Camille is such a great host. She’s easy to talk to and will communicate right away when we have questions. Her house is really clean and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay! Also, we forgot our backpack when we checked out, her house keeper made sure that its safety stored in the master’s bedroom. She has an excellent housekeeper. Overall, I would highly recommend her beautiful house.

It was a great stay, upon our late arrival there were no hustle for the key has a secured key box. Then, upon entering the villa the ambiance was good that it feels like home. Despite the short stay we enjoyed comfortably the accommodation. We did not expect that the villa has a complete appliances, we even brought our own thinking that it was not included. A two thumbs-up to Francisco's Residences for a great stay at the Little Villa 1. Worth recommending to my friends and family.

The place was very clean, and the host was responsive with clear instructions, making the place easy to find. The amenities were just as described, and the location was peaceful and private. I would recommend bringing a car as public transportation and shuttle services can be limited, especially on weekends. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

If you want to experience country side and have the amenities of city planned apartments, then Silay Happy House is the place to go. The neighbors as well as the neighborhood dogs were super friendly. I would suggest renting a car or using the grab app because it is quite a ride from the nearest super market. Other than that, would definitely recommend!

Had a great stay at this place! Miss Pheny was so responsive and patient about my inquiries since it was my first time traveling in BCD. Definitely worth the buck! the location is great since it’s near the mall and other fast food chains.

Host is very responsive and even let us check in 2hrs before the check in time. The condo itself feels very safe and staff were very friendly, it also has large pool to relax and the Location is very accessible if you want to commute using public transportations. The Unit itself is very clean, bed is very comfy, living room is spacious enough and very comfy, best one for us is that the unit is on the 14th floor with a balcony and has the best relaxing clear view of the pool and the city. We checked so many places but my partner and I both agreed that this one has the greatest value. We really enjoyed our stay and I hope that this place will be still be vacant when we comeback here to visit.

The condo is as advertised. The location listed on gmaps is incorrect as it led us half a kilometer away from the actual condo. Communication during check in with the host was difficult while we were lost because she kept telling my girlfriend, “It’s on the corner! It’s on the corner!” Seriously? There are corners on every street we’ve passed! Repeating “it’s on the corner” over and over and over doesn’t help us…And to make matters worse, the host failed to send us the proper security clearance paperwork for the gate guard to let us in when we finally found the condo, so we had to wait in the lobby until she got us the paperwork. The check in process was a complete fail.

I was looking for a place where it's peaceful and cool, a perfect place to spend time during summer.. and this place whas the perfect choice! Spectacular view, serene vibes, quiet surroundings, and on top of that a hospitable host! Our stay was made perfecr because of the caring nature of Ate Emilyn. She really made sure we have everything we need during our entire stay. If you're looking for a place to getaway from the hustle and bustle in the city, this is a great choice! My family and I enjoyed our quick getaway in this casa. It’s open, calm ans the view is beautiful. We are comfortable and this is def a home away from home. Will def go back

The stay was enjoyable, and the location was excellent, complete with all the necessary amenities. The small iron was particularly useful, and I really appreciated the tea setup. However, we did encounter a small issue during check-in when the door wouldn’t open, so we had to wait for the owner to come and let us in. We are very grateful that she promptly helped us, especially considering the distance she traveled. The hand soap and shampoo provided were of excellent quality, which was a nice touch. Additionally, the view was fantastic. Air-condition was top notch compared to other spaces this was adequate and could reach my desired cozy temperature of 16 to 18. will be my go to place!

The place is great and the host is very cooperative and responsive in all the inquiries. All in all I can say she’s right, that her place could be my place. A good place to relax. And i would love to come and stay again for my next visit in the Philippines, it is convenient for my family and for me since to see each other since the place is not far from my family’s place. The location is perfect, next to a mall with a supermarket. Walking distance to fastfoods/restaurants and public transport. A convenience store next to the entrance. I loved that the place had 2 separat beds with pull outs so we didn't need to share beds. Kitchen was essential for us ,they have a full sized fridge with freezer too. There wasn't toiletries which isn't really a big deal for us but check with host so know if you need to pack,also we couldn't figure out how to on the heater lols. but also wasn't a big deal for us, if that's essential for your stay,you might want to sort that when you get there rather than later -the host are very responsive All in all we had a great and comfortable stay and 💯 would recommend this home. Thank you

The place was really clean and we really liked that it had a balcony. Although we didn’t expect we needed to park somewhere else, it was a good stay and we’ll be definitely be coming back here soon.
