Very relaxing atmosphere…comfortable bed…everything worked:AC, TV, and Denise was very responsive . She suggested excellent restaurants within walking distance. It’s a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of downtown. Museums and Selby Gardens within walking distance.

If you’re looking for a simple, by the bay, relaxing place, this is your place! Jeff was very responsive when communicating. Some complimentary food and drink items in the room were super helpful after a day of travel and awaiting our groceries. We had WalMart+ delivery right to our building. The pool is clean with beach towels provided and large enough to spread out when a large crowd is there. This place is in a hotel, so having hotel perks was great! The gym was small, but perfect for a treadmill walk to wait out the rain. The Tiki bar/restaurant on the property was very nice. Highly recommend their tacos and mango cart beer! There was a band or dj every night we were there with great music. For the price of our stay, we have zero complaints!

Fabulous! The beach is across the street and there are beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, noodles,cooler, wagon,etc. The view of the Gulf of Mexico from the Lanai is stunning .The Village is a mile away with lots of fun bars and restaurants . We loved this place!

If your looking for a place with lots to do yet quiet and inviting then look no further this is it! Great Water view , lots of dolphins an manatee’s. Pools beach, fishing, great eating! Go book it now, you won’t be sorry!

Place was perfect for our little family. Only 15 min to multiple beaches. Plenty of options to go out to eat or even stay in and cook.

Ewelina’s property was both beautiful and functional. The kitchen was large and well stocked. The condo was tastefully decorated. The location is ideal for us, as it is close to downtown and not far from the beaches and the ballpark. Ewelina is an excellent host. She reached out in advance of our stay, communicated very clear instructions for entry, and stayed in touch while we were there. She responded very promptly to all the questions we had. We would love to return to Ewelina’s property again!!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! Everything was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described—if not better. Robert clearly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Communication was smooth and responsive throughout our stay. The location was perfect for our vacation, and we felt right at home. Highly recommended!

Caitlyn's home is amazing! It is extremely clean and has everything you need. Well furnished and exactly what the pictures show. We stayed with 3 children ranging from 1-9 years of age and it accomodated everything we needed for the stay. Everything from a high chair and playpen. Lots of extra towels, kitchen and bathroom supplies and everything you need for the beach as well. Perfect location as it is near highly rated local cuisine and also 5 minute drive to downtown and a few minutes drive to Lido Key and Siesta Key beach. The pool and gym and other amenities were great and were always clean. Very private and quiet ambience and the security to get in makes the property extremely safe. Caitlyn is always ready to respond to any inquiries and made communication so easy from check in to check out. We would definitely recommend this property and would love to return in the future. Thank you Caitlyn for being a wonderful host! Our family had an amazing vacation! 🌅☺️

Jim's condo was absolutely perfect for our family to have some beach time. Beach access is a breeze, chair service is elite, and the pickleball and tennis courts were an extra treat for us. We loved this location on beautiful Siesta Key.

The communication from Joy and Sol were excellent from the moment we booked the condo until the day we left. Sol responded quickly to all our questions. The condo was beautifully decorated and well maintained and looked exactly like the pictures online. Even though we did not cook, the kitchen was well stocked with all cooking utensils you would need. There were 2 bottles of complimentary wine and a nice card from the host. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the dolphins and manatees swim by. The fan on the balcony was an added bonus. It kept the air circulating so that you could enjoy the balcony during the day. The swimming pool was very close to the condo and all the grounds were well maintained. Items for beach was also available for our use. It included chairs, umbrellas, cooler and even beach towels. We will definitely stay there again and will recommend to all our friends. Thank you Sol and Joy for a wonderful week.

The place was lovely and spacious. The fans and dual zone air was nice. Fully stocked kitchen. The beach closet was awesome. The staff was very friendly helping us navigate the workings. Great being second floor especially with kids. They are putting new patio doors which should be lovely. Oh and a hidden gem is the back of the property where there was grills, corn hole and chairs to sit in and watch the water looking for wild life. At the beach we even got to see momma turtles make the trek to lay eggs! Overall worth it.

The condo was one of the best we’ve ever stayed at (and we’ve rented a lot!). Very clean and comfortable, and decorated nicely. Everything was provided. Nice location right across the street from the beach to see beautiful sunsets. And if we didn’t want to go to the beach, we could see the sunset perfectly right outside the front door! Great restaurants that we could walk to. Great vacation!!

We loved our stay at Matthew’s place in Tierre Verde, FL. The host gave us some great recommendations for restaurants and activities to do. This condo is also very child friendly and made travelling with our 2 year old a breeze. The condo was spotless and fantastic! We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Ammey’s place. The location was perfect. It was close to all of the restaurants and shops on Bridge Street, it was an easy walk down the beach to other restaurants located right on the beach. It wasn’t far to Coquina Beacb and my husband enjoyed the walking/running path there. The condo was well appointed for our group of 4 people and would easily fit three couples. The extra beach umbrellas you can rent from Ammey were so convenient. There were plenty of chairs and beach toys. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to AMi.

Extremely proactive and responsive host. Very nice condo which was very clean and had everything we needed. Nice pool, hot tub, and workout facility. Location was close to downtown, restaurants, beaches, golf, and shopping.

We had a beautiful week at Martha’s condo!! We loved everything about it- spotlessly clean and well decorated, well stocked with towels, blankets, paper goods, kitchen items, beach gear… everything you could possibly be in need of. The view from the balcony is wonderful for relaxing and watching the beautiful sunset. The condo building and amenities were wonderful as well. The pool area was never crowded, many loungers, and a perfectly heated pool and hot tub. We found the location to be absolutely perfect- off a main road that takes you to downtown and beaches but tucked away and quiet. You can walk to downtown restaurants and shops and we even walked over the Lido Key bridge one evening to St. Armand’s Circle. Downtown Sarasota, beautiful Lido Key beach and St Armand’s Circle are all a quick 5-7 min car ride away. Martha was an excellent host, checked in on us and was responsive to anything we needed. We would return anytime without hesitation!! Just wonderful! Thankyou Martha!

An excellent and spacious property for a family get-away! Ample bedrooms with private bathrooms to accommodate extended family members. Peaceful and beautiful setting on the IMG golf course. Pool, outdoor seating, and back deck were perfect to unwind with family after dinner. We loved our stay in this quiet neighborhood!

Wow!! Jeff & Lyn’s home was perfect for our stay of 3 adults, 2 kids & 1 infant! Very kid friendly! Everything was extremely clean, organized, all cabinets were labeled. The house was fully stocked with everything you could need including items for baby/child. Garage had plenty of beach toys, wagon, chairs, baby pool float, baby beach tent. Beds were very comfortable & nice linens! The home looks recently upgraded and everything is in great condition. Home is conveniently located to downtown Sarasota, restaurants and local beaches. Jeff & Lyn thought of everything! I can’t think of anything that could be changed or added! Highly recommend this property & will definitely return for a future stay.

Really enjoyed the backyard with the pool/hot tub and gazebo. A little oasis in the middle of town.

Wonderful island getaway home! Me and my wife were searching for a quiet and relaxing weekend away and Debbie’s place sure delivered! We enjoyed the closeness of food options and the location of the home on the island. Debbie was super responsive and helpful with any needs or questions that we had, and they made us feel right at home. So look no further for your next stop on Longboat Key!

This is probably the best house you could stay in! We absolutely loved everything about it, the house is spotlessly clean and incredibly well-equipped, the beds are super comfy, and the view from the pool is simply breathtaking. The location is also perfect: less than 5 minutes to the grocery store, 10 minutes to restaurants and shopping, and about 30 minutes to some of Florida’s most beautiful beaches. A big plus was the pool service, they even left a note detailing what they had done and how long we should wait before using the pool again. Mergim was extremely supportive, and communication was excellent throughout our stay. Thank you so much for having us, we truly enjoyed every moment at this beautiful place. We can absolutely recommend this house and will definitely be back!

We had a great stay at this beautiful and spacious home in Bradenton. It was perfect for our group, with comfortable bedrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. The pool area was very enjoyable refreshing after hot beach days. The location is excellent, just under 15 minutes from the beach and close to stores, restaurants, and markets. The house also includes beach gear, which was super convenient. There’s a grill area and a yard with games for everyone to enjoy. The lake view made our morning coffee even better. My family and I were very happy with our stay and would definitely book again!

This place is amazing!!! Jay (the host) was super responsive and helpful. The house is gorgeous with all of the amenities you could want including kayaks, fishing poles (there's a lake in your backyard), towels, beach chairs, coolers, etc. The house is in a gated community with a beautiful zero entry infinity pool (heated) that my boys really enjoyed. There's 3 bedrooms with plenty of space for a large family. I really can't say enough about this house. We will be back next year!
