Very stylish apartment, fabulous sun terrace which is a rare find in city centre Madrid. Cool neighbourhood, quirky shops, tapas restaurants. Really comfortable and homely apartment. Really friemdly communication. We loved it ❤️

Everything was great , it was very friendly when waiting at 1 in the morning that we arrived because I had to work and at the exit he let us go later , the house was quite big more than what you see in the photos, a lot of tranquility and very close to the center of Ávila just 10m away, definitely recommended, we hope to return, thank you very much for such good attention, this is a pleasure.

This is the second time I've visited Maria's place, and every time I come it's even better or there's something new. Maria is constantly concerned with improving the place and making guests feel at home and what's even better… that they love it and come back at all costs. Great host and Very patient. Went to a local festival and couple of Michelin restaurants due to her recommendation. Location is great. Easy to find a parking and old town is only 15 minutes walk. Many thanks.

We felt at home, the house had everything, very comfortable and accessible, the environment is super quiet and close to the center of the village, close to restaurants and shops, ideal for walking.

Her house was very beautiful and lovely. The location and cleanliness were perfect! We used the washing machine, and it always works fine. It was very convenient for me. 日本人の方へ こちらの宿はとても清潔でしたし、Olgaさんたちは大変親切でした。 もし滞在中の洗濯を考えていらっしゃるのであれば、洗濯機がきちんと機能するだけでなく、折りたたみ式の物干しなどもあり大変便利でした。

Alberto is a great host, attentive at all times, very communicative, he has everything very well scheduled and explained. The house and location are perfect for spending a few days with family or friends resting and relaxing in the middle of nature next to the San Juan reservoir with numerous activities of all kinds and ages to do. In short, we had a fantastic few days of rest as a family. The La Ermita restaurant near the house has wonderful food and the service is very good. We will be back !

We had a lovely two-week stay in Madrid, using this apartment as our home base. Located right on Plaza Mayor, with lovely views out the doors and from the balcony, this is a fabulous location. We were concerned about noise being a problem, but it really just showed the life in the Plaza and was quiet by midnight. We opted to eat off the plaza most meals, as there are better options and more affordable (less touristy). Easy to get to many parts of Madrid from this location, whether by walking, catching the train/subway, or getting a taxi. The apartment is very nicely appointed with a great kitchen and living room. Beds and bathrooms were nice too. We highly recommend this for families and groups visiting Madrid!

We were 4 adults and we were all completely satisfied with the accommodation and Julio Victor's service. Not only does it have everything you need for a comfortable stay, it is also very cozy and is in an excellent location with a subway station literally on the corner. Very convenient. We loved the collection of books about Madrid and Spain, we were able to learn and take advantage of the visit thanks to it. Finally, I would like to highlight his attention as a host. Possibly the best in my years of AirBnB. He was attentive, kind, with prompt responses and even proactive in offering to store our luggage at his home the day we left. Recommended. We really enjoyed Navacerrada, great small town. 40 min drive to Segovia - one hour to Avila and 25 min to Valdesqui Loved the amount of games and movies for the kids, the loved the room with toys Thanks so much for having Jaime!

Fantastic apartment with a beautiful pool! It's in a gorgeous spot close to lovely restaurants but in easy reach of Madrid! The apartment is even better than the photos and we were so warmly greeted it made us feel very cared for! We loved our trip and can highly recommend!

A great house! Gema prepared the pool so we could use it. It has a great and comfortable patio where we were super comfortable and the surprise we got when we saw that there were turtles😊. The only thing I could say as bad, the heat accumulated upstairs at night. It is very easy to get there and the access is very well explained

Nice to stay there. The house is small but has everything you can expect. For me, details like coffee or baking paper or albal give me an idea of what they want to offer you, they want you to be comfortable and not miss anything. Mercedes was very kind and the pool is a very nice addition. We'll be back.

Studio well located within the Letras area. Walkable to many historic sites, restaurants, tapas bars, shopping, among others. Apartment is comfortable for 2 persons with ample kitchen, living and bathroom area.

Lorena’s apartment is so clean, neat and comfy. We enjoyed our stay there. They are 20mins walking distance away from the city Center, which is strategic location. We met Alberto and he was such a nice man that ensure our stay were taken care off throughout! Strongly recommend to everyone!
