This was my second time booking with John, and once again, everything was great. My mom, brother, and her two kids had a wonderful stay. The place was clean, comfy, and exactly as described. Everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully prepared for the guests. They felt right at home, and we truly appreciate the consistency and care that goes into this place. 1000/10!! AJ was very very responsiveeee!! She was Super accomodating and catered to our request of a early check in and late checkout due to changes in our flight back. Great Location! Very peaceful and safe. We went on a weekend and there was a night market nearby, walking distance, with good choices of food. The unit was very clean and comfy, and felt like home. Will definitely go back!

A home away from home. The unit is so cozy, super clean and smells nice. Also loved the layout, the cozy bed and really enjoyed the hot&cold shower. Kdrama feels with the smart door lock, felt super safe. So thankful for Miss Beverly for catering our rush booking and even provided a welcome basket with complimentary food, water & toiletries. Definitely worth it! Will surely book again.

We love the place! All our needs were already provided. The place was well designed and so cozy. Parking, elevator, swimming pool, and the condo unit are all in close proximity. We're also glad there's a convenience store and restaurants so nearby. We love that Furai by Nezu (Japanese restaurant) is so close. The restaurant serves delicious Japanese cuisine! Great location and hosts! Received clear instructions to get the key from their lockbox and I was in the unit with no problem. The location is great – near Robinsons Bacolod. I also walked to coffee shops (Dozy Coffee) every morning. The Watsons pharmacy is also walkable. I specifically chose this spot since it's near BC Martial, a jiu jitsu gym I was visiting. The hosts were also very responsive. I had some trouble with the internet at first, but after a quick message, it was all fixed! The internet was fast enough for both my phone and laptop work, and the wifi connection was solid throughout my stay. Spent a solid 3 nights there with no problems. This is in the newer Sitari condominium, so the facilities were great. There's also a Korean convenience store on the ground floor of the building, in addition to Buttery, a pastry and coffee shop. Will most definitely try to stay here during my next trip to Bacolod!

This place was absolutely amazing! The unit was spotless, spacious, and had everything I needed—from a comfy bed to fast WiFi and a smart TV with Netflix. The balcony view was a great bonus, and having direct access to Robinsons Mall made everything super convenient. I loved being able to use the gym, billiards room, and the pool, which was clean and peaceful. Check-in was smooth, and Evelyn was a great host—responsive, helpful, and clearly takes pride in her space. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in Bacolod. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful stay at Marian’s Place in Mesavirre! The condo was clean, cozy, and well-equipped—everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect, just a short walk to several restaurants and convenience stores, making it very easy to grab meals or essentials anytime. Marian was a responsive and thoughtful host, making check-in smooth and stress-free. The unit also felt very safe and quiet—great for relaxing after a day out. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this to anyone visiting the area. It’s a perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and value!

It was a fun and comfortable stay. What stood out is the friendliness and responsiveness of Mae Ann. The place of course was clean and all the possible needed things were provided. Stay at Mae Ann's place and have the feel of staying in the comforts of your home.

From the day of booking, Dandin has been responsive. He loves to host, and it shows with his air bnb. My brother in law booked this place for 4 nights for himself, 3 kids, his wife (my sister), my father, my husband and myself. My father, husband and myself needed a place to stay a day before and after their stay, last minute, Dandin was able to accommodate us, no issues. His air bnb is well kept and clean, they came once to clean the dipping pool, which is a great plus! Upstairs there were 2 bedrooms and the master bedroom had an attached bathroom had a running hot shower, the living space had a smart tv to watch Netflix and YouTube. Downstairs was the living room, dining room, kitchen, dirty kitchen (with rice cooker) and one room with another bathroom that had a running shower. The total of 6 days in this air bnb made my stay in Bacolod much more comfortable. My family thanks you. When I am in Bacolod, I know where I’m booking next time.

This is our second stay at Mae Ann’s house. We enjoy staying here. She deserves the designation of Super-host. Easy to deal with, respectful, considerate, friendly, great communicator, and generous. When the local power went out, back-up lights for the house came on automatically. That was fab! Her homes are always very clean and well arranged. The location is a good one. Good supermarket and restaurants within walking distance. Several good laundromats are a walk away. SM Bacolod is about 10-15 minutes away as well as Gyms and various attractions. We intend to stay at Mae Ann’s next time we’re here. Thank you Mae Ann for your hospitality!

We had an amazing stay! The place was incredibly spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax and enjoy ourselves. The pool was such a highlight—we had an absolute blast swimming and hanging out there. And the rooftop? Absolutely stunning!
