Summer accommodation on a farm!

Come and try staying on a real farm! Directly adjacent to the house there are cattle, chickens and a bit away even horses! The ultimate accommodation for those who want to stay in the countryside and with animals close by! The house was renovated internally in the spring of 2023. The house has two bedrooms and a large kitchen, sleeping accommodations for 6 people, one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with a bunk bed and a pull-out day bed. Nearby is a beautifully located swimming lake with a playground and a cozy farm shop.

Adorable guesthouse by the sea

Relax and enjoy this quiet and well-planned accommodation by the sea. The guest house is a separate building on the owner's property with self-catering. Here you live in the middle of nature while you can reach Piteå city center in 18 minutes by car. To the E4, you have only 4 km and about 25 minutes to Luleå. Car is recommended. Here you can take forest walks, make a fire at the barbecue area, pick berries, ski and skate during the winter months. Here you can also see the northern lights quite often! An idyllic place all year round!

Härbret

The rustic "Härbret" with sleeping loft offers a cozy stay with the feeling of being close to nature. The kitchen area has a fridge, coffee maker and hobs. The "fireplace room" with many windows has its own wood-burning stove that both warms and creates a very private atmosphere. One toilet (waterless sk. Separett) is available next to the fireplace room. Door from the fireplace room leads to the private patio. The shower is out in the wood fired sauna wagon. 520sek/night/1 person , then 190sek/night for every extra guest

Nyrenoverat gästhus ca 40m2 golvyta, med de flesta bekvämligheter i ett hem. Närhet till vatten med en liten strand som vintertid är ett populärt promenadstråk. Relativt centralt och nära till buss eller tåg. Gästhuset är beläget på samma tomt som Värdfamiljens bostad. Ca 5min promenad till gym och pizzeria. 10min cykelfärd till mataffär, ca 15-20min med cykel till stan. Parkeringsplats finns. Är ni fler än 2 personer finns ytterligare sovplatser att hyra mot avgift. Obs golvkallt vintertid

Unwind in this unique and tranquil space. Enjoy lovely nature around the corner. Take a dip from the jetty, light the wood-fired sauna at the lake edge. Calm a ride with the boat. Cook over open fire. Visit sea bathing, cozy summer cafe or farm shop nearby during the summer. In winter, there are dogs not far from the house. Between Piteå, Luleå and Älvsbyn is this charming house. Sjulsmark is an old farmland with nice landscapes, with the cities 25-35km away! Walking distance to the village's 24Food shop, Sunday flea market and cozy Jössgården. Adjacent to the village there are two fishing lakes with planted fish, swimming areas and dog sledding. The farmhouse is in a quiet and quiet area with the forest and snowmobile trail outside the door. Please respect that you do not rent our part of the garden.

On the site there is a private sandy beach for lovely swimming. There is also the possibility to borrow the sauna located right by the water. The cottage is modern and newly renovated. Only 10 minutes to Central Piteå. Close to shops and outdoors. No pets, smoking is not allowed. Relax and let your pulse go down on Solberga!

Lulea Guesthouse

WC, shower (sauna not for use) fridge/freezer, AC, near the nature. You sleep in a sofa bed for 2 persons in the livingroom. Not a real kitchen but you can make some food in a microwave oven (I can get you a 2 plate stove to use outside on the porch), coffee brewer, waterboiler. Good restaurant/pub 100 m, Lule river with beaches 200 m, Shopping area 2,7 km, Bus stop 1.9 km, Airport 8 km, Luleå city 7 km. Pickup from/to airport 200SEK/20€ each way if I am available (ask before)
