltsgeräte, usw. Kleiner Supermarkt und Bäcker zu Fuß in 15 Minuten erreichbar und größere Städte mit dem Auto ca. 15 - 20 Minuten entfernt. Zudem war der Gastgeber schnell erreichbar, direkt und sehr sympathisch :)

We really loved this fairytale house and felt like we were in another world. I was very excited because the pictures are so great. But the reality was even better. The furnishings are absolutely top notch, nothing is missing. Our children loved the intricate architecture and the wooden staircases. Although we were unlucky with the weather and it was really cold and rainy, we really enjoyed our stay as the house is wonderfully warm. We LOVED the Outdoor kitchen. There's a wonderful wood-fired oven there, where we baked bread and made stew directly on the fire. Our favorite place. We would have liked to use the pool more often, but the weather didn't quite play ball. But as soon as it warmed up, we went straight in and that was great too. We can warmly and wholeheartedly recommend this wonderful house. The hosts are very nice, help immediately and are really uncomplicated ❤️. If you're not just looking for a place to sleep, but a house full of love and magic, this is the place for you 💕

Thank you, Mira and Dzenis, for letting us stay at Villa Mirabilis. It exceeded our expectations in every way possible! The rooms are decorated with beautiful antique furniture and there was plenty of space for our family of 5. The garden is an extension of the house with an incredible, well-stocked outdoor kitchen and dining area with views of the sea. It was evident that Mira is a master gardener because her garden was one of the most beautiful we had ever seen with blooming plants and butterflies everywhere we turned. The pool was the cherry on top with panoramic views of the valley and sea. The location was perfect…quiet and private yet lots of restaurants and shops only 10 minutes away. Pictures cannot capture the beauty of Villa Mirabilis. This is easily one of our favorite AirBnBs we have ever stayed in and our kids are already asking to go back. Thank you, Mira and Dzenis, for an unforgettable stay in Croatia!

Ein stilvoll eingerichtetes Haus in ruhiger Lage mit wunderschönem Ausblick!

Wunderschöne Location. Die Kommunikation war sehr einfach und schnell. Sowohl die Bilder wie auch die Beschreibung haben gepasst. Einzig der Whirlpool war leider nicht wirklich beheizt. Ansonsten 10/10

Das Haus liegt direkt am Meer, super sauber, top und modern eingerichtet. Wir hatten alles, was nötig war. Es gibt nichts, was wir zu bemängeln hätten. Alles top! Anton ist extrem nett! Vielen Dank für alles, wir kommen gern wieder!

Dopustovala sva za 1. Maj z 3m dojencico. Brez problema smo se prilagodili in bilo je udobno kot doma. Apartma je presegel naša pricakovanja, pričakal nas je cist in urejen. Izjemno vsec mi je bilo, da je bil na voljo pralni stroj, velik hladilnik in žar na terasi ter privaten jacuzzi. Za dostop do lokacije potrebuješ avtomobil, že zaradi "klanca" , smo pa odšli tudi en večer peš v mesto na sprehod in ce si malo sportne narave ni problem priti gor. Zahvaljujemo se gostiteljici, bilo je čudovito. ☺️

Wir haben uns bei der Anreise im nächstgelegenen Ort mit dem Vermieter getroffen und sind ihm dann zum Ferienhaus gefolgt. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist sehr abenteuerlich, ist aber auch mit einem vollgepackten 7-Sitzer ohne Allradantrieb zu schaffen. Das Haus ist traumhaft in einer privaten Bucht gelegen und gut und schön ausgestattet. Wir wurden sehr freundlich und mit einem leckeren Imbiss empfangen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief zuverlässig und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns mit unseren vier Kindern in dem Haus sehr wohlgefühlt und eine erholsame Woche verbracht.
