We absolutely loved the space—beautiful, clean, and cozy. The spot by the pool is amazing, and you can’t beat the quick walk to the beach. Everything was perfect for a relaxing getaway. We’ll definitely be back!

Amy is an extremely thoughtful and responsive host that clearly exhibits what Airbnb is meant to be. Her place in Siesta Key is right on the beach with perfect amenities and easy access. My friends and I have been vacationing in Siesta Key for almost a decade and this is by far one of the best places we have stayed. Thank you Amy!

My experience was great from the start. After making my booking I received video instructions, showing how to enter the gate, find the laundry, use the key fob and everything I needed when I arrived. I loved this because it made everything familiar and easy. I also appreciated that when the room was ready we were notified that we could arrive at anytime and aftrrwards we received a follow up to make sure everything was to our liking! we had a great time! This was an amazing condo for our family trip! Pictures and listing were very accurate and it was so lucky to find a property on Siesta Key that was actually on the beach. We would absolutely stay here again! The beach is stunning and the two pools are wonderfully maintained Some things worth mentioning (they are disclosed in the listing) - you must provide your own beach/pool towels but there are plenty of shopping options nearby - beach chairs are free and located once you get down to the beach - for a fee, you can reserve/rent an umbrella and have it set up for you during your stay. The guys are out there early (7-7:30am) but then come in around lunch time so if you want an umbrella, I suggest going out in the morning to get it setup - dish soap, dishwasher tablets, hand soap are provided but you’ll need to purchase everything else (salt/pepper, spices, oil, ziplocks, shampoo/conditioner, etc). Super central location and very secure property! Would definitely stay here again!

After two years of visiting this has become my one week oasis once a year! The pool is basically your backyard. The room itself is small but very homey, cozy and perfect for 2 people. Easy to cook dinner or just pop in and out for easy lunches. IT IS SO NICE being steps from the pool and just a minutes in sand to get to the ocean waters. Beach chairs are free to use. Towels are provided. The most precious clothes lines hangs out back for easy and free drying! The community is sooo kind. Do yourself a favor and say hi! You’ll be amazed by the lifelong friendships you can make! Restaurants are close by and the community is always willing to help you with recommendations! Hosts are quick to respond, we had a microwave issue and it was resolved within 12 hours! Very easy to communicate with! Overall I love our little community for the one week I get :) it will now always be a yearly vacation for me. I’ve met some lifelong friends!

This was our second year staying here. The view is amazing!! It is very clean and well stocked.

My wife and I spontaneously booked a last-minute getaway at Colin’s condo, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. The condo was beautiful—just steps from the beach—and the view from the porch was absolutely stunning. We loved that beach chairs and umbrellas were included, which made our three days of relaxing by the ocean even more enjoyable. The location was great, with restaurants just a short drive away. I also took advantage of a well-equipped workout area just down the street, which was a nice bonus. The bed was very comfortable, and we made good use of the full-sized fridge during our stay. Colin was incredibly responsive and proactive in his communication, checking in frequently to ensure everything was going smoothly. The resort itself was spotless, and the staff were all warm and welcoming. It was the perfect short escape—we’d definitely come back!

Julie was a fantastic host. Responded to all questions in a very timely manner. She went above and beyond to make sure my girls group had a good time! Trolley service is at the curb to take you to the village or elsewhere. Restaurants are right across the street for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, so no cooking was needed for us! Thank you for a great experience.

This place is awesome! A nice washer and dryer, super clean, comfortable, and a cute outside sitting area. host left snacks, water, cooler, flashlight, and beach towels - very well thought out. The host was also super nice when we thought we locked ourselves out 😅 We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

My son and I stayed at "The Merry Yacht" when in town for Eckerd college dorm summer move in. Condo exactly as described and she and her husband were consistently kind and timely with communication. They did not hesitate to allow my son to check in a few hours after I reached out the morning we arrived with a request as we were exhausted from early morning travel. Quiet, condo so comfortable and homey; pristine throughout. Safe and short walk to Starbucks and one of our favorite restaurants in St Pete - Tiki Docks. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

David’s home exceeded our expectations and was an excellent choice for our stay. It was conveniently located near all the beaches, restaurants, groceries, and shops, but not in the midst of the bustling city center. David even provided us with a variety of beach essentials and even bikes for our convenience. The home was spotlessly clean and well-stocked with blankets, towels, and cookware and dishes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning in the future.

This place was fantastic with everything we needed. It was close to everything and a short drive to some of the other local activities. Short walk to multiple beach entrances and a cart, chairs, umbrella, etc. was all available to take to the beach. There’s a local shuttle that takes you all over the island for free and a market around the corner that’s fully stocked with everything you need to cook some meals there. We did the night time LED kayaking and then did the Mangrove Eco Tour with Kayaking SRQ, ask for Kaleb for the mangrove tour, the man knew everything about the area, its history, conservation, and gave some great restaurant and attraction recommendations in the area. Or… just hang out at the beach. We were there during tropical storm Debby and Kathryne communicated with us throughout. Absolute amazing stay… even with a tropical storm! We can’t wait to come back.

We had a great time here, from the hospitality to the friendly atmosphere and the convenient launching pad to the areas beaches and shopping. The condo has modern appliances and the decor is modern and spacious. We love it!

Unit is very close to the beach. Lots of beach gear including paddleboard, chairs, umbrella/canopy, beach towels, and cooler. Washer and dryer right in unit make laundry easy. Trolley stop is right across the street. Front bedroom can be a little noisy with the traffic. Overall, had a great stay!

Jean & Mike's beach condo on Anna Maria Island was a wonderful get-away for us after a very long winter. We loved the beach decor and all the little things that made us feel welcome and comfortable. It had everything we needed for an awesome beach vacation - chairs, umbrella, towels and a cool beach cart to carry our stuff. The pristine beach was only about 300 steps away. The condo itself had everything we needed. The bed and couches were comfy; the master bath spacious; the kitchen well-equipped. We enjoyed eating on the screened porch that overlooked a small park and being able to walk to nearby stores and restaurants. We loved watching the sunset from "our" beach or at the AMI Beach Cafe down the beach while listening to live music. Jean was a great host. She responded quickly to our questions and had plenty of recommendations on things to do and places to eat. Jean & Mike's place is one of the best AirBnBs we've stayed at and will definitely consider it the next time we visit AMI.

The place was exactly as advertised and I loved how close we were to the beach. It also was pretty private and the beach wasn’t crowded at all. Even though it was great, we probably wouldn’t stay here again because of the shower. My bf has had knee surgery and it was extremely difficult to get into the shower. The side of the tub was very very high, I had to lift my knee to my chest to get into the tub and my bf struggled a lot with his bad knee to do that to get into the shower. I still give the place 5 stars because it was as advertised I just didn’t realize from photos that the bathroom would be difficult for us to manage, and that’s our personal problem not a problem with the Airbnb. Everything else was perfect!

Kevin and Missy’s condo was exceptional! The beach and views were amazing and just as expected We enjoyed our vacation (even though the weather was bad). Will plan to stay again.

Great spot in Anna Maria. The location is great, walkable to shops & restaurants. The space is as described with good images of each room. Impeccably clean, beautiful space. The only downside is that it’s not right on the beach. The unit provides a clear side view of the beach, but the unit is not located directly beachside. But still a wonderful place to stay, we would go back in a heartbeat. Communication was terrific with immediate responses, including delivering new beach chairs in less than 30 minutes after ours broke. Great communication. One point to take note of, if you’re staying for more than a day or two, you will need to pick up some supplies (dish soap, clothes detergent etc). They leave a starter kit, bit nothing more. If you’re planning to use the kitchen, you will need to bring everything with you (salt, spices, oil, butter etc). Overall a great space and very responsive hosts.

We had a wonderful stay at Ammey’s place. The location was perfect. It was close to all of the restaurants and shops on Bridge Street, it was an easy walk down the beach to other restaurants located right on the beach. It wasn’t far to Coquina Beacb and my husband enjoyed the walking/running path there. The condo was well appointed for our group of 4 people and would easily fit three couples. The extra beach umbrellas you can rent from Ammey were so convenient. There were plenty of chairs and beach toys. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to AMi.

Been to Siesta several times and this by far was the best location. Very clean, and the view was 100% the greatest to wake up to. We def will return next year, if not sooner. Thanks for sharing your piece of paradise with us.

We originally booked this location (Jamaica Royale), but it was impacted by Hurricane Milton. We were a little disappointed that it was still listed as available, even though it very much was not, as it was still being cleaned up/repaired. However, we were incredibly thankful that Adam responded almost immediately and got us into another location nearby (Palm Bay Club). While not as well appointed and modern as the place we originally booked (and with no beautiful views at all--just the roof of the building beside us), it was situated in a great location near the beach, and very clean and comfortable. Both condos are in VERY conveniently located though--downtown Sarasota is a quick 10 minute drive away, the fine white sand beach is a 5 minute walk, and it's a quiet residential area. We enjoyed our stay and would gladly book with Adam again. He was incredibly responsive and helpful, and we had a great experience, all things considered!

What a wonderful stay we had here in Anna Maria! The condo was well located on the island and just a short golf cart away from shops and restaurants. We could hear, see, and feel the ocean and sea breeze from the Condo porch. The pool is large and warm. The beach is beautiful and you can walk as long as you want to along the ocean. The unit was clean, well stocked etc. Really my only wish was that the check in process was just through digital combo. We had to stop by a rental office to get an envelope and it seemed a little unnecessary. Not a huge deal, but it kept our concierge from being able to stock our unit ahead of us in the end. If we had just been sent the instructions and combo code ( which was written on the envelope and easily could have been messaged digitally) it would have shamed us some hassle. That didn't spoil our trip though! We loved it. We definitely would rent this unit again. Thank you so much!
