Living and sleeping rooms as well as the hallway are designed with natural wood floors. The renovated apartment is about a 2-minute walk from the historic city center of Meersburg.

In the immediate vicinity there are very good restaurants, cafes, bars as well as bakery, Edeka and a bus stop. The lake, ships and ferry are about 10 minutes by foot.
