Carolas place was great, it had everything we needed with a comfy bed and great shower. The bikes were useful for getting around the local area and into the city - mainly off road through the Turia Gardens. Nice outside space too!

Loved everything about this home.. notice I used the word home. Lovely homey touches throughout. The tile work is simply beautiful, the view is breathtaking, the garden is so serene. Very fun yet relaxed area with very friendly/nice neighbors. Would go back in a heartbeat.

We loved the house in Baldovar, it’s a very cozy house with a great indoor fire place and bbq. The town was very quiet town and perfect for a tranquil retreat. One of the best places to see the starry night, many walking trails around the house and in the area. Wi-Fi also perfect for working from home. Jesus is a great host, very helpful and communicative. Will definitely repeat!

We had a lovely stay at Ana’s place. The house is in a rural area in a nice typical Spanish village. To get to the house you have to drive through a small river. A SUV is usefull then. The house has a pool and in the village are 3 bars and a tiny grocery-shop. The nearest supermarket is a 20 minute drive away in Onda. There are some nice walks in the area and the small pool and garden is great!

A wonderful place, full of colours and character, very comfy, with an unique feel and character. Really a "House of Art". As an artist myself I certainly felt home there! The location inside the village is perfect and the views from the terraces are spectacular. Everything leading to a relaxing, enriching and exciting stay!

Eugenia was fast to respond, accommodating and the place was close to the beach and a couple stations by which we could get to the centre in no time.

If I could give this place six stars, I would, and one extra just for Carmen’s smile alone. Staying at this Airbnb in Valencia felt less like booking a vacation rental and more like being lovingly adopted by the city itself. Let’s start with the location: perfection. You’re basically neighbors with the Mercat Central, which means every morning smells like fresh oranges and baked bread, and you’re steps away from all the magic; tapas bars, historic sights, and enough charming alleyways to get happily lost in at least once a day. Now, the apartment. Gorgeous. Bright, clean, full of character, and clearly designed by someone who loves the city and wants you to fall in love with it too. The kind of space that makes you pause mid-trip and say, “Do we have to go home?” But the real soul of this stay is Carmen. She’s not just a host, she’s a fairy godmother with Google Maps. Graham’s place is a little gem, cosy and welcoming. The kitchen offers all the most important basics. In addition Graham left also the necessary cooking basics that are so helpful like olive oil, salt, drinking water and a bottle of welcoming wine! I most appreciated the coffee expresso machine already with some complementary capsules! A relief for the morning coffee drinkers! The beach and the surroundings are superb. Very nice, central accommodation with direct view of the Serranos towers. Everything is easy to reach all around, the beach is 30 minutes away by public transport. The apartment was clean and nicely arranged. We would love to come again :)

Perfect stay in a perfect location!

We are really enjoying our stay at Raül’s place. It has a wonderful atmosphere and is very comfortable. The location is also perfect—close to everything we need, yet away from the noisy tourist center. We highly recommend it!

Sergio was a great host, really friendly and easy to communicate with. The apartment was as described – clean, comfy, and in a brilliant spot. Loads of nice cafes and restaurants nearby, and it was lovely being so close to green spaces too. The kids really enjoyed cooling off in the pool after a long day of being out in the sun. It would be handy if there were a few seats around the pool for anyone not getting in, but as it’s a shared space, that’s not something Sergio can control. A fantastic apartment for a city stay. Great terrace with sensational views, the accommodation is clean and well equipped. Central and yet very quiet location. Ana is a wonderful host: very friendly, always available and helpful. 100 percent recommendation, we would definitely come back.

We had a very good stay in the apartment in early June 2025. The accommodation was faithful to the listing, by the beach and close to the port and restaurants. Clean accommodation with air conditioning and Wi-Fi and offering a large terrace with a view of a nice natural space. The building is quiet, secure and well maintained with the pool. In the evening, however, there are a lot of mosquitoes, so it is better to eat inside. Nothing to do with the apartment but it's a shame to find a lot of plastic waste in the parking lot in front of the building and along the natural area going to the beach.

We had a fabulous holiday in Valencia & were delighted we chose Pilar's apartment. It is located close to Russafa, which has some lovely cafes, restaurants & bars, as well as being within close proximity of both the old town & beach by bicycle. Pilar's place is very clean, comfortable & well equipped, with a patio at the rear to relax in. She provided plenty of recommedations for things to do in the area & went above & beyond to help us when we mislayed a bag in the taxi from the airport. We would highly recommend her apartment.

Maria made us feel very welcome and was very responsive to our various requests and questions. Everything is provided in the apartment, you could not ask for more. We were in Valencia when the country-wide power-cut happened and Maria enquired immediately as to how we were coping and whether we needed anything, and kept us informed as we did not have access to news programmes. We could not see Maria to say good-bye in person, but she helped us right to the last minute by booking our taxi to the airport. A great apartment and a great host.

Eva is a very nice and helpful host. Her place was really cozy and very well equipped. The only small disadvantage is if you share the house with guests in the second apartment, the bathroom walls are super thin and you can hear everything. Luckily we had this situation only for one night. Otherwise it's a great place to relax

The apartment and its hosts are great. It makes you feel at home in a Valencian home. From here you can get to both the beach and the old town. Highly recommend!

I can completely recommend this apartment. From its new build to the efforts the owners put in on the small details to ensure you walked into a perfectly presented place to spend valuable vacation time. They took time out to welcome us and were considerate and responsive when questions asked. Beach access and walkable restaurants is within easy access . I noted the neatness and care and attention taken in the arrangement of the facilities. Also the welcome bowl of fruit, water in fridge and coffee/biscuits that were left for us. For those who want to mix restaurant eating and self catering, there is a supermarket in walking distance to stock up if needed . Would be happy to return to same place when visiting Valencia again in the future

Impeccable and 100% functional apartment. Everything was very clean and the apartment is even better than in the photos. Eva was very helpful, let me check in early and responded quickly. The apartment has all the utensils and amenities available and everything was working very well. Excellent location! It would be back for sure!
